Had originally gone down the the street to American Freight to look for a recliner because I have a medical issue which forces me to sleep upright - I originally picked that place due to the prices but didn't find anything that worked for me and we weren't greeted with even a "hello" - nada, nothing, which in itself was a turnoff. We left and my friend suggested Furniture Row which was just down the road so we went and when we walked in we were IMMEDIATELY greeted by Mary who asked what we were looking for and then walked us to the area where they had the recliners and went through the ordering process with us. She helped and answered questions the entire time and was super sweet and patient. I would definitely go back to Furniture Row. Customer Service is important and they do payment plans. Up to 48 months no interest which is super helpful. Thanks again Mary! :)

Today my family & I went searching for a new living room set, we arrived & started to look around, shortly after we were greeted by Karitza who helped us find some options. She wasn’t pushy, she didn’t seem like she just wanted a sale.. she listened to us, our concerns & even made good recommendations based off things we told her & based on the fact that we had younger children with us. She made us feel heard, and valued. We left to look at a couple more places but came back after 4 hours to purchase a set she had recommended. She made the purchase process so smooth, & set great expectations. I will continue to do business with Furniture Row thanks to Karitza & her awesome customer service.

Furniture row was very awesome. They have a very personal, not pushy, and helpful, friendly style of business. They are very knowledgeable and have great quality items. We are very pleased with the items (sofa and loveseat) we got and also very pleased with the service we had and the business all around. Cory was very patient with us as he helped us with questions and as we decided what we wanted to do. We had the option of delivery or pick up and when our items came in, we got a personal phone call as he said. They kept their word and were very helpful, kind, and personal. The guy who helped load the furniture was also helpful and amazing. What a great business. Don’t change a thing!

I loved the experience. I walked in looking for bedroom furniture and ended up getting a dining set also. The selection of furniture is both diverse and tasteful. Elja really helped a lot. I mentioned to her what I was envisioning to buy and she found a piece for me in less than 5 minutes within the price range that I was looking for. We had a discussion on what I'd like to buy in the not too distant future about a dining table idea and she showed me a set that I instantly took too. Her knowledge of product so impressed me that I purchased the set. Do yourself a favor and shop at Furniture Row!

Mary was very patient with me even though I came in right before close. The clearance section has some excellent deals. They have sections of sectionals that were once $700+ on sale for $50, if you wanted to Frankenstein a super-couch together for a man cave you could do so for very cheap. The couch I bought was returned due to some slight water damage and feels nicer than some other couches I sat on that were 6x the price new. When it comes time for me to buy something more permanent I’ll be coming back. Very happy with the customer service and pricing.

My husband and I were greeted by Je’sus. He was very professional and well informed of all the inventory. He wasn’t pushy. We told him what we were looking for and he immediately pointed us to a couple choices. We selected one on them. He explained very clearly all details and what we can expect. He went over our receipt. He was very thorough. Je’sus is a very Pleasant person to the customer.

Order a simple sofa with chase lounge JULY 4th. Was told it would take 6-8 weeks. Here we are 15 weeks later, still no sofa, just an email telling me it would be another month till delivery, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they push it back again. Customer service at time of purchase was fine, but that doesn’t make up for a four month wait for a couch.

Mary was fantastic. She let us roam the store until we were ready to make a purchase. Then she talked us through the process and got us zero per cent financing for three years ( and no money down!!). Mary made it a great experience. Definitely recommend Furniture Row. Great selection and wonderful service for the entire process.

Corey Fredericks was awesome!!! They did have what we were looking for in store and Mr. Corey got online and found the fire place TV stand. I worked with Cory, he is super knowledgeable about the different couch fabrics their pros and cons. I always do a little research before coming into a store but i was blown away and left with my order placed for a couch and loveseat that day.
