I told the hair stylist exactly how I wanted my hair cut. Didn’t think it would be that difficult. As a result of wearing glasses (and having to take them off during the cut) I’m unable to see how things are going. After the cut was done, I still had to tell her how to fix the cut. I asked for a natural V in the back which she botched. It was as if she took a chunk out of my left side of the V. I asked her to line it up properly, to which she did a horrible job of doing. The V didn’t come to a proper point it had some weird curve on the right side. I had had enough. Paid for my cut and went to another salon for a second opinion. The receptionist was shocked. I told her what I had wanted. Unfortunately her hair line specialist was fully booked but took the time to correct the botched haircut.

Went for color and cut. Stripped my hair so much that she burned my scalp. Color lasted 4 days!! Cut was not as short as I asked for, overall, very disappointed. Would not recommend. Btw, cost me a fortune!

Booked an appointment for my toddler. Upon arrival, was asked to come back and was still asked to wait another 20 minutes. Don't bother taking appointments if you're not going to honour them.

Victoria is phenomenal at what she does!! Always walk away very impressed. She has saved mine and my step daughters hair more then once. Couldn’t ask for better service.
