"I hate the phone sale reps that are here"
"Denise at the Field center today is awesome and radiates positivity, her customer service is phenomenal"
"This is the nicest biggest Fry's Market place I've ever been to"
"Fry's employees need to be brought down a peg or two"
"This morning the cashier Daisy was beyond unhelpful"
I hate the phone sale reps that are here. They are pushy and will approach you even if you're not close, I was by the avocados, tomatoes and garlic and they bothered me while I was picking. If I'm coming from the butcher and I see them, I will go down the alcohol cooler isle just to avoid them. I wish Fry's would get rid of them.
Denise at the Field center today is awesome and radiates positivity, her customer service is phenomenal. On the other the people inside the cashier at self checkout on the west side and the cashier in the line right next are rude and can learn a thing or two on how to interact with people from Denise.
This is the nicest biggest Fry's Market place I've ever been to. The stores layout is logical, convenient, CLEAN and the staff is always friendly. It is a big store so its good for step counters. If walking is an issue then the automated carts are always up front, charged & ready for service!
Fry's employees need to be brought down a peg or two. No matter how fancy they might think their store is or how glamorous it makes them feel, they need to realize that they are, at the very least, grocery store employees. For Kroger no less!
This morning the cashier Daisy was beyond unhelpful. She was rude and didn't bother to assist with my purchase at all. I had a few items that needed to be priced adjusted as they were not ringing up correctly. She asked her younger coworker
When this concept and location opened out was a tremendous upgrade to what we had in the area. Produce is much better than other Frys locations, the meat at the butcher counter is fantastic and I love hitting up the gourmet cheese case. But
I'd say 5 stars but you have almost no cart returns other than up front. I've never seen more carts.all.over a parking lot because the cart returns are the entire parking lot away. Get rid of a few spaces and add cart returns. I'm sure the
This is related to whoever makes the rotisserie chicken. I never write a review especially for something like this but to be paying $8-$15 for a Garlic and Herb chicken and it literally just tastes like nothing. No seasonings or anything.
I wish Google gave us the option to give 0 stars. I hate the front end at this store. Cashiers are some of the rudest and most arrogant people I've ever known. They can't be bothered to call departments for a price check when the price on
If you do your homework and Shop specials and especially take advantage of senior day on the first Wednesday of each month you can actually do pretty well! The store is huge but once you get to know it you can negotiate the Isles and not
My son and I were shopping and I had put pink Whitney vodka in my cart( I’m 33) and I had decided against it and had my son take it back to its original spot well they thought my son had put it in his pant leg when in fact if the would
This new Fry's Marketplace replaced the decrepit Fry's on Bell and 7th St., and it is a great improvement. Bigger store, better selection, much bigger deli and warm food section, nicer produce and meat departments, plus house stuff and
Next to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods on Mayo Blvd in Scottsdale, this is the best place I've been for groceries.... BEYOND groceries.. if you're single, just add this place to your route home and don't bother cooking... uhmaze balls...
Nice store, nice selection, but every time I buy salad here I usually end up throwing it away once I open it. Doesn't seem to matter what brand, what day or what time I shop. I'm literally throwing away salad that I bought yesterday.
This Frys is very close and convenient for me. There is always parking. The fuel rewards really help at the pump. What I need is almost always in stock. Large selection of beer and alcohol. They have some sports team paraphernalia.
I really enjoyed the place it has a wide variety of foods and other items that you can pick up. The store is clean love the freshly baked goods that they have also. The prices are good make sure you have a Fry’s card to get added
A cashier tried to charge me $62 for a propane tank that I wasn't purchasing and insisted she was right and I was wrong. Another Foreigner who spoke broken English and had no idea what she was doing. Get it together Fry's!!
Always clean and well staffed. They have a sushi chef that's amazing and a really great cheese section with someone to assist with choices. Produce is always fresh and the meat counter is knowledgeable.
I love that it's more bigger than other Fry's store I've been too, and Customer service and Cashier's are more nice than and very helpful when you really can't find what you're looking for.
If only their Tomatoes were anywhere near the quality as claimed in their produce Ads BUT are NOT! We recommend buying your tomatoes somewhere else, anywhere else.
My go to place to have sushi whenever I crave for one. They have a separate sushi section where they sell fresh sushi. Definitely must try spicy shrimp sushi.
Only one or two lines that are not self checkout. You are forced to wait in long lines or use self checkout. Bashas is close by an no self checkout there.
It is a very nice Fry's. They were really busy but had a lot of staff there today. They had some bread I went to four other stores and couldn't find
This could be the best Fry's Marketplace in all of Phoenix. Built in the last year. Extensive selections on cheeses, meats, wines, and beers.
Place has great selection. It has a deli, butcher shop and a sushi station. The parking lot is kept clean, and there is plenty of parking.
Deceitful sales. The price displayed is not the price it rings up as at the counter. This is pretty constant across all sales.
Well, after waiting ten minutes or so for customer service, I left. Maybe time to start doing my shopping at Safeway.
This particular Frys is huge. Bigger than one on Tatum and Shea and the one Camelback & 22nd St. Beautiful store.
It was gigantic and well positioned, its merchandise that is. The atmosphere there was great and not congested.
Had everything I went to get, got help quickly when I asked and didn't have to wait in line for self checkout.
