I have been leaving messages to get an appt with Dr. Colleen Webster. No one has called me back to let me know if I can or won't be able to get an appt. Finally I had to go to Hotel Dieu. They gave me a prescription and told me to follow up with my family doctor, but I don't know if that is possible!

Dr. Colleen Webster has been my doctor for about 10 years or more and I am always very grateful to have her as my family doctor as she has always been patient, professional, caring and answers all of my questions, also I have never felt rushed.

Extremely unprofessional. I am not a patient however I have a large team of medical professionals that do oversee my very complex healthcare. I've never witnessed something as ridiculous as a doctor dropping a patient over a negative review

This review is based on Dr. Webster. Since my family doctor was changed over seven years ago to Dr. Webster I have not once met him. Every time I try to make an appointment he’s either on vacation or on leave due to health related issues.

Dr.Drew Webster is amazing. Today was my first time seeing him and it went very well. He was attentive, went over everything with me, was very thorough and I did not feel rushed. Definitely glad I received him as my family doctor.

If I could give Drew a negative starred review I would. He's an awful doctor, completely useless, doesn't know his patients and never follows up with them. I won't be surprised if someone dies because of his negligence

We can only vouch for Colleen Webster. She has been our family doctor for almost twenty years. In our opinion, she is everything a good family doctor needs to be and we're extremely grateful that we have her.

Just to be clear I do like our doctor. Dr. Drew is kind and a great doctor to both me and my 2 yr old daughter. My issue is solely with the booking system. One can only call for an appointment

Dr Webster was attentive, thorough and accommodating. I will be 70 soon and found she was not dismissive of any of my concerns. I was listened to and all of my concerns were addressed.
