Fantastic service. We checked it out upon check in at the adjacent hotel but found the vlt's and and bar empiricism environment to be a little much after a day of airports and travel so we left and went to another establishment... Finding our choice mediocre and and Having an opportunity to decompress in a less visually stimulating environment we came back enticed by 8 dollar doubles (on a Thursday no less) steps from our hotel room. The service was incredible, we decided to grab some wings and were offered naked or breaded (a boon for our keto group member), and the drinks were cold and stiff. We liked the hotel due to proximity to family and the perimeter highway and we'll definitely be back next time we're in the neighborhood.

Terrible management These clowns bar people for freedome of speech just for saying WORDS Update Management made some type of comment and deleted it pretty quickly they must have made some disgusting rude comment and showed their true colors says alot about the character of the people in charge here to reply but delete the comment Forgot to mention the manager basically assaulted me when I stepped into a more personal level to explain myself and ask why I was being asked to leave for basically sitting in the hotel side waiting for a cab these people are very lucky I value my job and my freedom

The service is terrible. First off, it was not busy at all. Waited 15 min for a server to take our order for drinks, but no one came by. Ended up going to the bar to order. Must order food due to covid rules, but waited another 20 min for a menu. After we had time to decide, waited another 20 min for the server - who was standing 5 feet away but chatting with another server, but ours walked away and gave our order to the other one. Our server came back to confirm the order which was completely wrong. Got food (luckily the right food), no more drinks offered so we paid and left unhappy. Not the first time I've had terrible service there. Won't be going back.

As someone visiting Winnipeg, this was the closest place to have a drink, unwind and watch a hockey game. Before deciding to come here, I called ahead of time to see if they were going to play the particular game I was attempting to watch. I was told that they have multiple TV’s and that they could switch one of them to accommodate me. I was very happy. Upon arriving, 10$ Uber as I’m in town working, I pay for a beer and am told there is no way they could do it. The server was a nice guy and I don’t hold it against him whatsoever. Just don’t appreciate wasting my time and money for nothing.

We went here for burger week. The burger was the best one we had out of all of them. The thing is, we had more than the burger, which, I might add, the cut in two for us and split up the curly fries and well! Great touch. We had some of their wings, and we had some broccoli cheddar things. Both were really good. I would (and probably will) go back for their wings again. The broccoli cheddar balls were a surprise - in a good way. The service was great. Our server was very attentive and showed up just when we might need something more. The food came out in good time.

Great deals. The Server was a little flaky and kept forgetting about us. She was more concerned about socializing with her friends /coworkers that were sitting a table over then doing her job.We watched as she kept bring drinks/ shots to her friends as we waited. We literally thought she forgot to enter our food in.. Sadly when we finally got out food the plate was super hot (sitting under the heat lamp) the food was cold. Didn't bother saying anything because we had already waited long enough for our food and did not want to wait any longer . Generally pretty happy with the serves there but this time not so much .

I usually am just trying there for the VLTs and a drink. Their wings are to die for and they have so many different and interesting combinations of wings. The food is great but the wings and chips are too notch. I would say its pretty steady crowd in there, they have a huge "restaurant style" side and like 10 VLT machines and the lounge side has over 20 at least. They also have a beer vendor and the Howard Johnson ( hojo) is a part of the hotel itself so there's multiple exits and entry ways .

Was staying at a nearby hotel and tried Hat Tricks based on Google reviews. Food and service were both good, but the place is small, a bit dingy, full of VLT’s, and had heavy metal music playing over the sound system rather than the audio for one of the games on the TVs. I listen to all types of music, but it became rather annoying after an hour. Would not seek this place out again, but wouldn’t refuse to go there if with others who wanted to go there.

In town from Calgary for a couple of days, found out the bar was under my hotel so went out for wings and I was surprised to find out they’d be the best wings I’ve ever had, and that’s no word of exaggeration. I rarely go out of my way to leave a review but this was too good not to. Best Buffalo wings I’ve ever had were the breaded Buffalo wings from this place. Great job. Also fun atmosphere for Jets games. Love it!

I was in attendance the evening of 28/09/22 during a power outage with a group that comes weekly. I had inquired about the payment options due to the outage and management become aggressive and combative. The only option offered was to wait it out, unfortunately that doesn't work for people who have jobs and schedules to attend. I would not recomend coming here and it will be the end of my weekly visits.

Honestly, its a 3.7 stars for me. The food is all great, but the service is really slow. Waitresses are nice enough but when I sit down and it's dead in there, I'd rather not be waiting 10 minutes for someone to give me a menu. Luckily, however, the food is quite good, and very affordable considering it's quality. My personal favorite is the chicken fingers. The chicken itself is very high quality, and the breading they use is excellent.

Staff is fantastic! Super friendly and personable. Food is very very good. Not your average bar food. Clean and welcoming, best place to unwind and have a drink and some food.

July 21,22 went for wings at 430pm with friends. Ordered franks red hot and salt & pepper wings with deep fried pickles. Next day I’ve had nothing but diarrhea and stomach upset. Server was very nice but won’t be returning. Also there needs some serious housekeeping. Our booth had major dust on the shelf behind us.

Hattricks is my neighborhood bar and I frequent here every Wednesday night and usually one night on the weekend. On Wednesdays our server Haley's service consistently is over the top. The food from the kitchen is also consistently good and delivered promptly! Overall the atmosphere is very good and all servers seem to be eager to please.

What a terrific little hole in the wall..!! Our server Carly was friendly and a she was at our table with a smile before we ever needed anything. I can't say enough about the food, it was simply fantastic. The steak and red wine pairing was delicious and the fries and gravy were also deelish. The ceaser was one of the best I've had .

Great spot to watch the game. I don't know how many TVs they have but I would be surprised if they had a seat anywhere that couldn't see a screen. Although we missed it they have specials on during the Jets games that seemed like a good deal. Some good beers on tap as well. Bartender was friendly . Will stop in again for sure.

Great place; I love going here and always get smashed when I do. The waitresses and Bartenders are very friendly and always fill your cup when it's empty. I recommend the wings, Whiskey Fish Bowls and Jäger bombs.

The "Big smoke" tasted good, but the patty was dry. For $17 dollars for the burger alone with no sides, I would go to Sam's restaurant. Poutine came with no gravy. Just melted cheese and fries. The rye bread on the Clubhouse sandwich was quite hard. The dipping sauces were also missing. Would not recommend take out.

The service and even food had dipped in quality a while ago, but they've flipped it around again and have been great the last few times I've been here. Everything has been improved and I'm happy to keep coming back!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Ordered from skip the dishes months ago, wings were terrible and nacho chips were stale. After talking to the owner, I was told I would receive a refund.... months later and I am still waiting on that refund. Will never eat here again.

I tried a different meal every day I was here and everything on the menu was delicious! The service was above and beyond, funny waitresses, bartenders that would give you advice on how to make your food better (secret menu items) Everything about this place was amazing!

We are in from out of town and this was a great spot we could walk to and have a few drinks and food. The staff treated us like locals.

A great place to go for a couple cold ones. Burgers are tasty too. Almost has a "cheers" vibe in that the bartenders know the patrons and get along great with them. You feel like it can become a local watering hole. Great for jets games.

Ordered through skip the dishes and order was ready on time, but skip dropped the ball and never picked up the order. They came and dropped off my wings personally on the house. Great service and tasted awesome! Would highly recommend.

Hat Tricks restaurant supervisor was the rudest person I've ever seen here. Mostly it's a great experience till may 30th@ 5pm. This person is miserable and shouldn't be employed. Otherwise a great place to eat.

Handy location at Howard Johnson, was great burgers with fries (gluten free bun tasty & held together). Clean, quick take-out and great service, liquor vendor good selection of local beers.

Just did drinks and watched some sports. Sunday Caesar special is fabulous! Comes with pepperette, pickle and jalapeño. Staff were very friendly. Great cold beer store on site as well.

The absolute best staff. Great food. And great times. Out of the many places I have experienced this is my presence always. Feels like home. Hats off to all staff and management.

In recent weeks, this has become my go-to bar. Great food. Awesome specials (especially on saturdays). Service is alright but the Full Belly Burger is just fantastic.

The food and service was great. The restaurant was completely packed and the manager offered to bring the food to our room which tasted delicious. Highly recommend!

Best wings in town. Th beer is flowing and the 4th pitcher is free so it’s great with a group. VLT’s always bring in a group of people that sort of depress me.

Menu has fresh 2020 overhaul and new items aplenty. Cheap beers during the week. Almost free Jets gameday shuttle.

Beer vendor is open when most others are closed, Sundays, holidays, you name it. Parking lot is quite dark though.

The staff are great. Never tried the food but the service is fast and the place is chill / clean / casual.
