Daniel really saved my business lots of money. Needed employee worker bond asap and my insurance carrier was taking too long asking for too many documents. I went to bond exchange online and got one really quick without speaking to an agent or anything. When I realized I spent way more then other franchisees I started looking for another quote. Put in my info and query in this site and Daniel called me back right away and told me to cancel the bond I just signed and hooked me up for less then a third of the price. Fast and easy. Not to mention you get to speak to a real person which puts you at ease in case you ever need to call because you know someone will answer and be there for you. I haven't tried anywhere else, so I don't know if there's other things I should be looking for or evaluating. The people I've interacted with have all been very nice, quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and I haven't had any issues while working with them. Full transparency: Customers were sent a survey and told at the end that they'll be sent a $25 Amazon gift card if they post their 5 star review on Google. I do think I've received good service so far, but I probably wouldn't have written a review if I wasn't sent the survey, and told I'll get the gift card. In the survey I did rate 5 stars prior to knowing about the gift card.

Valerie was Amazing! Very patient and willing to answer any and all questions I had about my policy. She makes sure you understand the policy and why that policy is the best for your needs. I had done a little research before finding Fusco Orsini & Associates, but I was still not sure which policy was the best for my business. She didn't just sell me a policy and then disappear, she checks in with me to make sure nothing had changed that could affect my coverage. I feel confident in my choices for coverage after working with Valerie. I am on my 3rd year with the company and I enjoy the quick and meaningful answers I get from them.
