DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASE from this company. After I placed my order, I called to confirm my delivery date. This was my moving day so the movers could assemble the dresser. At 5:50 PM I called because my delivery didn’t arrive. They had my delivery date as 4 days later. The dresser was delivered the next night.The instructions were horrible. Then there were 6 of the exact same piece of the dresser were missing. Between one week of numerous phone calls and emails I got the pieces I needed. However, during this time they didn’t understand the piece that was missing. They sent me the instructions they had. When I looked through them, I noticed this missing piece didn’t even exist on these instructions for the exact same dresser. I noticed the hardware was much better on the instructions sent to me. Now I have a safety issue. I emailed the instructions I received. By this time I’ve been 6 days with a partially assembled dresser. Sure they apologized and admitted it was their fault, but by this time I know longer wanted to deal with Furnberry. I told them to come and get their partially assembled dresser and pieces. He agreed until he started talking about the box. After almost a week, who keeps the box??? Don’t forget, I now have safety issues with this dresser. He refused to take it back without the box. Are you kidding me? He tried to compare buying clothing at Old Navy, taking the tags off and trying to return it. Not even close to the same thing. The errors made by Furnberry and inconvenience that I went through for a week are not like buying clothing from a store. The quality of the product is garbage and the service is just as bad. I will NEVER buy anything from Furnberry ever again and I hope no one else does either. I had to put one star to post this, however I wouldn’t give them any stars.

Coming from someone in National Sales, I would give them no stars if possible. Don't waste your time and go to Wayfair. Products are awful, customer service is extremely awful (they take no responsibility and rather just argue their side) and shipping was an absolute disaster. Heres the story. Couch ordered in Nov 2018. Took a month to arrive, then showed up broken and ripping through seams. They replaced couch after several discussions. Then it took 2 months to get new couch. New couch showed up with everything but 2 cushions. Still waiting on cushions and almost 5 months into purchase. On top of this all I probably had 25-30 calls into these guys for updates and to try and pull my tracking info. They would lie and say its gone out but couple days later you then get the notice it shipped... Who was right? I would buy 3 couches elsewhere before every purchasing a shoe rack from Furnberry. On top of this, having to stay on them after all this time and the overall quality of their products is probably actually worth only a 1/3 of the cheap price your going to pay. Pay the extra couple hundred dollars and just do it right. Don't plan on asking for the manager either because its the same guy that answers the phone supposedly and that gets you no where. You would think after all this they deduct some cost, maybe shipping, maybe 10%-15% as its nothing for them but no. They said they took responsibility by covering the couch replacement. Makes sense right.... WORST COMPANY EVER.

(my order number is 1878) very rude customer service the furniture is very very very cheap and low quality the price is much higher then what it should be.i order online when i received my sofa set it has tear all around and damage on few spots.i called customer service the person was so rude after many arrangement he agreed to send me damage parts but still waiting for that never received.Even he send me the damage parts he told me i have to fix my self and i am not professional at all. . the delivery driver was alone and he is unable to bring the sofa set in side the house he wants to leave my sofa set on the street i was at work i called my two friends they went my home to help the delivery driver.i paid $229 just for delivery and that i thing i just waste my money .thats really shameful my over all experience i don't recommend to anyone this place please don't waste your money and time with furnberry .they have all fake advertisement rode terrible horrible customer service low and cheap quality furniture.

Hi I am writing this review To let everyone know that this is a good store I don't know why when I was trying to read the reviews I just saw very bad comments that people left And because English is my second language I wasn't sure what to do finally I saw a button that said more And I saw more reviews And I found a little bit more peace Over The store I am truly sorry for all the headaches that I've cost a store But we ordered a bunk bed And some mattresses I love it super excited What I received it Took about 1 weeks Until they shipped it 3 weeks In total until I receive my order It has a few scratches You can tell that it was damaged wood before they start building the bunk bed It makes me a little sad And we had to reshape a few things when we put it together But that could happen anywhere For the price that we paid I think it is amazing Super satisfied super loving it Wish you all the best Furnberry - Furniture

Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. The bunkbed set I ordered was over 1 1/2 months late from original delivery eta, and once we had it put together we realized we were sent wrong bed. The bunkbed set i ordered also had a trundle option you could purchase to go under the bed, so i purchased the trundle to get with it. The bed they sent me will not fit the trundle underneath. so i told them that i would keep the bunkbed set, and the 3 mattresses, but that i wanted to return the trundle as it was no good to me. I have been arguing with them since about them accepting my return, as they are insisting i received the bed i ordered even though i have sent pictures of the bed i ordered and the bed i received. My suggestion would be to stay FAR away from this company and not waste your money!!!

Don't buy their products. Company offering the worst customer service. I received my sofa a month and a half after placing the order. The transport company was not professional. They lost part of my sofa. They came back to my house twice. This company does not abide by the Canadian Pricing Policy Law. In addition, the sofa is in poor condition. Looks like it used up .. It was dirty and cut in a few places and the company didn't do anything for me. They told me to wash the sofa with soap and water. My worst experience as a customer. I filed a consumer protection complaint. Don't buy from them .. You will regret it. I even believe it is Dropshipping given the time and condition in which the products arrived!

It took almost a month from the time I ordered it, so finally received it yesterday. Furnberry apologized for the delay and I'm glad they kept me posted regarding my order's updates. I was worried initially since I've seen a lot of horrible reviews about this store. I prayed that I won't be one of those giving bad reviews. So delivery was super delayed but I know the store tried their best to offer some alternative options so I recognize the effort. The delivery people were decent and the driver was polite. The items are in good physical shape so I'm happy. The items are I think decent for the price but not sure if it's a good quality. Only time can tell...I just hope it lasts us at least 10 years.

This is by far THE WORST company I have ever dealt with. Their super misleading, my boyfriend and I were fully under the impression we were getting a dresser + mirror , and chest for the low price they claim to advertise . NOOOOOPE was only the chest, when we called to cancel our undelivered purchase the man on the phone who claimed to be the manager wanted to charge us deliver + a 20% restocking fee, and was legit screaming at me on the phone, saying “what goes around comes around” when I said I was not paying. So unprofessional. I would give this company negative stars if I could. I do not recommend them to anyone. Scammers. Please think twice before using them for your furniture needs.

This company only cares about you until they have your money. Purchased two couches a year ago. Service was good up until they received my money. Two of the pillows were completely tore when I removed them from the box. I contacted them immediately to try and get new ones. I was even willing to purchase them. At first they answered my emails. They kept saying they would look into it and get back to me. I understand nobody likes to deal with warranty issues but I spent nearly 2000$ on couches and received a damaged product. Eventually they stopped replying to me completely, even my latest email of a couple weeks ago. Buyers beware.

I bought a double-double bunk bed and mattresses from Furnberry. The products were well priced and solid and the delivery option was fair and helpful for me. One product had a slight issue and I reached out to Ali regarding this; he was very responsive and quick to find a solution and he went above and beyond standard retail service to fully solve the issue and he was always pleasant and positive when dealing with me. If you need quality furniture at a very reasonable price with excellent customer service you can count on, go with Furnberry and Ali. Highly recommended. Forget IKEA, this is the way to go.

We purchased a white sectional sofa in spring 2023. We corresponded back and forth via with a few questions regarding the sectional sofa. The Furnberry Team were always responsive and helpful. We had needed to arrange specific timing for the delivery and again they were so accommodating with the location of delivery and particular dates required. The delivery process was smooth and we ended up absolutely loving the sofa. It was exactly as hoped and as shown on their website. We will look to purchase furniture in the future from Furnberry whenever possible and highly recommend.

Not only are Furnberry's prices competitive but they also provide excellent customer service long after the original transaction! Long story short after purchasing a bunkbed back in 2019 I emailed them last week as I had lost the instructions and the nuts and bolts for the bed, they sent me out the replacement nuts and bolts and also sent me the instructions to rebuilt the bed. I really appreciate your customer service and will definitely have Furnberry bookmarked for an online furniture purchase in the future! Thanks again!!!

We ordered amongst other things, a bunk bed. There are 4 main pieces that came completely damaged and unusable. We have emailed the company. Let's see how they respond and how long it takes to have the pieces replaced or money refunded. Will update. It has been 2 weeks since we contacted Furnberry and they have been very responsive to replace the damaged parts. Yesterday we received replacement parts and were updated throughout the entire process. We are pleased and will use them again in future should the need arise.

I highly recommend Furnberry. I am located in Ottawa and was a little nervous about ordering online from this company. However, the customer service was EXCELLENT! The delivery was prompt and right to my living room with the help of a very pleasant delivery person. The shipment was received in under a week from placing my order. The sectional was exactly what I ordered and there were no issues at all with the product. I will definitely order again in the future.

I’ve never dealt with such unpleasant people before. I bought a sofa bed online and the dimensions were incorrect! I called to be reimbursed immediately after receiving it, I offered to pay the shipping back and to buy another one, a lot larger. After they made the mistake, they didn’t want to hear anything about it and the person on the phone was really disrespectful. Think twice before buying from them! I ordered a sofa bed and a sectional from Furnberry. When I called customer service to ask questions about the couches, Mark was very helpful and answered all my questions - I did not have to wait on the phone for long. I received my order within 10 days! Mark then followed up with a call to check if I liked my couches. Very good products - exactly as shown on the website, great customer service, and great prices too! Total value for my money!

Great experience! Ordered everything online. The website was easy to navigate and very straightforward. I ordered our entire bedroom set (including the mattress) and a couple items for the living room and dining room. Customer service was excellent. Got all my items within a couple of days of placing the order. I have already received so many compliments on the products. Will definitely be using Furnberry again!

Horrendous customer service. I ordered a coffee table and two end tables. The coffee table frame is particle board and arrived cracked in half right down the middle. I took pictures and emailed Furnberry asking how we could remedy this, waited a few weeks, tried again, tried calling and no answer. Once they've got your money they're very satisfied screening communication. Steer clear of this company!

We just bought a little bit bigger house and we absolutely need new furniture for dining room, living room and bedroom set. It's so overwhelming just looking around the showroom but Michael made it easier for us. He's so patient and very accommodating. And he made suggestion as much as he can. With the Holidays coming up they have lots of good deals. I would definitely recommend Furnberry

I am very impressed. It was the first time my wife and I bought furniture off the internet. Unfortunately, there was a small delay due to a re-order of chairs that were delayed. The owner decided to drive to Ottawa from Toronto to deliver our order the day he got the chairs. Once we put it together, it was , wow. We are happy with our order. JJG, Hammond, Ontario.

I ordered barstools from them twice. Michael is great, very helpful and professional. First time a different color came by accident, he got on top of it right away and next day I had the right one. Very efficient, stools were easy to assemble and decent quality, they look beautiful. Highly recommend, he listens and takes care of you!!!

Furnberry is a very good shop. Michael spent a lot of time with us educating us on sofabeds and then helped us find just the right piece we were looking for. We bought it about a year ago and remain extremely pleased. It was a very good value for the price, and a much better design than what we had seen at other stores.

Ordered a trundle daybed for my daughter she absolutely loves it. Ordered online, first time ever ordering furniture online was very impressed with everything from placing the order the daybed and matresses to delivery since I'm in Fort Erie and the pricing was great. I will definitely order from there again

The prices are way higher than anywhere else with very poor customer service. Absolutely no reason to deal with this place. Wanted to buy a dining set but found it cheaper elsewhere so did not buy from here. According to them, all the negative reviews of them are fake. Go figure!
