Bought this 3 plus 2 seater vinyl leatherette look sofa /couch around june or july 2020, was and is very uncomfortable from brand new and now its coming apart splitting at the seems ,so very bad low qaulity items that may look nice but no good and wont last years either, waste of money now. Make sure u check out items in person to make sure if comfortable or not as our couch bought here is not comfortable at all, and get a receipt when u buy,says will email receipt but never does, thats another red flag .scammers

I'm very happy to say this was really good super support service and very good job done today we got our boys bunks beds to make box room better and space. Myself and my husband Noel Stafford are happy and boys didn't see yet very special surprise. Thanks a million and looking forward 100 cent of the table and 4 chairs soon. Haven't put the bed together yet but the display model was very sturdy and the girl on the day upgraded the double mattress for the same price as listed. Collected on Sunday and the guy on duty was extremely friendly and accommodating as he had to go to a few different locations to get the whole order together. Good customer service. Put bed up, good quality, bonus is that the double is 4ft 6

Confirmed over FB that the store was open & had the item I wanted in stock I drove 1 hour out of my way to find the shop closed, shutters down. I rang their telephone numbers (no response), messaged on FB again - a girl responded saying "what item are you interested in" .... No mention of why the shop was closed. I waited around incase they were on lunch, then gave up.

Brilliant service, great customer service. Ordered Sofa bed on Sunday and got it delivered on Wednesday from Dublin to Co. Longford. The delivery guys were super helpful, not only delivered it, but also brought it upstairs, assembeled and showed me how to make it from sofa into sofa bed. I am very happy with the service and product. Would definitely recommend! 10/10

Bought a double bed and a single bed mattress here and both recipients are please with the purchase. On both occasions the staff were very knowledgeable and gave helpful advice. Speedy delivery to fit in with times that suited us. Will recommend to others and use again when needed.

Bad experience. After 4 months my bed gets booked spicing with management they tell me "will sort that "" Never happened. They don't have any policy insurance not refunded policy noting. They promised gets lied, but sheets not recommended not serious, Not Recommended

Excellent customer service! Broke bed handle due mishandling and once I try to buy a replacement part, got it for free! Have both an Emma and CCS mattresses (second one bought here),and still feel that the CCS is way better than the Emma one.

Bought a sofa and super king-size bed from here, very straight forward, the guy went out of there way to get both up to a 5th floor penthouse apartment, and also assembled both, would highly recommend this place to anyone AAA+

Bad. Experience I was told. 1250. For a corner sweet. When I was about to do the deal he added another 50 saying for assembly I asked what assembly he said it comes in bits and he has men to do assembly. So no thanks.

When sofa is so good you have to build your room around it. Guys in shop are super friendly. Got all delivered to Portlaoise, set in position and all plastic bags collected. Great service
