Great Footlocker location! Every time I go there a staff member is always ready to greet me and it is very rare to not have that happen. I can't recall it happening but even if it did I wouldn't mind as it does seem like it can get annoying. There is a young gentleman that I often see there. I forgot the name of the gentleman but he was really into Nike brand. Dude deserves a raise. He would ask if I needed help but would never go into the annoying category of doing so. He shared his personal knowledge and experience about products that he's tried. He was also overall very kind. Selection of the story is pretty eh but its a small location inside a mall so I can't blame them.

Rude employees. I was looking at some Nikes today and heard someone say “Excuse me!” I looked and there was an employee with curly hair and highlights behind me with a customer. I said “Oh sorry.” and stepped aside to let them pass. She stepped in front of me and started showing the customer the shoes, effectively blocking my view. I left their shop very frustrated.

when i was shopping for a pair of shoes this one employee (white male) very short came up to us and asked me if i need help i said yes i need a size and so before he went to the back to check he told me to my face that i'm the type of kid who steals very racist and very rude do not go there.

This store needs to train employees for better customer service, especially when exchanging a bought item. Return/Exchange policies are there for a reason. To show a bad attitude to customers not just loses loyal following but also goes against decent behaviour.

I literally just walked in looking for a new pair of shoes, I was looked at from head to toe by three different employees. Not a signal person asked me if I needed assistance. I will never buy shoes from here, customer service is everything to me.

Pushy rude staff that wanted to argue with me about whether something would fit, rather than just let me try it on for myself. I was going to buy a track suit and shoes but now I’m going to buy it from someplace that understands customer care

Not bad pricing and selection. Only negative is you will never be able to buy a new release that is gonna sellout online. Tried so many times . Better of going directly to the store which itself is a challenge unless you know a worker.

The experience I have everytime I enter is excellent. Logan the assistant manager is always providing the best knowledge on sneakers. He's my go to everytime I shop there. Would 100% recommend to any family or friends.

Opted in for the buy one get one 50% off deal and went home with two shoes that were the left foot, they refused me a refund or exchange. Be sure to check your shoes yourself before leaving the store.

Love the store. Staff are just great, and always willing to help. Witch make my shopping experience legit. Highly recommend tall older guy, just amazing at hooking me up with some fire kicks.

My daughter is a sneaker fan. So she gets to browse through the wide variety of shoes they carry and she is always happy with her purchase. Also the staff us usually quite helpful.

Offers free shipping but does not ship inside the perimeter of Winnipeg or outside??? Also does not allow you to order the shoes and pickup at the store? What a joke.

Very unhelpful, and mean staff. Also very lazy. Noone would be able to recreate the facial expression of one of your employees when I asked for a smaller size.
