Decided to use this place to catch up with some friends. We met here for lunch. None of us have ever been here. There was ample parking, but you had to drive a bit to find some. Had me thinking how busy is this place. Upon entry was seated immediately by friendly staff. There was lots of people there and everyone seemed to be enjoying the atmosphere and food. I liked the decor and vibe it had. Very updated and welcoming. Our server was amazing. She was very on point and never had me waiting or wishing she would leave me alone. She was great. Tables and menus were clean. (I'm glad there was no QR code menu as those I find irritating and a turn off). Considering this was my first time here I wanted to try something new. I ordered the Pinoy Tocino burger and fries. It was a delight to eat. If you don't like messy burgers don't get this. I equate messy burgers with taste so it was wonderful! Fries were great too. I had a side of gravy too which to be honest I didn't need and barely had any because the fries were that great. The only concern I had and it's the only reason i didn't give it a 5 star rating was the prices. I felt they were a bit high. Take that element out of the equation and it was bang on. Well done Four Crowns; will be coming back again.

I had a terrible experience at the location on Mcphillips. My boyfriend and I had come in for my birthday dinner and Faith, our server tonight was ignoring our table. They stopped the music to talk about "foot jobs" VERY VERY loudly and kept repeating that they need to talk quieter but got louder each time which is not appropriatefor work. Sent the cheque to us when we just started our meal and sent the bouncer to the front right after we said we didn't want our appetizer because it was "forgotten" by Faith to tell the kitchen because she was on her phone. My boyfriend had gone to the server before our appetizer came out that we didn't want it as we had already gotten our main dishes and she had sent the bouncer to the front because we were being "aggressive" even tho we told her we'd just like to box up our meals. Faith had made an excuse that she had so many tables to take care of but unfortunately we witnessed she was only taking care of us and one other table. We had watched the other tables get excellent service from the other servers and we were very unimpressed with Faith's service. It was a very terrible night and Faith sending the bouncer to the front as we were leaving to make sure we left was the icing on the cake to make the night even worse.

2nd edit. Ordered through a third-party app. Got the hot or not burger. Got it hot. It was definitely good. A huge portion of fries was included. I tried the competition hot wings. It's definitely hotter than the last time. I'll definitely order again. My only complaint is that my side of extreme hot sauce was forgotten. Edit I ordered through a 3rd party delivery service. I tried the competition hot wings. They were not as hot as I thought they would be. They definitely had a kick bit. I was hoping that the wings were hotter, like make me cry hot. It was kind of a spur of the moment decision, but as I was walking by, I decided at the last minute to stop in and check out the patio. It wasn't too busy, so I got in right away. I must say it was a very pleasant experience. The drinks were perfect, and my perogy poutine was amazing. Although the portion was so generous, I had to box some of it up to take home. My server Layla was awesome, as well as the other server on the patio attending other tables. I highly recommend checking out the patio on a sunny afternoon. I'll definitely be back.

Not sure if they were short staffed or what. Got seated right away at the bar. Awesome. Ignored for the first 5-10 minutes (closer to 10), then, “I will be right with you.” Ok cool. Not a problem. Waited another 5 minutes. Completely ignored. Remember, we are sitting at the bar. Only one other customer at the bar. Easy to spot us. Before going to go to the bathroom, decided if by the time I get back we aren’t served, we will leave. We know how this story ends…Slowly put our jackets on and leave. Sad. Used to have upstanding staff and outstanding service. Everyone has an off night I guess. Better food and price at Four Crowns but better service at Tavern. Advantage Tavern.

I had the grilled chicken and cheese wrap with added bacon and fries. Both were very good and service was exceptional. My spouse had the crispy chicken and cranberry wrap with onion rings. The wrap was too loosely wrapped it could not be picked up, there was grilled chicken, not crispy and not a single cranberry as well, the onion rings were room temperature. Staff offered to bring another order of onion rings and take the wrap back to be re-rolled. She declined as the food had already taken a long time to be prepared. The server said she would discount the meal, but someone else at our table got the tab so we did not see if it was discounted.

We were rented by a family to bring our Mirror Me Photo Booth to Four Crowns Restaurant for an 80th birthday party. From the minute we arrived to the moment we left the manager and staff were absolutely amazing!! They were extremely patient, helpful and friendly! We have worked at over 100 venues and they are now one of our top venues to work at!! Their food is incredible and the atmosphere has a sense of fun about it! They had a lot going on but you felt no stress from the staff. Watching them interact with the full restaurant as if you were in their home visiting was the icing on the cake!! 100 percent recommend if you are looking for a warm friendly place to eat, drink and get together with friends!

Experience through skip has never been good. I’ve kept on trying but after last time I can’t do it through skip anymore. Chicken burger was so thin the breading was thicker. I was rather shocked at it as the pickle was thicker than the chicken. It looked like someone cut in half a chicken breast on there first day of the job, on there first chicken breast and I got the bottom. This made it dry and it was unseasoned. Fries were limp and greasy. The five times I’ve ordered on skip, three were cancelled after 15 minutes of restaurant confirming order. Dining in, service was great, and the breakfast was ok. Take out, similar experience to skip. Everyone can have an off day, I just keep getting those days.

I was at the restaurant with a couple friends a few months back. The food was decent and I was enjoying the atmosphere... what really threw me off was our waitress. While telling her my order I guess she noticed a couple of my body piercings and blatantly TOLD me to stick out my tongue... she hadn't even tried asking and the demand came sudden and out of nowhere. I was so taken back by this coming from a complete stranger. If I give this place another try I really hope for a bit more professionalism. On a more positive note, I do really like the beer store. Friendly employees. Great hours. They allow well behaved dogs inside. Never had a bad experience grabbing beer here.

This place has always been one of my favs. I have never used the hotel. But the restaurant/lounge is the best you will get. The food is absolutely 15/10. You think bar food, you think frozen, reheated and a big “meh”. Absolutely not here. There is evidently chefs working. I crave their food and when you see their menu, you think that some options may not be as good because it is so large and so diverse. It is so far from the truth. I have tried something from every category now and each item is made flawlessly. Absolutely love the vibe in this place as well. Management obviously does a very great job.

First time here and we ordered the Pina colada and a sangria. Discovered the pineapple garnish on the Pina colada had fuzzy white mold on it and did not look fresh at all. Super Gross. Will never return here again. Health department should be sent to check their unsanitary food and kitchen. The waitress also screwed up our order, didn't properly figure out simple math, and separate our bills. Ended up being overcharged for these absolutely gross food and drinks.

Went for lunch with my husband and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience! We wanted to try somewhere new and this did not disappoint!! Took forever to get a drink and my bill at the bar, when we ordered food took a long time to come, all our orders came out except for two. They decided to tell us they were out of a certain dish when everyones food was already out. Server told us that the wings would be out on 3 seperate occasions. I grew up behind what is now called the Four Crowns but will always know it as the Lincoln I had to see what everyone was talking about and I’m so glad I did. Great spot for drinks and dinner to catch up with friends. The staff is awesome and the atmosphere is laid back. Happy to see new life pumped into this place.

Went out for a little girls night and got our table served by the most amazing and fast serving waiter I’ve ever had named Shailee, very polite, super funny, and made jokes every time she came back to serve us again, was an absolute blast and she made sure we had what we needed and wanted throughout the whole time, definitely made some new memories that night thx to her jokes lol.

Hassle just to play VLT’s. Hostess is at the front door for the lounge/restaurant and are stopped and basically interrogated about reason for being there. Felt very put off with dismissive attitude of staff after telling Hostess just there to play slots. Otherwise decently clean but disorganized layout and poor interior design of a lounge / gaming area / restaurant.

We ate at the restaurant and the service was ok but the pierogi appetizer was cold. I ordered the special Batman burger and the fries were cold and the burger would have been better with one less beef patty and more other toppings like cheese and jalapenos. I don't think we would return to this restaurant.

Excellent food and service eveytime. I have been here 3 times now, breakfast, lunch and dinner and wow. Homemade and lots of it. The servers are very friendly and take the time to be pleasant above what is a usual restaurant experience, that counts for a lot. It's the whole package when I give an opinion, this is the whole package.

We are a group of 6/7 friends that get together once a month and have decided your restaurant will be our place to meet...our server the last 2 visits, Victoria, has been so wonderful! So friendly & accommodating...thanks!

The food here is disgusting. Everything is greasy and overcooked. Asked to sub my fries for a sm garden salad and they said no that would be a $5 add on so I refused.
