I ordered two cane chairs (De Arepo) from Kian Furniture. They took a bit of time arriving but that's because they are made to order. I am delighted with them! Although I understand they are meant for a conservatory, I wanted them for my very small house with a tiny sitting room/kitchen. They look superb in situ and I can highly recommend this very lovely and comfortable furniture. I can also recommend Daniel, who brought the chairs all the way from Dublin to the top of the Dingle Peninsula for a very good price indeed. And I must put in a word for the staff I spoke to by phone; they are all very pleasant, helpful and patient. A great bunch of people!

No stock, high prices, okay allow me to elaborate You do not have 100 different stools in the shop I was in anyway, no more than 12 different ones, all similar and way to expensive for a seat on 4 steel legs, €249 I seen on one, and believe me I had a look the quality is just not worth €249. Spoke to a lovely member of staff, however she constantly deferred us to the website because they " didn't have that stuff on stock " So again No stock, high prices Dolphine furniture close by will give you the same quality for a fraction of the price, I have absolutely no doubt KIAN will have its shutters down within a year or two

I can not rate Kian Furniture highly enough. It was my first time ordering from them and the standard of service was faultless. They were thoroughly professional and organized every step of the way. I ordered a large mirror on Thursday and received 2 prompt emails, one to confirm my order and the other to inform me it was in stock and an estimated delivery date. It arrived the next day. The delivery man was extremely nice and very accommodating, as it was my mother who was at home to receive the order. I love the mirror and will be a return customer for sure!

REVIEW PART 2- After I booked the table with half of the deposit, I had a live look at the table once it was available to see and it was NOT looking as beautiful as in website pictures so I asked for refund. And these people are so lovely to make the refund. Very nice shop. Must recommend.

We have searched high and low for kitchen chairs to match our table bought elsewhere, and found the perfect set at Kian. Although they were out of stock, Jake kindly walked me through the ordering process and updated me frequently on shipping time and delivery. He also offered to order a sample to the showroom just so we could have a look at the colour. The chairs arrived today and we are just thrilled with not only the product but with the customer service as well. Highly recommend!

Whilst this shop can appear somewhat more like a cold warehouse than a polished store, it is a family run business (Kian is their surname backwards) and so the staff are WAY more knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping you than chain stores. Essentially, they act more like distributors of high end furniture than retailers, so if you've seen something online / in catalogues that you like or similar, they can source it for you. Can't recommend highly enough.

Extremely disappointed with kian furniture, I bought a bed (not cheap) from them just over 2 and a half years ago. About a year ago the metal leg in the middle of the bed broke and as a result of this our wooden floors are all scratched, I got onto kian and they got the manufacturer to send out a replacement piece of metal for the bed. It lasted about a month and broke again. No offer of a replacement bed and now I have to buy a new one. Very unfair!

My wife placed an order from you.. I came to pick it up twice from your store during working hours.. I've spent 20 minutes each time waiting outside and calling the store with no luck each time. So I am sorry but when you have a newborn at home you can't afford wasting time like that. After very long time we managed to get our item so I wanted to say that Your product is as good as they get but service was terrible. Have a good day!

I think this is my best furniture shopping experience in Dublin so far. It looks like a lot of other furniture warehouse type setups, but they stock some really modern and interesting stuff. But what really sets them apart is the service, Gavin was so patient and attentive with myself and my partner, as was his colleague, that I will be recommending them to all my friends and family now. Really nice guys!

I ordered the British Chiara bar stools, unfortunately I received two very nice dining chairs instead. I contacted Kian and spoke with Jake, he apologized and organized for the incorrect items to be collected and my two bar stools to be delivered. I’m delighted with the stools and appreciated that Jake resolved the issue with speed and efficiency. I would not hesitate in using Kian.ie again.

One star is too many, Order has been missing for 10 days now. Wrong item delivered to my house and still has not been taken back by Kian. Rude staff who shouted down the phone at me. Requested to speak to a manager 4 days ago and they still have not returned the call. Phone is never answered when rang. Shockingly awful customer service.
