Customer service I am updating my previous review about the service provided. My husband and I had our medical consultation in May, that day one document was provided to my husband, which it authorized to provide to IRCC our medical information, that document was only given to my husband and not to me. I realized that and requested it to the receptionist, and she said it was not necessary. Two or three months later, in July or August, I received an email from the Kingston team with the form attached, the form I requested the day of our medical appointment (May) asking me to sign it. I should mention that this bothered me, because I thought that for two or three months my results had been sent. A month later (end of August), I received a letter from IRCC saying that they had not yet received my husband's medical results (the medical consultation was in May), so I contacted the clinic to verify my results and my husband's results had been sent, to which they confirmed they had been sent them, and they provided me with the tracking sheet showing that all the exams had been completed. I sent the tracking sheet to IRCC and the next day it appeared that the results had been received. I don't know if the Kingston team sent the documents the day I called to verify if my medical results had been sent or it was an IRCC system error. My conclusion, Regarding the Kingston team, it is true that they do not take calls usually, it is easier to communicate by email, and the response by email is effective and they are kind in providing the required information. I understand that they have a lot of workload and due to COVID it becomes more difficult to answer and carry out all the patients' documentation, but in my opinion, the Kingston team should understand us more and know that this process that we are all carrying out is a quite delicate process for us since it is a migratory process, therefore, if the workload is high and difficult to carry out for them, perhaps hiring more staff is a good option, both for the clinic and for the clients. I hope this feedback is helpful as a reference point for the Kingston team, and also for anyone who wants to use the services.

Service Review - I approached a panel physician at Kingston Immigration Medical Exam Services at end of February to get my medical exam for immigration purposes. Followed to my exam review IRCC asked for furtherance examination , I spoke to my panel team and they recommended more tests at Life-labs. I have been to Life-labs and they took 2 weeks to get my samples tested. This was around first week of May. - It took a massive number of calls and emails to receive a response from the Kingston team that they have not received any results from the labs. (Which is a real frustration to not receive a response from a team to whom I have paid twice for the services). - Then I made contact with life-labs and queried about reports and they said that they have posted my test result on a web channel accessible by the physicians, I tried contacting the doctor back by email, and I received a reply after two days on Sunday that they will look at it first thing in the morning and get back to me. So I waited the whole day on Monday. I emailed them again on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday still no response, Eventually, I started calling them on Friday morning continuously and they answered my 18th call(The utmost harassment). The lady who answered my call gave me a response that the only way to get answered is via email which they do no respond to. I am still waiting for the answer I do not understand what are they waiting for. I am going to report my case to the IRCC. I have paid them about 800 dollars altogether, and it’s been over a month since I am trying to get hold of them. Getting medical examination done through these people was only a huge waste of money and time, and not to forget my whole immigration file process is delayed now who knows for how long only because these people. This has been by far the worst customer service experience of my life.

The service we got here is below all expectations, they simply gave us wrong information, lied to us and didn't submit the the medical results to the IRCC for 7 whole months. The reason for the delay that there was a missing exam and they kept telling us that everything is fine and they had submitted the file to the IRCC. We discovered that nothing was submitted and the submission was never done. This caused a delayed submission of my wife's visa application for 7 months. My recommendation that if you need to do an exam be careful as it easy for them to give false information. At the end, Dr.S. who is the manager there apologized to us but his apology will not return back to us the time spent away from our families.

Both the reception and the doctor are very kind and sensitive, they made me feel comfortable and safe. I was worried about not bringing my medical records with me, but the receptionist let me know first thing that I could consent to allow the doctor to access my electronic medical records and that would be sufficient. They also made sure to select a lifelab location for me that is very close to my home, without even having to ask. The actual physical examination is less than 10 minutes in and out. I would definitely recommend others going here.

I chose this place because it’s close to my place. The doctor charged me 250 for the examination and sent me to couple of different clinics for X-ray and blood/urine test. I got the paper that I need to submit in like 2 day. Getting the appointment was very easy and the communication with Renne was prompt. You can ask her any doubts you have and she’ll reply instantly. Doctor Amrit was great and did the tests in like 10 minutes. If you live in Kingston and wanna do your medical for permanent residence, I would definitely recommend coming here.

I went to Kingston Immigration Medical Exam for my permanent residence medicals March 2021. They are well organized. Renee and Hersh guided me with the paperwork before and after the appointment. Dr. Sehdev was very cool, calm and professional throughout the appointment. He explained how to get the lab and the x-rays done after he was finished with the physical exam. Anyone in and around Kingston who's planning for their medicals, I would recommend Kingston Immigration Medical Exam.

My Husband had an appointment at this office in July 2019. Dr. Sehdev is absolutely Wonderful! Dr. Sehdev is very pleasant, kind and professional. He answered all of the questions that we had. The medical went smoothly. His front office staff was also very professional and she was smiling when we went up to the window to check in and she was also very helpful. I would highly recommended Dr. Sehdev and his office for your immigration medical appointments.

my first impression about KIME is not that encouraging. I called to book an appointment for my daughter and there was auto msging to send email which I did with queries as my daughter is just 18 months old. I'm chasing them to get proper response but no success yet. Seems they are super busy and not getting time to respond properly. Not sure what would be our clinic experience if opt for their services. My daughter and I did our Immigration Medical Exam at the clinic last Friday. The lady at front desk and Dr. Sehdev was affable and very pleasant. Dr. Sehdev was informative, the exam was quick and went smoothly and we were out in no time. I would use their service again and would definitely recommend to anyone seeking medical exam/check up. Cordial staff and doc was friendly and efficient. My only complaints were, that I asked that a copy of my exam be emailed to me and it was not, and I went for exam Aug. 5th and it was'nt sent till end of the month. These are minor complaints as all went well and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I went to Kingston Immigration Medicals for my medical appointment. It was the quickest medical appointment I ever gone though . The consulting physician was nice to me and did not make me wait at all .overall it was a wonderful experience in these slow paced COVID environment

I have used service in past and still its more expensive than service providers in GTA. They covered everything under $270. And I have paid here like $430 for all test because doctor charges $250 alone. Hoping for fair rates in future.

I would highly recommend this office. I was connecting with Renee who I found to be quick, efficient and friendly. There instructions are easy to follow and they have taken great safety measures in the midst of Covid.
