Every time I’ve gone to this store I’ve had to deal with at least one rude person. The people working here truly seem to hate it. But a recent trip to the bakery to order my sons cake really tops the list. When I went in, the lady taking my order seemed to be new. She wrote the wrong order number and I had to correct her. I ordered a beautiful dinosaur cake with green and purple frosting. I got… well I’ll include pictures. I even went in two weeks before I was suppose to pick up the cake to make sure everything was right. What I got was so unbelievably different than what I ordered I can’t believe this is legal. It’s false advertising. The girl who took my call after I got the horrendous cake sounded painfully inexperienced and told me she was sorry nobody expressed they didn’t have the volcano… volcano?! NOTHING about the cake I received matched the cake I ordered. When I wrote customer service I got zero response. Do not order cakes here. They false advertise beautiful cakes and make the ugliest cheapest version whoever is decorating feels like putting together. They couldn’t even bother to keep the ugly screen print non wrinkled or centered. This is fraudulent. And they shouldn’t be allowed to do this. What a joke.
Certain employees are the main reason I give this Fry's four stars and not less. To be brief: It is a nice, well maintained store, in a fairly affluent area. However, I have had a bagger one time out of my 10+ visits. I understand it is fairly hard to find reliable working hands these days. But maybe part of that could be the pay Kroger (Fry's) offers their employees. Well, Fry's offers cheap prices and wide variety, so can I really complain too much? No, I can't. Which is why I have given 4 stars. Well, that is part of the reason. The main reason is that some of the employees realize they are short staffed and don't complain. Instead, they go out of their way to make it enjoyable for the customers. For example, Debi, a cashier, was one who specifically went out of her way to help and offer friendly service today. Joanne, at the customer service counter, has also been extremely helpful over several visits! I hope management recognizes, values, and provides higher compensation (when the time comes) for those employees who do go out of their way. Which, I am sure there are more than the ones I have mentioned! That's all, thanks for reading.
Huge Fry's super store. Nicely laid out and fresh food / good till dates. Only complaint to owners/ manager is to enlarge the bathrooms. For as large of a store that you have, you only have two non gender specific toilets, one stall each? There was a line of 4 people when I came to use. All your other Kroger stores that are normal size across the country have two bathrooms but a minimum of one toilet and 2 urinals at least for males. Unsure about female toilets but betcha that they have at least two toilets also. You can spend a lot of time in your store shopping, etc. but only have two non gender specific toilets? You need to do something about this at this location or will take shopping to another Fry's store. You have to large of store to do this. Hopefully I am wrong and you have another bathroom with more stalls elsewhere but I didn't see any other signs easily noticed elsewhere in your store nor did I ask. Great store, selection and prices otherwise.
These people are truly amazing and are not only First Responders in my eyes but heroes as well. They tirelessly worked to keep their shelves stocked, store clean, professionally provide service and assistance to their customers throughout the entire "Corona Crazies" era. The first few weeks were absolute chaos but these amazing people kept it together and helped ensure that we customers kept it together too. They were a kind, understanding, helpful smile when fear and confusion ran rampant. I have frequented Fry's since we moved here, mainly because of their proximity to my home. But now I frequent them because they're almost like family. And my husband and I are very grateful to all of them for continuing to stay open, work every day putting theirs and their families health at risk just to keep all of us fed and stocked. Thank you doesn't quite cut it. But it is all I have to offer. You guys truly are one of a kind.
On 10/4 my husband stopped by the Fry's on Dove Valley & 27th Ave after exercising outdoors. He had forgotten his mask at home. So, he went to the door and asked an employee (who was chatting with her friend near the carts) if there was somehow he could get a mask so he could enter the store. The employee, in a very snotty tone, said, "We no longer supply those, sir," and turned back to talking to her friend. On 10/7 when we go to the store we see this bin of masks just inside the entrance. How hard would it have been to just get him one of these masks to purchase and allow him to enter the store? On that same day I used the restroom at the store and there were no paper towels and it obviously had not been cleaned in a day. Needless to say, it is unlikely we will be shopping at this Fry's.
As always, my local Fry's Food Store did not disappoint. This location is billed the largest Fry's in the country. It does have almost anything you need . Starbucks, Home Fresh(meal delivery), they even have a section, now secured, to eat a quick lunch or snack. They are always friendly, going above and beyond to help and the store is always clean and immaculate. My only gripe is the horrible selection on pretty much everything I'm not looking for crazy, hard to find ettouffe (sp) but on common, every day items like yogurt, pancake syrup, type of cheese you buy every week, but if that's my only complaint then they're doing a pretty decent job in the grand scheme of things.
Stopped by this Fry's store to initially get a gallon of milk and saw a particular model vacuum cleaner I was trying to find several months ago and had given up the only one left with feature I wanted was the store display Three of the store associates were so helpful in checking the ones on the shelf and the stockroom to verify if they had a boxed model. then they took the time to find the packaging and accessories for the display model. Their supervisor then assisted me to the cashier and even got me a cart These young ladies went over and above to make sure I was satisfied Kudos had to give a shout out to the experts at Fry's North Valley Pkwy Big up
Multi billion dollar company stealing from their customers. Karina was dishonest and needs to be retrained at her job. She blatantly lied to our face told us that our gift card went through when it did not and charged us almost $200. Very thankful that Chad was willing to to listen to the situation what had happened and helped us at customer service even though none of that should have happened in the first place If she would have done her job properly. The card system machines need to be upgraded to the tap option because the chips don’t even work properly and take up so much time. I am writing this review in hopes this does not happen to anyone else.
Wow, best Fry’s in Arizona. Better than the fancy Fry’s at Tatum and Shea. This Fry’s not only has everything you could want and more, it is an experience. Get yourself a Starbucks and shop with a coffee. Better yet, stop by the wine and beer bar for a quick pint. (I don’t care what the haters say, hanging out in Fry’s is not lame). They even have clothes here, and surprisingly, their clothes are actually really nice and modern and cheap. All of the food is organized in perfectly placed sections in the store. I just love walking around this store to browse sometimes for something fun to do. And the people are really nice. Definitely will be back.
We started using the Pickup Service early in the pandemic. Even with things getting back to normal-ish, we continue to use this service because it's awesome. We just order on the app. There are always lots of convenient time slots available. We use the app to let them know we are on the way. When we pull up we are usually loaded up and on the way home within 5 minutes. They always do a great job picking out meats and produce (which was my biggest concern). I can't imagine going back to shopping in the store, especially on a busy day, waiting to check out, etc. The Pickup Service is the way to go. They are still waiving the service fee too.
Great, clean, and well-organized, and most importantly, HUGE Fry's store. The solar-covered parking is fantastic in summer because it keeps your car nice and fresh and reasonably cool when you are inside shopping. There are only a handful of Fry's Marketplace stores in the Phoenix metro area, and of them, this one is one of the biggest and best-stocked, if not the biggest. And did I mention the Boar's Head deli sandwiches that you can get made-to-order? They are suspended right now due to Covid-19 precautions, but when they are back in business you should totally get one and give it a try. They are well worth the money!
I have always shopped at Frys and ordered my cakes from the bakery there and never had a problem but I ordered my kids cakes two weeks ago for there birthday and today when I went to pick them up before the party they didn’t have them. Apparently the baker was off today and no one decided to call me to tell me so I could at least order them somewhere else. The manager was nice and let me pick out something at no cost but it’s definitely not my kids birthday cakes and they don’t say happy birthday at all. So just a heads up DO NOT ORDER CAKES HERE until they get a baker/decorator that will want do their job!!!!!
This Fry' s location is one of the best Fry's stores I've been to. It's newer. To start off, the parking lot is covered! Which is amazing for not only when it rains but when it's 100°+ outside! The inside is spotless and has a variety of little "extras" near the front of the store. There's a Starbucks and a deli (like most grocers) but this Fry's has a SUSHI BAR! I would definitely drive an extra 10-15 min out of my way to go to this grocery store. The staff seemed nice and helpful. My biggest concern with grocery stores is cleanliness and I didn't question the cleanliness of this store.
This location has gone down hill over the last couple of months. Every time an item is on sale the product is out of stock. Try returning an item without a receipt. Horrible customer service. Today I spent $100 of groceries put in my phone number for the rewards and realized after I left the check out line the discounts were not applied. Went to customer service and had to go through my receipt and spent 20 minutes taking out the groceries and having them rescan the items on sale. Really? Are we still in the 1900's. Not a great experience. And when is the bar going to reopen???
I think the store itself is really nice. Great selection of food and I really like the speciality cheese options. The shaded parking really helps keep the car cool as well. The part I don't understand is why the cashiers do not bag your groceries? I can understand if there is an employee already helping bag them up but that does not always happen given how busy the store is. At Albertsons, they bag them while scanning them. I picked up groceries yesterday and the cashier literally just watched me bag my grocceries after she was done scanning them without offering to assist.
The store itself is nice but customer service was not great. I was trying to get some produce and one of the stockers decided it was more important that he start his section than let me finish getting my green beans and was reachingover my head. Then at checkout the clerk had run all of my stuff through, I paid, and rather than her bagging my order, started ringing up the person behind me. When I asked if she was going to bag my groceries she told me yes but because the person behind me had fewer items thought she would take care of her first.
I love the layout of this store on Dove Valley and the great selection they have including a pharmacy, clothing and shoes and many seasonable items. Prices are reasonable to today's prices and they have great sales every week! Sign up for their store shopping card and earn points toward gas which is located in the parking area near the street. They offer quite a bit of solar covered parking which is nice in the summer. The people who work are always friendly, courteous and willing to help you find whatever you need
This is one of my favorite locations. Besides it being close to my home, ALL of the employees are pretty awesome! The aisles are always clean and the cashiers don't give you the side eye when you say ask for paper instead of plastic. I went there tonight for a quick meal and even got ot 1/2 off. The deli employee also let me switch my side. The produce is always fresh, the bakery has beautifully creative cakes, and the meat/seafood area is always clean without any harsh smells. Did I mention majority of the parking is covered?
Our normal routine of Saturday grocery shopping was even better today, because of a few people. Cameron in the meat dept. is extremely helpful and with a nice attitude and smile. Sharon at checkout w/ Sue bagging made paying for the groceries not as painful as usual. HaHaHA This store is extremely clean and full of courteous employees. Props to the Management. As I have said in past reviews: Good Leaders/Managers Good Employees Horrible/Lazy Managers Horrible/Lazy Employees Well, you don't have to worry here they are ALL Good
Once again going into Fry's marketplace on Dove valley road was a great experience! The bakery is phenomenal, the store is clean, large, nicely arranged, the flower department is beautiful,, and the seasonal decoration area is really nice! That store is beautiful inside and out, the covered parking is fabulous. Nice people shop there,,, I really enjoy going there,, and I would definitely drive 20 or 25 minutes out of my way just to go and enjoy myself shopping there. Now y'all enjoy your shopping and have a great autumn!
I thought we had the friendliest Frye’s in AZ on Valencia Rd., Tucson until we visited the store at Dove Valley, near Phoenix. The shoppers were friendly and I didn’t see one scowl on any employee. This was December 23rd too. The lady and I’m sorry I didn’t take the time to get her name at the self checkout. She was so friendly and helpful. The place was busy but everyone seemed to be having a great shopping experience. You can’t go wrong at Frye’s. Only the best people work there. Thank you Mt. Manager. Great store.
This store is awesome. I always have liked Fry’s for their prices but this store is amazing. It’s a little overwhelming at first because of its size. This store has everything though. A great produce section, deli and even a bar. The beer section has a great selection of craft beers as well. You can even cut your own loaves of bread. The parking lot is covered which is nice. The staff is usually friendly as well. There is a cashier named Dave who is always very nice. I look for his line when I visit this store.
I love the selection, variety, and quality of the product here. The place is always clean. My only complaint is the vast numbers of grocery pickers for the online ordering business. I find that I can't go down a single aisle without having to dodge around another employee picking food. This place is already busy enough with shoppers and various displays in the aisle that adding the extra pickers just increases my frustrations. I try to shop early am or late at night to minimize the crowds whenever possible.
It’s your typical larger grocery store. They have a small section of clothes, pretty basic. Today I ordered groceries for pickup. It’s usually easy, if there are any issues with stock you get notified. Today I was notified they were out of sliced yellow American cheese, in the deli. Really?!? So I had to run in and of course there was yellow American cheese in the deli and they were not out of it earlier either. Pretty frustrating. I’m glad there’s a newer one opening closer to my home.
Too many people use the pick up service for things they are more than capable of getting themselves. I understand if you're elderly and or have a disability that prevents you from shopping for yourself. But most people are young/middle aged that are using the service. Have a kid and don't want to bring them in the store? Well then leave them at home. Don't have time to shop for yourself? Well then go to the store when you do. Just too lazy? Well there's no fixing that.
I love this store and I shop there almost every day, but I I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on, at least until they fire that rude little girl, Carmel. She has been extremely rude every single time I've encountered her. I know help is hard to get lately, but I find it hard to believe that they're that desperate for help to the point that they allow her to get away with that b$#@&y attitude towards their customers. It's ok though. She's their problem, not mine.
Very large and clean. Often stores start to looks worse with time, but Fry's on Dove Valley has maintained the cleanliness and kept up with sanitary standards. The prices at Fry's stores are always on point and the deals are amazing. This store in particular has never ceased to amaze me. The only downside is the produce is not as fresh, particularly later in the day. The staff is friendly, knows their way around the stores, and has always asked if I needed help.
This Fry's is enormous and has everything from a sushi section to a cheese monger station to an actual seated bar to a pharmacy. The lot was extremely crowded when I went on December 23 in the mid-afternoon around 3pm, and I ended up parking all the way up against the gas station towards to far back portion of the lot. On other trips outside of holidays, however, the crowds are much more manageable and you can likely find parking under the panels.
My family and I LOVE this Fry's food. Always well staffed with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people. Click list is the best thing ever. Especially, with two kids under the age of 4. It's like herding cats when we go inside with the kiddos. Well done Fry's, this is a homerun location and I can see that this location does well from my background in retail and understanding how the majority of the operation works.
Oh my gosh! This is the umpteenth time I’ve eaten here. I always go for the $7 2 piece white meal. So yummy!!! And their hot sides are to die for. The mac and cheese is fabulous and the mash and gravy is awesome too. The service is superb. I always get a gentleman by the name of Josiah. He’s so friendly and genuine. It’s always nice to see a friendly face. Thank you for the excellence. I’ll of course be back.
I love this store,it's big and beautiful, I get very relaxed when I shop there, food from all over,a long with cheese's,the also have a wine tasting bar where you can try out various wines, sections of prepared food,if you don't want to cook, it's waiting for you just take it home, warm it up and enjoy, it's worth a visit, also they sell clothes, shoes,I can keep going, visit and you will see for yourself.
This Fry’s is always clean and well stocked. The produce is always fresh. I live closer to the Anthem Fry’s but prefer to drive a bit more because they don’t run out of stock on the sale item like Anthem. Staff at either store are very friendly and eager to help. I just want to know when I get my check for always having to work in the store either bagging my groceries or checking my self out.
This was the most amazing Fry's I've been to start with the parking lot covered parking lot with solar panels so nice to go shopping and not come back to a hot car then inside everything a grocery store and more This place took my expatiation of a grocery store to a new level you can stop and have a bite to eat or even have a beer or wine This more like a mall for food then just a store
Very nice store. Clean and orderly. The layout is nice too and easy to navigate and the staff are always friendly and helpful. There's a female associate often in the self-checkout lane (I don't know her name but she told me she's a Pisces - haha) who goes above and beyond asking if I need help lifting anything or scanning something. Very professional.
This is a gourmet Fry’s with all the groceries you’d see at a regular store, but they also have a full service bar, a giant bakery section, clothing, home goods, Starbucks, and more. Plus, they have shaded parking - a bonus in Phoenix! It does get busy sometimes, but it’s a great way to grocery shop (at least as good as grocery shopping can get).
There is something here for everyone. You can get your everyday shopping here. You can supply your home or rental with groceries and commestibles to accommodate all wants and needs. You will find exotic fare and unusual items to intrigue the palate. This made for an authentically exciting visit at what might have otherwise been a routine stop!
We came here to buy a couple of things. We were in and out pretty quickly, but sad at how much we spent. I just feel like the value isn’t worth the cost! But.....it was an easy stop on the way home and we had a gift. So there we were. They have a massive parking lot covering, which I assume is maybe solar panels? It was super cool!
Wow! Shade provided by solar panels. Cool. Name brand clothes for sale. Nice. Extensive variety of produce. Yum! Excellent selection of gluten free and dairy free snack items. Yay! Deli, sushi, Starbucks, alcohol, and so much more. Oops almost forgot friendly customer service. This will be our go to grocery shopping location.
I’m sorry but I just moved down here from Atl. And it’s like if you don’t speak their language they will mot help you. And it was some light skin girl at the register bad attitude I will not be returning to this store at all. Only the people who walk the floor has good customer service. I see why everyone go to self checkout
Partner came here while on a break during his work. The white ladies in the morning treated him rudely and refused to sell him a pack of cigarettes for whatever reason. He said it felt more like racial profiling than anything. If you can't stand to be around any other person that isn't white, why work customer service ?
People, Double check your receipts after you purchase Something here. You will find on almost every trip there is at least 1 or 2 items that did not ring up as advertised on the shelf, even if you clipped the coupon or whatever, they always overcharge. I just left there and I'll be d***** if they didn't do it again !
Packed on the weekend. Covered parking was great and it's made of solar panels so go Fry's for being green. Store was well stocked and had plenty of tasty sample booths all over. Place also has a beer/wine bar in it (which was a first for me) and a decent soft goods and clothing retail section. Great place.
Though the store is good but there are so many hidden coupons that don’t get captured while self checkout and you end up paying more instead of discounted price. When I realize that right after 2 minutes of checkout, reached out to store representative, she responded very rudely and didn’t even apologized.
*Picks up unruly toddler at check out, puts him on my shoulders* Apparently leaving his seat up for grabs Cashier literally says to the bagger "oh! try to put everything there" Leaving me with nowhere to place my child but still expecting me to push my cart out the store somehow?? Amazing. Thank you.
I really like this store. It's clean and it isn't as big and crowded as some of their other locations, however, it's still a good size. There is a Starbucks and they also sell more than just food! You can buy puzzles, dishes, etc. The best part is that I can always find cheese for easy fondue here!!
Groceries, clothing and a toy store with a bar and Walgreens type area. Never thought I'd see people getting buzzed and talking loud while I'm picking out my deli meat and potato salad. Who wants to Uber to Fry's and get our buzz on and try to figure out how we spent $300 on groceries? Lol
I love this fry's. The selection is amazing. The store is clean, and the staff is pretty friendly. So many lunch options from their deli or Japanese restaurant/sushi bar/ramen bar. Their solar panel parking lot is such a great idea. Provides shade for cars and clean energy for the store.
Sent pictures and letter to Kroger Corporate in Cincinnati Ohio yesterday. Might be the worst grocery store in the Valley. Meat and Seafood Department closed… No staff. Deli closed on Saturday! No staff. No manager on duty to voice our concerns. Absolutely embarrassing for Cave Creek.
This frys is better than most. They don't carry a couple things I buy at the anthem store. But it's a trade off be cause this frys has clothes, shoes, housewares and a large liquor department. I end up shopping multiple stores to get what I want. This store has a had Stratton as well.
Great store... I believe this is the largest store that fry’s has in the whole state. It carries everything you need. It’s clean and organized. There are little signs above the isles that display what it contains in that immediate area instead of the whole isle. I defiantly recommend
One of the coolest grocery stores I have ever been in. Everything from bananas to shoes. Even a sitdown wine bar to take the edge off grocery shopping. Very clean, and staff was very friendly. You can buy food, clothes, shoes, and housewares here. Covered parking for the Arizona sun.
Produce department was fine. Meat department was fine. Other areas were having major supply chain issues. Usually have wonderful cashiers-this time, pretty bad. He was rude and slow. Only one opened outside of self service. But I wound up doing the bagging because of his attitude.
I'm leaving this review because a gentleman who works there named Erik makes my shopping experience awesome every time. He is always happy to help, and he always greets everyone with a smile. He is an asset to your store and should be rewarded for his hard work and great attitude!
Very nice, well stocked LARGE store. Friendly staff, very clean, and well-organized. Love all the specialty sections - the Chompies, deli, bakery, ready-to-make meals, sushi, and coffee. Better prices than Albertsons and Safeway. Love the variety and hard-to-find items.
I am from Pennsylvania. Whenever I am back in Cave Creek, Fry's is the spot to load up my fridge and pantry. But, if you want the absolute best homemade cookies, go to Sprouts.. Killer cookies.. BANGIN' cookies... Check both places out. You will not be disappointed...
Friendly staff, clean store, and everything is easy to find. I never have an issue getting in and out when I need to do my shopping. I think the only thing I'd suggest is cleaning the bathrooms by the pharmacy. They are absolutely disgusting. Then I'll bump to 5☆
it's Frys as long as it is stocked the human comfort level will never fall...lmao BWHAHAHA!! j/k It's a grocery store y'all... it's under all the same new management of a crazy wall street NWI government like us all Amen John 3:16 …
Lots of variety. Better place to shop than work. Pay and management aren't great. I miss the salad bar, grill, and wing bar. I don't think having gates helps the 99.98% of shoppers. Perhaps there is a better solution. Or stop putting products in the entrance.
Me and husband came here after a long day of work and had lots of questions. Davianna was super helpful and friendly. We found lots of stuff we needed and of course some things we just wanted. Awesome store, and Davianna made it so we'd definitely be back!!
Always friendly staff that is willing to help! Selection in produce and deli is great. Clean and well kept store. My only complaint is there never seems to be enough cashiers open, as I don't want to scan my own groceries when I'm doing a full grocery run.
This is one of their nicer locations! The parking lot is sun protected & they have a huge selection of goods inside. They always have a winery as well for those who enjoy a nice treat every once & awhile. All in all this location is my favorite to shop at.
Produce was bare, The dairy and mailbox were extremely low. Only 2 checkers with lines going down the aisles and one set of sell checkouts open with long lines with an attendant that was extremely overwhelmed but still helping everybody like a superhero.
This Fry's location is always so much more convenient than my neighborhood location. The produce is fresher, and the shelves are well stocked. I can always find what I'm looking for here, and the staff is still wonderful. I really prefer this store
Horrible place to shop. I rather drive 5 miles up the road to a different location. The produce is always disgusting and molded workers are questionable, the management staff is a nightmare, always changing and the restrooms are disgusting …
Be extremely diligent when you shop here. I have on 4 occasions been duped into paying more than advertised due to mispricing and less than honest advertising and have had zero help from "management" when bringing the problem to their attention.
5 years ago I gave this Fry's 5 stars. Today again, It's still 5* and my favorite. But, I have 1 question, Why did you stop selling Diet Vernors Ginger Ale? That's the best ginger ale made, take it from someone that's all tryed them all. …
They're out of more stuff than any store I've ever shopped at, and this is all the time, not just once in a while. It's seriously awful. It's like the order clerks have no idea what they're doing, and either the store manager doesn't either
I was a fan of Kroger when I lived East, and I am a fan of Fry's now that I live here in Phoenix. Consistently the best prices and selection when compared to any grocer. I especially like their Simple Truth organic brand. The Fry's on Dove
Kat in the meat department was super professional , friendly accommodated at a special meat order for me with no issues at all. he loves his job and loves working at this store. During our conversation I discovered he was new to the meat
Are you looking for SodaStream CO2 canisters with the half-price exchange program, now that Bed Bath & Beyond went bankrupt? This Fry’s Marketplace has them (both blue & pink)! Located in a center of aisle display near aisle 46.
I did not get credit for 2 of my coupons and went back for my refund. Sadly this happens more often than not. The Jomax store is so much better. The store on Dove Valley is very close to my home and I still shop there as I did this time
This is our Fry's Marketplace. My wife and i watched it when it was just an empty plot of land. We asked ourselves "i hope that whatever is being built in this spot, is a Fry's Marketplace." And suddenly, it was. Seriously, we love this
Love all the smiles I see when I come here.. Even if you know it has to be frustration you never see it here.. Love my Cashiers ladies and the deli and meat /Seafood counters never disappoint me on prices.. Need a meat Ast for Jason h
My guy brought me fried chicken strips from Fry's. It was delicious and packaged well. The ingredient list was cool! It explained every ingredient. Very nice. The price was great. The parking lot was clean and spacious.
Contrary to the photo, THIS IS NOT A SIGNATURE STORE. When I asked an employee when I did not see the "signature" sign (shown on the photo above) on the facade, I was told that it was an "upscale" Marketplace store.
I laugh every time I see the commercials fresh fresh fresh, their products are never marked correctly , check your receipts guaranteed to have two or three items mismarked every time we went shopping. …
Fry's is the one shopping center that is close by no matter where in Phoenix I happen to be. If only I could get my hands on an ever elusive PINK PINEAPPLE , I'd be a happy camper. LOVE FRY'S
Great selection of everything. Even clothes. Get your socks and your lunch meat all in the same trip... matter of fact, it kind of is a trip. Later MorTons. (That means your salty) foe stars.
The worst customer service.. And the check out kid man not sure what training if any gos on at fry’s? but I live next door and I’ll be shopping some were else moving forward! Sad just sad.
Really waited 20 plus m I ns to get the gas I paid for and oh girl did not know how to do her job wasting my gas that yall won't get back learn how to do your job or call for help ma'am
rude workers closing an hour early. yelled BYE in my face as i was walking up at 9:55. i asked if they were closed and 3 women in frys uniforms kept yelling BYE at me and waving.
Genuinely the worst stocked store ever. If you’re consistently out of the same things, and other stores aren’t, the problem isn’t the supply chain, it’s your store management.
Very good place, new, excellent quality of merchandise, its fruit area, very good quality is something very important in service stores and, above all, moderate prices.
Elijah is always very helpful at the self- checkout area. I can usually find everything on my list at this location. Very convenient and not as crowded as other stores.
Dove Valley Fry's is the largest and most well stocked store I've been to. Fry's Grocery supports Veteran Service Organizations and "we" THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!
Well you said you were going to be open on Christmas Day so I made the 30min trip.......and you weren't. Could you be a little more courteous with media scheduling?
HIRE Baggers!!! Nobody wants to pay hundreds of $$ just to have to bag their own groceries! If I wanted to do that I'll go to WINCO and least save some $$ doing it!
The amenities at this frys is incredible! From the indoor eating are, starbucks, wine & cheese station and Bakery, WOW! I am so glad this is our new "home" location
One star for the new location on Norterra Parkway only because the layout is terrible. It's a cross between Sams club and Albertsons. Makes me want to leave asap.
Clean, fresh produce, helpful staff, friendly customers, safe parking lot, stocked well. A large area of the parking lot of covered/shaded with solar panels.
It's a fairly new Fry's I've only been in for a few quick things and fuel. Its clean well stocked and easy to get in and out of. Very close to Interstate 17.
Great place to get groceries for the week. They are like Krogers if you have a Kroger in your area at home and they do take and add to your Kroger points.
It was a very nice store. The workers were really friendly. The store was great and clean, all the displays looked great. They had everything I needed.
So glad this store is across the street from me‼️ Gas ⛽️ station is clutch also. Hate the vultures that swarm the Store every day though. …
First and last night going here. Amazed at first. Til I seen their employee with a hair net and an apron still on go to the restroom. Unsanitary.
Large friendly store with everything you need. Lots of parking with shade! Free mask during COVID-19 and great pharmacy, too. Great supermarket.
My first choice for all shopping one stop needs this store has everything your looking for and very helpful staff., also covered parking.
Very large store with a very large selection. Everybody's helpful and friendly. Love the deli area and great selection of produce.
Clean, a large selection and reasonable prices. It can get quite busy in the afternoons. I suggest shopping early in the day.
Really dig this store . Very happy to find Sushi at this store . All workers are very helpful . From stockers to cashier's .
