Been a regular customer for over 3 & half years but will never use this taxi company again after I was accused of having a bad attitude by dispatcher whilst I read out my contact number to him, then he said he had a bad vibe from me which is ridiculous rude & personal! (Not that it is his business) but our family & myself have been going through a cancer battle So am I supposed to be laughing hard down the phone to the guy to get a taxi!? Shameful of him as he doesn't know people's life's circumstances! He didn't take the number correctly then switched to a very nasty attitude with myself and put the phone down on me. I found this behaviour to be extremely rude, unprofessional & very disloyal after all the times we used this taxi company. This guy should be monitored and should take a look at himself in the mirror before acussing other people of having bad attitudes & taking out his mood on customers. Extremely disappointed

AVOID AVOID AVOID UNRELIABLE, FULL OF DRAMA, USELESS I unfortunately used this taxi firm again. I had again had issues with the driver refusing to take the return fare. Non of the drivers seem to want to take cards. Taxi was 25 mins late on the way down to Heathrow and i am here at Heathrow wIting for my return taxi which was booked for 11 am. Its now 12 pm 1 hour and counting . They dispatched the taxi at 9:45 for a 2 hour journey .then said they hit traffic:( won't be using them again I hope I can get home and the taxi arrives soon. Autoline still saying over 1 hour Don't book them and have a stress free trip I always ask when i book if I can pay by card however 2 drivers now have insisted on cash. One was a trip to gatwick I refused. Today was a local fare. Considering finding a different taxi company

I use this taxi most of the time when going out. But on this particular trip the driver asked me where is the pub. I kinda pointed out the way but he went another way and I thought he took another route but then I said to him that he s going the wrong way. I don't understand why some drivers don't turn on their GPS or even ask me what adress they should drop at when they have it on their GPS. And it s not really fair to ask passengers where is the place they are going because most of the times I don't know, I m not a driver. If I was I wouldn't need a taxi... Anyway the driver was nice and apologised and I appreciate that but why not avoid all this fuss. Most of the times the taxi service is OK that s why I gave 3 stars...

We called to ask for a quote to see how much it would cost for a taxi to pick us up from one address to wait at the second and take us back to the address we came from. The person who answered the phone proceeded to say “oh my days” and call us “long people man” like he was the one who was going to be driving the taxi. I appreciate it may have seemed like a long journey but out of respect the people answering the phone should maybe keep their opinions to themselves. I will not be using this service again the customer service skills are disgraceful.

Apologies for the delay in writing my review. 2 weeks or so ago we used Fosse Taxis to take us and pick up from the Tom Jones concert. I can't thank you and your staff enough for the service you gave. Prompt, courteous, polite and professional. Kept in contact with us to let us know that you had arrived both sides of our journey. Usually have an amazing experience with fosse taxis, super quick and reliable, very friendly staff who always remember me from constant long trips every day to work and prioritise me. Pre-Booked a taxi 2hours before an appointment so i’d get there on time as they’re usually outside bang on the time or even early. I waited 20 minutes and had to cancel as i’d missed my appointment and wouldn’t get there in time to still be seen.

I was working at Leicester Guildhall telling Christmas Stories to families. Unfortunately friends who were picking me up because there was nowher to park my van, got caught in weather hours away. I phoned Fosse Taxis. The man who answered was friendly, understood I had a big prop box and ordered a larger car. The driver arrived on time and was very helpful. A pleasant experience all round. Love fosse taxis, when you call, they are so polite, so are the drivers. I usually get a taxi on my own, being a woman, I feel comfortable and safe. Driver was very helpful and very caring about the dog. The price was very reasonable and I didn't feel like I had been charged any extra for my dog who is a Siberian Husky so not on the small side. They were also very prompt as it was a bit of an emergency situation. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who needs to travel with a dog.

I had pre-booked a taxi for my parents for an airport pick up that was unfortunately delayed with no notice. The driver and the call handler (Sunny) were very understanding and patient considering that it was a busy night and kept in contact with me to resolve the issue. Excellent customer service. Asked the driver for text message receipt he asked me to call the office , I called very very rude man apparently his been working there for 3 years nd they never sent receipt as text message !! I used Foss for last 10 days and the frisbees been sending it to me not idea how everything changed over night

We have used fosse multiple times, they have been later on a Couple of occasions 5 or 10 mins no problem but last Saturday it was 40 mins, I phoned to see how long the driver would be I was told 6 mins, should i carry on using them ?
