The worst customer service ever! I would love to give this place -5 if possible. I came to this Foot Locker at St. Vital Mall (it’s the closest to my home) to buy 3 pairs of shoes for my daughters and me. First I came, I saw that the 2 girls/women that work there not really friendly. I could tell from how they spoke and ring the customers purchase. Especially the big lady whose on the till. The store not that busy at that time. The skinnier girl helped me twice to find the size that I wanted. I had 2 visa gift cards from a friend of mine. I asked the girl first before I made purchase about how I want to pay the item. I wanted to pay with those 2 gift cards and the rest I would pay with my debit card. But she just stare at me and said NO, we just only accept 2 cards, 1 with one of your gift card and then with the debit card. I found that ridiculous. I worked in service industry for more than 20 years, and almost half of it in retail. I know how to help customers satisfied with our products and service, even if they just bought 1 candy, we have to make sure they will leave happy. I even accepted 5 d*mn gift cards from a customer for a cup of coffee and a sandwich. And I made sure they will not feel embarrassed because of it. And this girl just straight said No?! Wow. Thank you. I’ll just bring my business somewhere else. There was 4 other shoes stores in st vital mall that treated us way better than this place before we came here. Even we just only did window shopping there. Guess this place (foot locker) doesn’t deserve my hard earned money. I will Just stay out of this place.

Leandre was a really rude associate. She told me she could not issue a gift receipt even after telling her to do a refund and re-issue it. Her colleague went on to laugh about it. I asked her if she could change the box for me as it was torn she said there were no boxes and no other footlocker in Winnipeg had the same shoe. I kindly told her how to speak to customers and she continued to defensively raise her voice. I thanked her and walked out. Called polo park footlocker and to my surprise they had the same shoe. Leandre don't be rude and talk to customers like you were in their shoes!!!

I don't care for the the manager of this Foot Locker he was rude to me I went and asked him what a pair of boots Nike boots and he told me they don't sell Nike boots ACG shoes anymore I then proceeded to show him a pair of Nike ACG boots he had in stock that were brand new that I wasn't looking for I was referring to lot the last Model before that the guy has been there for 10 years what a solid douche

5 stars. Katherine at St. Vital store was absolutely fantastic. Took the time to measure up my son. He was abit shy and pretty picky but she went above and beyond to help him out with zero pressure to pick a pair of shoes. Was his first experience buying shoes with some of his win saved money so it made the experience fantastic for him. Thank you Katherine. We appreciate it.

The staff either smother you or ignore you completely. It's a bit of fun that way. I prefer when they ignore me and I have to bother them for a size. The shoe selection is better than most stores in the mall if not all. That's not saying a lot. Overall it's an average footlocker. No real complaints.

It’s 10.32 AM and it’s close and even an employee here is sitting outside with me who don’t have any idea why the store is not open and saying manager is unresponsive .. I came all the way from sage creek to return my shoes .. …

Came in sometime last week and was helped by Chanel, she was very patient and polite and made sure i got a nice pair of pink timberlands! Very friendly and great service, would definitely come back !

Glad to see they have a couple hyped sneaker models from other brands other then Nike but unfortunately they don't carry larger sizes for socks and sneakers here which is very unfortunate

Great stuff and one the employee was great, older gentlemen, he helped us out. The young guy didn't even say hi or look up from what he was doing. We were the only ones in the store.

If you want a good experience with knowledgeable staff that aren't rude or belittling, then this is the place. Stay AWAY from sportchek! Definitely a positive experience every time.

Great selection of boots and shoes for both men and women. Good sale prices too! The staff were helpful and patient which is highly appreciated

I would give 0, really bad shoes and not good. Bought shoes last year. And I got infection and end up being in trouble with my foots.
