After receiving a recommendation from a friend, we decided to pay our first visit to Furniture Extreme in search of a dining set. Our initial impression was marked by the warm and friendly reception we received from their salesperson, 'Mark.' Upon examining several dining sets, we eventually made a selection and informed Mark that we needed some time for further consideration. We absolute love Furniture Extreme. It's become our second home we are there so much now! It looks an assuming from the outside but they have such beautiful pieces and collections and it's layout is well organised for the size of the store. The customer service is 5 star, there's a beverage and snack bar for customers and the sales staff are helpful and not pushy. We have had nothing but a top class experience with each of the sales team in store. We bought a large number of pieces from there and whilst the delivery can take a while if they aren't in stock, they are well worth the wait! One of our marble topped coffee tables got damaged in transit and the team were so helpful about getting a replacement ordered. I sent an email and within the day, someone had emailed and called me to discuss the situation. We had loved the pieces we bought so much, we added another item from the Burkhaus collection. We paid for it and the delivery was added on as part of the transaction. Not even 5 minutes later without querying this (as we already had the replacement table arriving) we received a refund for the delivery and a call to explain. This is our go-to store for furniture and household items and we will continue to return both due to the professional and friendly customer service but the beautiful collection of pieces they have. Thank you to Zach, Ali and the team for such a wonderful experience in furnishing our new home.

After 3 trips back and forth to this store I have left disappointed. Walking in for the first time my hopes were high, as the staff was friendly and eager to help. That soon changed into confusion and rushing to make a sale. I have never purchased a high dollar amount of furniture, but luckily I know how it should be sold. I was asking the salesperson all the question about warranty (not a good one), stain protection, materials, dimensions, interior foam padding warranties (I was told if I needed to replace the padding I could find something on Kijiji). If I hadn't asked these things, I doubt he would have told me. I proceeded with purchasing a sofa (silly me) and went through the financing set up process awkwardly at the front counter. After taking time to sort out my finances I went back AGAIN to FINALLY complete the purchase, still to not be asked any questions or get support. (they just wanted the sale). Everything was fine and dandy, I purchased the sofa and had to go home to confirm measurements to get it into my space, because they were unsure if it would fit when I was in the store. Calling the store back with my dimensions I didn't even get through the first set before the sales rep told me the EXACT amount on clearance needed..which seemed to be an unknown number when I was in the store?.. THIRD trip back, return it, don't want it, I'm way too frustrated and will take my business elsewhere. Boo.

My sofa ended up being extremely delayed. When I reached out to them, the receptionist’s response definitely lacked appropriate customer service skills. Then I talked to Andy (co owner). Although I wasn’t impressed with his choice of wording or overall approach, I did get my sofa within a couple weeks following. I was going to leave it at that because, after all I had received my sofa at that point. Zach J. ended up reaching out to me regarding my experience. He was sincerely sorry and very professional. He came up with everything one could think of to more than fix any dissatisfaction or lingering hesitation I may have to shop here again. I mean, he really offered solutions above and beyond what you’d consider typical customer expectations. From the moment it fell in his hands he didn’t miss a beat in making sure I felt better about my experience. He was professional and genuinely wants customers to be happy shopping here. Furniture shopping can be overwhelming with so many choices for businesses and their products. You want to make sure you're buying a quality product when spending thousands of dollars. The salesperson we had, Adrian, asked us what we wanted and listened to our wishlist of features. He then politely walked us through the store and showed us relevant options. We had already looked online and had a good understanding of what we wanted to see. There were no hard sell, pressure enducing techniques, and we felt he displayed a commitment to finding the right fit for our family. When we were looking at accent pieces to coordinate with our purchases, he went as far as to show us additional options on their website. Delivery was as expected, and there were no issues. It was a great experience from start to finish and an exceptional value, considering we got real wood construction and staining, with no MDF or veneers. The sectional is real leather, and the power recliners function very smoothly, quietly, and come with an amazing warranty. I am very confident recommending them!

I am giving 5 stars despite the fact that our sofa had some issues and we returned it. In Furniture Extreme they took the costumer service to a whole new level! We purchased a sofa/loveseat set along with coffee table and a couple of side tables. unlike most of the furniture stores, the didn't charge for in house delivery and assembly and the delivery company was on-time and so professional. We realized that the sofa and loveseat are making weird noises when sitting on them and called the store. they scheduled a time with their repair person. after a few days he came by, spend some time trying fixing them and finally came to the conclusion that they have some factory defects. We went back to store, talked to Zarak and Brittany about the issue and because we could not find anything suitable as replacement, they scheduled a pick up, a few days later they picked up the furniture and fully refund us (minus the pick up fee). I highly recommend them.

** EDIT: They contacted me after this review was posted. They acknowledged that my situation wasn't acceptable and offered to make it better, and I'm happy with the result and professionalism. ** Purchased a non refundable bed March '23 and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to arrive. It arrives in May and one of the rails on the bed was damaged during transit. No offer to refund but they tell me they will order the part and they will let me know when it arrives. They cannot supply a timeline for the replacement part. In September I get frustrated and email them again asking for an update. I get a phonecall telling me the part is sitting in their showroom. I ask how long it's been sitting there and "they don't know" Mistakes happen, but transparency is important and I got none from them. No offer for a discount or refund either which is unfortunate because I waited 6 months total for my complete bed.

Put a deposit hold on a couch, decided we didn't want it and they fully refunded us. Then, we changed our minds again and re-ordered a different couch from Furniture Extreme and put a deposit down. Originally, Furniture Extreme gave us a delivery date that ended up being postponed one week, due to whatever reason. This second date was accurate, which I was thrilled about. The delivery company arrived shortly within the 2 hour window frame we were promised. The two were friendly, and wore masks as the delivery company left that decision up to their clients which was appreciated. They were prompt with set up, and the couch even arrived with pillows! I was also excited about this as I didn't realize accessories were included. We took meticulous measurements to ensure our couch would not only fit in our home and space, but through the entry way so we had no issue with delivery and setup.

We recently bought a kitchen dining table set from Furniture Extreme. Our whole experience from buying to delivery and set-up was very positive. When we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly salesman. He talked us through the furniture but wasn't too pushy and he gave us time to look on our own. The dining room table was a great price so decided to buy. The process was easy, and we were able to pick a future delivery date as we had not yet moved into our house. When delivery time came, the delivery company that Furniture Extreme uses contacted me about a week prior to delivery to make sure our delivery date would still work for us. They contacted me again the day before delivery to confirm again. The day of delivery, the delivery men were very respectful, quick and friendly. I would highly recommend furniture extreme!

I recently furnished my basement with a sectional and coffee table from Furniture Extreme, and I am an extremely happy customer. Today, I went back and purchased a new bedroom set from them as well. My wife and I had spent weeks browsing online and walking into other physical furniture stores and were constantly disappointed either by the limited selection or ridiculous prices. He went above and beyond for us. He was so patient, especially with me because I am extremely indecisive. We finally narrowed it down to two choices. We recently purchased a dining set and a sofa set. After visiting several other furniture stores, Furniture Extreme had the best quality furniture for awesome prices. We just purchased a sectional and 2 chairs from Mark at Furniture Extreme and the experience was fantastic. My husband and I rarely find ourselves on the same page when it comes to furniture and decor but Mark listened to us both and found us the perfect pieces that captured both wish-lists. The absolute game-stopper for us (aside from the incredible sale price they offered) was their stain protection program. Furniture Extreme has been amazing to us. We bought my daughter a beautiful bed from here a few years ago and she absolutely loves it, it is very good quality and it's still in amazing shape. My son just had his bed delivered and it is stunning, it's a beautiful design and once again, great quality. We made a mistake and ordered the wrong size of box spring for his bed. Furniture Extreme was very understanding and allowed us to switch out the box springs with no hassle or problems. I was very impressed with their customer service and communication. I will definitely be a return customer as the quality of products and customer service are top notch.

My fiance and I have been shopping for a sectional for a few weeks now. Unlike the Brick and Leon's the sales team here is incredible, not pushy and just after our money. The options they had were great and nice and cozy and felt like really good quality. They offered free shipping, lots of stock and amazing prices. Went to purchase a couch for our new house with my spouse. Mark helped make this process super friendly and easy. We had ordered a sofa and loveseat. Unfortunately the sofa didn’t fit and we had to return BUT I must say the customer service at this store is the best I’ve ever received to date. Not only was mark prompt and extremely accommodating with the issues of it not fitting the ladies on the customer service admin end were absolutely incredible I think I was dealing with Chantal and Ashley. Honestly even though the couch didn’t fit I want to buy other things there because they were all so nice and professional. THANK YOU!!

We purchased a couch and 2 recliners last August (2021). It was a pleasure working with Andy, he was professional, helpful, and had extensive knowledge on the products Furniture Extreme carries. Unfortunately we experienced some problems with the recliner motors almost a year later. Andy was very supportive and worked hard to resolve our issue to our satisfaction. Their customer service staff and service technician were also very good to work with. We would not hesitate to purchase furniture from Andy and Furniture Extreme again and are in fact in the process of buying an accent chair to go with our living room set. :)

Highly recommend. We are Extremely Happy!! Our experience in the show home on the weekend with Tim was great, but the aftermath we experienced with him was absolutely outstanding. The delivery company dropped the ball and was extremely rude (do not recommend them at all) but Tim didn’t let his trades disappoint us and he delivered our bedroom set himself two days earlier that we expected. He was so kind, so helpful and honestly has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. My experience with Furniture Extreme is all highly positive. Andy was the person helping us and he was so helpful through the entire process. We got a smokin' good deal on a sectional with the sleeper. They thought it might take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive and we got it in exactly 6 days. We are so happy with it, it looks even better than on the sales floor. Our only disappointment was that when we bought our bedroom set last Christmas, it was with The Brick and not these guys. Andy was so helpful to us this week while we were upgrading our bed. He was really patient, helped accommodate both of our styles, and explained details of each frame if they didn't have a floor model. He knows the stock inside and out. We were high maintenance customers and he was so good to us. The other guy Tim, I think was the manager and he was able to find us a mattress that we had fallen in love with at the Brick that they were out of stock in. He also beat their price which was awesome! Loved their big selection, and loved the shopping experience - they will look after you!

I've been in to the store on 2 separate days now with the intention of buying a couch. I already had it narrowed down to 2 different ones, i just had questions before i bought one. On both occasions, not one sales person greeted me, when i tried to ask for help, there was either no one around or they were all too busy even after waiting 20 mins. Considering the store has a high rating on google, i wonder what kind of service they're providing people to warrant that. I'll take my business to structube, they can at least fake being nice.

We had the unfortunate luck of getting are sectional shipped at the start of the dock strike in Vancouver. Surprisingly we got our delivery only a few weeks late. Issues way beyond there control. We actually got recommended to this store by an employee at another furniture store near by. They have a great selection of furniture for really good deals. Andy Helped us out and recommenced this awesome recliner love seat for a price better then I saw at any other stores. We mentioned we recently moved and needed a couch asap because we had no wear to sit. The love seat included delivery and came 4 days after we bought it! I recently purchased a condo sized sectional and a new mattress. I had reached out to the store via text and Mark responded promptly. A visit to the store was great and the selection made easy by Mark. During a time when supplies and deliveries can be limited I received my furniture within a couple of days, with installation and removal of excess pieces all accomplished professionally with no packing debris left for me to deal with. Any future purchases, Furniture Extreme will be my first go to destination.

Bought a new couch set and a recliner from Furniture Extreme. It was a great experience. Hassan was a great help and was not pushy at all. When we started shopping he gave us the info we needed but gave us our space too. We went next door to look around the big furniture store and had a sales guy up in our face as soon as we opened the door. We got a great price on our furniture and the delivery guys were good too. Have had the furniture for less than a week but we love it! Would definitely recommend!

I had bought a king size bed frame , mattress, spring boxes and sofa, then decided to exchange the bed from king to queen first they refused and only agreed to exchange the frame only . They were very nice before the purchase . They put me to cost extra $ 700 for another mattress and box. The employee (Andy) who convinced us to buy the furniture was good in the beginning but when I contacted him after was non cooperative. their exchange policy is the worst and even the quality is not satisfactory.

Tall Zach is amazing! He’s so helpful and full of ideas. He’s not pushy and gives you time to make decisions. He helped us pick out these couches and helped choose the fabrics for both the couch and pillows. We also picked out the table and end tables. Furniture Extremes delivery company is also so amazing. They are easy to work with and have great staff that ensure the delivery process goes smoothly. I will definitely recommend and if we ever need any other furniture, they will be my first stop.

We were having issues with our couch and the cushions. I called in and spoke with Ali. She listed to my issue, looked up our purchase and let me know it was just past my warranty. She said she’d needed to research and call me back once she had news. Called me back within a couple hours and had ordered me new cushions. Within 2 weeks we had our new cushions. Went in to pick up the cushions and Ali helped carry the it’s to my car. Thank you Ali for the excellent customer service.

By far the best furniture shopping experience I’ve ever had. The store is well laid out, bright, lots of items to see and try out. Mark was our salesman and he was super professional, didn’t hover like most do, didn’t try to up sell anything, very knowledgeable with the couches and inventory, best prices I’ve seen, and there are snacks! We had been to other big box stores and felt that Furniture Extreme had better quality of product at unbeatable prices. Free delivery and removal of old furniture for a small fee was an added bonus. Although they didn’t have the exact one we wanted in their showroom, Andy made a call to their other store & found the perfect couch for us! Zarak took time to understand our requirements, gave us detailed information on the products and helped us select the Sofa+Loveseat that was right for us. Furniture Extreme has very high standards in terms of quality product and delivery expectations. They went above and beyond for me despite a minor setback and the staff’s true character of exceeding expectations was evident. Had wonderful service on both our visits, not pushy like several other stores we have been to. First of all I didn't realize this store even existed. Am I ever glad I found it! Zach (taller of the 2 Zach's ) was exceptional and helped me pick out my bed. He also showed me everything else I may need for my condo including colour and sizing options. I plan on returning and will refer all friends and family to furniture extreme (Specifically Zach) for all their needs!

Went in looking for a couch and was very pleasantly surprised. The staff (Zac) is very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. All the couches were very comfortable compared to their other 7 stores we went to. We were in and out in 30 mins with our new couch being delivered in 4 days. Prices were on par with all the other places. Would recommend this place to friends and family.

It was so nice to run into a fellow Californian Zach, who answered our questions patiently and helped us walk through their selection of sofas and love seats. On our subsequent visit we were helped by another Zach to get the ordered placed. Cannot thank both the Zachs enough. Please keep up this level of customer service, which makes shopping and purchasing process a breeze.

Went to Furniture Extreme as my partner and I are looking for a new couch. The staff did not acknowledge us at all and when they did they only acknowledged my male partner despite getting both of our names. Only when we decided to leave the store a different representative by the front acknowledged us both. Will be looking elsewhere for our furniture needs in the future.

Our family had a great experience with Andy at Furniture Extreme. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with us as we tried to decide on a new dining table. Bought multiple pieces of furniture here, and from start to delivery I had an awesome experience. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, but my salesman Zach Ruston was absolutely amazing! The delivery company they use, was also great. Called when they were supposed to, showed up on time.. I highly recommend shopping here, you won’t be disappointed!

Moving into a new home we have been dealing with various furniture companies, and furniture extreme has been by far the best. Furniture Extreme was so awesome!! The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful! Due to Covid my arrival date for furniture was delayed but I was always updated by the staff in a very apologetic manner!! The furniture here is very extreme. Stools with only three legs, tables with 4 different leg lengths, arm chairs for people with only one arm, lazy-boys converted for trans people. The people however I would classify as more severe than extreme.
