2nd Update. Oct 25th, 2023 At this point, I have made peace with the fact that NO ONE from Furniture Mall is interested in fulfilling their duties and simply delivering the remaining half of my sectional. On 10/13/23, a third party inspector, who was hired by Furniture Mall, came to my home to personally inspect and repair the damages on the sofa. After 8 minutes, he left. He said that he is the inspector for the electrical components of the sofa. (We never submitted nor mentioned that the electrical components were damaged) The inspector stated that he would make notes and specify his suggestion to the vendor. According to the inspector, doing that (making notes) will expidiate the vendor to send the correct inspector. We are yet to hear anything about that, almost 2 weeks later. Around 10/16/23 - 10/18/23, my wife got a message from the delivery team of Furniture Mall. The message informed us that the sectional was "on time for delivery." 3 months late. And still nothing. Let me remind you that I emailed the "owner" and it ended up being an electronic auto-response. No manager from the store nor customer service has reached out. No one from the delivery team has called to follow up on the text message they sent. And much less, no other inspector has called to schedule for the repairs needed. You are better off purchasing from Ashley's or even facebook marketplace. Should you buy at Furniture Mall, expect this, pay high prices to get the same mediocre customer services that you get elsewhere paying 50% less. ----------- Update. Sept 25th, 2023 Even after emailing the owner, at his request, to resolve the issue, NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. This makes it seem that the response to the review was an automated comment with no intentions to help. Now, I'm just hung out to dry and deal with the reality that my $6k purchase won't be delivered in full. And that the items I do have will remain damaged and incomplete. Avoid my headaches and buy elsewhere.. ------------- Sept 21st, 2023 Everything - PRIOR to the purchase of our sofas - was 5 stars. After we signed and paid in full, everything has changed and has been HORRIBLE! We purchased our sofas on May 31st. It has been almost 4 months exactly, and we are still waiting for half of our sectional. The items that did arrive were damaged. When we purchased the sofas, we were informed that it would take 6-8 weeks to get the furniture. No problem, we waited. At the beginning of July, we followed up on our order. The representative (Alisha) simply told us that the furniture order was going to be delayed for 3 more weeks. Ok, no issue. In the middle of August, call once again. At first, we got the same answer, "2 more weeks." We were irritated now. The sofas were NOT CHEAP, much less free! We were not going to be pushed aside with the same phrase. We paid for sofas and had waited long enough! We demanded to talk to a manager (Zach) who, furthermore, told us that our "order was custom and there are no refunds on custom orders." [nonsense, the same style of sofas that we purchased were the same ones being displayed - no custom order] A couple of weeks later, we called AGAIN! At that time, we were told that the majority of our furniture had been at their warehouse, but since a piece of the order was missing, they had held off on delivering what they had! We've been waiting to hear from the people who take care of the damages. Our sofas have scratches, and the armrests are beyond flimsy. Yet, there's no sign of getting that resolved anytime soon. Save your money and, most importantly, time - go elsewhere to buy your furniture.

I had the pleasure of working with Alicia and it was a fantastic experience. Alicia's knowledge and expertise in the furniture industry were impressive. She patiently helped us find the perfect bedroom set, living room furniture, and mattress, providing valuable insights about materials and styles. Alicia's patience throughout the process was exceptional. She never rushed us and allowed us to explore various options at our own pace. The store itself is an absolute delight. It's not just a place to shop for furniture; it's a complete experience. As soon as we stepped in, we were welcomed with drinks and snacks, which instantly made us feel pampered and appreciated as customers. The thoughtfulness of the staff in providing these little extras was truly commendable. One of the highlights of the store was the maze-like layout, which was both innovative and exciting. Kids and adults alike can have a blast riding bikes all throughout the store, adding an element of adventure and fun to the shopping experience. It created an engaging and interactive environment that made browsing through the furniture collections an enjoyable journey. The availability of electric sofa carts was a fantastic addition!

Extremely Disappointed I recently bought a king bed from Furniture Mall of Texas. While Senela, the salesperson, provided excellent service, my experience with the product and post-purchase service has been nothing short of a nightmare. The delivery team failed to assemble the bed correctly, leaving the leg rail open. Worse, a vital component, the middle portion of the bunky board, was missing. I paid an extra $200 for delivery, expecting a hassle-free experience. I contacted Senela, who connected me with customer service. However, resolving the issue proved to be a drawn-out process. They sent the wrong-sized wooden boards as a temporary fix, promising the correct ones would arrive soon. It has been over a month, and I'm still missing the essential part. Despite multiple follow-ups with customer service, I'm consistently told they're "waiting for a response from the manufacturer." This level of service is unacceptable. My experience with Furniture Mall of Texas has been marked by poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. I strongly caution anyone considering a purchase here to think twice. This experience has been extremely disappointing, to say the least.

Listen up y’all, …this is probably our 9th or maybe even our 12th time at this furniture store. EVERY visit thus far has been nothing short of exciting. Our delightful and very charismatic furniture expert / connoisseur, Colleen, who has such a keen eye for design and piecing furniture together has always been such a tremendous help in assisting us with ensuring we get the right pieces for our home. Thank you for being so genuine and a caring human being (actually caring about what we want and not just wanting to sell us pieces for a sale.) I never thought looking for furniture could be so much fun! …and I have to give props to Marc, the guy at the entrance who just had so much fun cracking jokes with us and also ensuring we had a very pleasant experience. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

Furniture mall was so much fun. The second I walked in I was greeted with such a friendly and fun gentleman offering us refreshments and asked what we were searching for. He immediately connected me with a lady named Colleen in that specialty who took it from there. I was looking for a new mattress upgrade. She helped me find the perfect one, showed me many different options and gave her professionally opinions and expertise too. She made the process so easy and fun and I am so grateful. They are so intentional in creating a fun environment full of toys, candy, drinks, and even a recliner in wheels to ride around. I will definitely be coming back for more furniture needs down the road. Thank you so much to the “director of fun” Mark and also Colleen. They are the best!!

Where to start? Our first visit was a fantastic experience from point A to Z. We left with purchasing two sofas. Shout out to Brianna W. who was stelar. She helped us find the right seating for our living room and was insightful, knowledgeable and very patient. She also worked with us on price and financing so we could fit it into our budget. While speaking privately with my spouse, it was very entertaining seeing adults whiz by riding tricycles and even a motorized recliner on wheels. The place is more lively and comfortable than any furniture store I’ve been to. Walking out the door we got some delicious cookies; the whole experience was stress free. Next is a dinning room table, and we’re going to be contacting Brianna for suggestions.

We just purchased a rug from Furniture Mall of Texas and our experience was amazing. Alicia helped us from the minute we walked in and treated us like we were buying an entire furniture set:) she gave us lots of helpful information and didn’t hover while we browsed. When we finally did find the one my husband and I both loved, she was on it right away and came back with a price. We will definitely be shopping here again in the future! Hopefully Alicia will still be here because she was a great person to work with. Highly recommend this store, everyone is very professional and the atmosphere is great. Also, don’t forget to pay the Director of Fun a visit, he will ensure you are having a great time with lots of laughs!

My family and I just moved to the Austin area and I found the furniture mall of Texas online, and knew I wanted to come here to buy a sofa because of the large selection they had online. Right from the beginning, the customer service was phenomenal from the moment we walked in the door. We were helped, with the freedom of being able to walk around on our own. A special shout out to our sales person Alex who was attentative, knowledgeable, and made the experience overall enjoyable. I love that they promote furniture from local manufactures. We left super satisfied with our purchase, and can’t wait to receive it. We will definitely come back to the furniture mall of Texas for our furniture needs in the future !

I LOVE this store. Their furniture and accessories are amazing but most importantly, their customer service is THE BEST! Jessica (customer service) is so respectful and helpful. She always returns my calls and does exactly what she says she is going to do. She follows up and doesn’t forget about you. Alex (sales) is kind and knowledgeable. He was very patient with us as I took forever to pick out fabric. He is customer focused and attentive. He was not pushy but was available to answer our questions. This store dealt with a warranty issue with grace and honored their warranty. I highly recommend them and am so grateful we chose to purchase our investment through them.

Went in today for a look at a sectional that I’d been eyeing for 2 years. Walked in to a vibrant greeting from Mark with drinks and cookies! We got pair with Mike who didn’t press us while looking but stayed close enough when we had questions. We finally decided on the couch! We were having issues with the custom selection for the colors, so Mike brought in the interior designer Alicia who was very helpful with the custom selections! We got the color we wanted because it wasn’t on the floor! Alicia came in with the “secret” stash LOL Mike and Alicia was the bomb and made our experience great! Can’t wait to finally get the sectional in our home!!

We had the absolute best shopping experience at the Furniture Mall of Texas! We had already visited 4-5 other stores and disappointed in the lack of leather reclining sofa options. Wow!!! So many choices here and our sweet sales rep was well versed and an attentive listener (which appeared as small discounted on the order without us asking! Veteran and Fire Loss discounts). We purchased fine leather reclining sofa and love seat, as well as two unique accent chairs and a gorgeous shag rug! We are certainly happy to have found this 100,000 sf showroom store. I must admit it was my first time in Furniture Mall of Texas, I have to say I was very impressed with the selection. The customer service was a great experience. And the best part was as I was leaving I felt as though I met my twin. Mark was great his enthusiasm and great attitude was amazing. I love the fact he has the energy level he does you stay true to who you are and don't let anyone tell you any different. I am loud and just a great person just like Mark it was a pleasure talking with you. Thanks Michael for helping me with my decision on a livingroom and Mark for just an all around great experience.

UDPATE - A higher level manager got involved and is making the issue right. They’re honoring what we paid to send out what we actually ordered. 5 stars for Tom and Zach. 1 star for Colleen and Mike. 3 star average. BUYER BEWARE - THEY ARE FRAUDS! They sold us a couch with all 3 seats reclining. Upon arrival, only the two ends reclined. When we contacted them for resolution, they wanted me to pay another $800!! The couch was on sale on their website for $1800 less than we originally paid. Either their employees lied to us, or made a mistake, but their unwillingness to correct the issue is unacceptable.

We walked in and were instantly greeted by Marc's energy. Very welcoming and inviting and set the "furniture buying" mood! He set us up with Mike which helped us with our decisions. He was very patient with us and offered low to highend options based on what we were looking for. We were able to find almost everything we were wanting at 1 store! Lots of vendors and options to choose from. Great experience and they have great options for all budgets. If anything, go and ride around on their recliners and get something to drink! Ha!

Alex helped us today and was a joy to work with! He made sure he knew our budget, and what style we were looking for. He was thorough without being pushy, which we appreciated. Beautiful store and a lot of different options to choose from. We went in to take a look at some mattresses and the selection was huge. Tom, the salesman that greeted us was fantastic. He not only showed us what type of mattress fitted our bodies, but was extremely knowledgeable with every project offered on the floor. He was straight forward. Showed us all sorts of options at different price points and allowed us to choose based on what we were looking for. All around amazing experience at the store, and with Tom Dayeh.

Shopping for furniture is usually a painful process. Primarily because you must deal with over zealous sales people who don’t want to listen and close you constantly. At Furniture Mall our salesperson, Alicia is not any of those things. She listened, ask questions and engaged us thoughtfully. The entire process was wonderful because of her. I highly recommend working with Alicia and Furniture Mall for all your interior living room and bedroom needs. Also the cookies and coffee tasted fantastic. Recommended

We walked into FMoT with the idea that we were going to “window shop” mattresses since we’ve talked about upgrading for about 2 years now. Alicia was more than eager to help us once she realized we hadn’t be attended to yet, and herself and Alex were MORE than knowledgeable and helpful, especially regarding our individual needs as well as finding common ground. This ultimately led to finding the perfect mattress and pillows! We highly recommend this amazing team! 10 Stars!! Thank you Alicia and Alex!

Large select but we had issues whebn it came to them running our Credit card they kept trying to put it with special financing even though we didn't ask for it. When we asked them to fix it & run it right we had to wait until the following week, and they ran it again the same way. We also have talked to others who said they too will never go back here. They don't have enough staff, they couldn't get what they wanted at a good price ( they felt prices were inflated even when on sale), etc

I had the great experience with working with Tom. He patiently showed us the beds and walked us through the different types of mattresses and gave very insightful suggestions using pressure data to determine the best kind of bed. There were also many different deals going on and we were able to get a deal for a mattress, bed frame, night stand and adjustable base for a very good price. The warrenty deals in the story are very much worth it. Best store experience I have had in Texas!!

We went into the store not intending to buy. We met with Alicia and she showed us the value of the furniture in a no pressure way. We ended up having a consultation with her to go over colors and room dimensions, and purchased a set of living room furniture. Alicia is knowledgeable and offered practical advice. Truly a professional. I was also really impressed by the amount of furniture in the store, something for everyone and all of it looked high quality and stylish. All thumbs up.

Furniture Mall is the Absolute BEST place to get all you home furnishing needs!! Their service is next to none. Their building and care for the customer is like NOTHING I have ever experienced. I have brought my son here and will bring as many as I can to this amazing place. What a fun environment! Definitely not your everyday furniture store. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by Mark the Director of Fun and the title could not be more fitting! He was super helpful and his energy was contagious. My 12 year old had a blast driving around on a bike while we looked around. We found a great deal on a recliner and Mark made the purchase fast and had the chair wrapped and loaded in our truck for us. We will definitely be back!

Tom helped us with our bedroom furniture purchase. He purely acted as a consultant rather than a salesman and helped us understand pros and cons with some of the ones that we liked and also, patiently went through all the buying options and gave us enough time to discuss and finalize them. It’s nice to have someone not pressurize just so they can make good money. Highly recommend talking to him if you’re looking for something in store and need some help!

Marc, the director of fun, is the best! I'm 13 and in every store I'm always bored, but in this one I had so much fun! Marc helped us to find the bicycle, and it's the first store that I was able to ride a bicycle in the store! My cousins and I played for 25 minutes while my aunt was buying stuff for the house. The furniture was so good and beautiful, and even the adults had fun too. There was even a eletrical sofa for adults, it was really fun .

My recent furniture shopping experience at Furniture Mall of Texas was fantastic, and I attribute much of that to Javier, the salesperson who assisted me. I had been searching for a new king size bed for sometime and decided to visit FMOT. The service was excellent from the moment I walked through the door. The sales rep helped me find exactly what I was looking for and provided me with all financial options. I purchased my bed, which I love and can’t wait to have it delivered. We loved shopping at the Furniture Mall of Texas. We’ve not experienced one like it—free homemade cookies, drinks, director of fun greeting you, people roaming the aisles on motorized chairs. Great selection, super helpful sales folks (shout out to Mike S) and really good prices. Our custom furniture was delivered on time with plenty of updates and reminders. Only in Austin! Ohhhh yeah!

I love how friendly everyone is and willing to help with your needs. I got to work with Alisha and had an amazing experience. Although, my credit is not where I need it to be, she was able to help me out with getting what I wanted which was a purple matress to better my back pains so thank you so much for that possible! The first thing you see when you walk in are people offering food and beverages and asking you if they can assist in directing you to what you’re looking for. Walked in to cool beverages, cookies and deals from the “Director of Fun” Marc. People rolling around on scooters. Staff were friendly and gave us the layout of the store but also let us do our thing and explore on our own. I’ve never been to a big furniture store that was this whimsical.

The staff were super nice, we were offered free cookies and tea the second we walked in the door. They had a whole theater, and tricycles for my niece to ride around the store. The prices were unbelievable as well for how nice the furniture was. The whole place has a fun energy in it.

They have amazing customer service and stand behind their products. When I had a problem with my sofa legs their amazing furniture technician, Joey, came and repaired it at no charge. He was prompt, friendly and very good at what he does. I won't buy furniture anywhere else.

Russell was the most patient and understanding salesman I’ve ever had before. Never pushy, attentive, even sincere in his listening to our wants. Got a great deal on the perfect sofa section after running him all over the 98,000 ft2 for about 3 hours. Highly recommended.

The people that work there are really nice. They have tricycles that you can ride around the store while you shop. They have a Cafe inside their store and offer you refreshments when you walk in the store. My son purchased a bedroom set from them.

Such a fun experience! They have a motorized sofa chair that you can drive around the whole store in! They also have oversized tricycles you can pedal around in as you shop.
