Freaky Tiki is my go to cafe in Rye. They make the best coffee in town and have been known for their coffee for over a decade. I can always trust I’ll walk away, with heaven in a cup and a little treat. I’ll admit, I’m addicted to the vegan citrus cake, and I love how they make sure they don’t run out for me, they’re so lovely. I hear lots of comments about the cheese cakes, but haven’t tried, their bacon and egg rolls are perfection, you won’t be disappointed. Everything is made in house, so it’s fresh and very tempting, the staff are lovely and always up for a chat. I love that they offer a mug library and I feel grateful to have local coffee shop that makes everyone feel welcome. Thank you team Freaky Tiki

Very small cafe but nice, clean & friendly. My 2 sisters & I went there for breakfast. We all had eggs done different ways. The food was lovely & decent sized serves. Unfortunately the food took way too long to come out & one of my sister's orders was wrong & had to be sent back. She ordered eggs over easy but got eggs that were flipped & over cooked. They got it right the second time but by the time she got to eat hers, we were almost finished. They do have some outdoor seating & an outside takeaway window for service also.

I can’t recommend this awesome cafe enough . I had the best take away breaky roll , this included bacon , avocadoe , tomatoe , the relish was amazing!!! I didn’t want egg , so they happily substituted with my request of avocado. Great serving size ! Perfect Coffee was on point, very happy as I’m a coffee snob . The whole vibe of the cafe was very impressive! I’ll definately be back again soon ! Loved the decor and the staff were lovely . I’d give 10 stars if I could.❤️

The eggs Benedict. The coffee. Both great and I’ll be back with someone to split the EB (big eaters will be satisfied; two good slices of nice bread, toasted PROPERLY). And the home-made Hollandaise sauce: chef’s kiss. Light and tangy not thick and gluggy and overwhelming. Perfect. Oh I forgot to rhapsodise about the bacon. The bacon was beautifully cooked (for me; I prefer towards crispy). Just delish.

Just moved to the area and trying out new cafe's. Ordered a ham cheese and tomato toastie with no butter (as I have allergies) to take away. Went to eat the toastie and there was butter all over the bread. Thanks guys for taking my $10 for something that went to the bin. Will not recommend if the staff can't take simple orders!

If I could give a minus for service I would. We waited 45 minutes for our food, and so many other people got served before us. The waiter also forgot our coffee, so we had to ask them if it was still coming. In other words they completely forgot our order overall. Terrible service. Won't be coming back here ever again.

What an awesome experience! Such warm and friendly staff and some of the best food I have ever eaten worldwide! You could taste the love put into making my breakfast eggs Benny with avo and my husbands burger! Everything made fresh They were also able to accommodate me as a celiac which is amazing! I went to freaky taking cafe the other morning I was sold a thickshake that was water. The prepared amount didn't fit the according cup so she grabbed a smaller one and gave me a smaller cup more full Then the lady proceeded to to lie to me and saying that it was the duquate sized portion when I say ty3 sneaky shortcut and rip off

Food was ok. Great kombucha. Slow service inside. Unfortunately observed serving staff rubbing a customers dogs belly outside for a couple of minutes, then went back to serving food and coffee without washing hands.

I shamble in most mornings barely a person, and leave every time feeling refreshed and satisfied. The coffee is the best in rye and the staff are all amazing, plus the place has such a cozy vibe that it’s great just to sit and enjoy a good book inside. Thanks team, keep up the good work!

Mocha Oat milk- 5 stars, creamy and right amount of coffee and chocolate, been to many cafes and hard to get it right. Bacon and egg roll- big size, dense yummy burger with a delicious panini bun and a sweet relish , funny enough still felt healthy and not too heavy

Nice cafe near the beach with good food and nice Hawaiian ambiance. The Bikini Blowout is their signature dish of Poached Eggs, Smashed Avocado, Bacon & Hollandaise Sauce. A very delicious breakfast to start the day.
