I would give zero stars if that were allowed. These people will happily have an agent set up insurance policies for you, and bother you periodically to add more coverage, but if you decide to cancel your policies, forget about any assistance. It takes 30-45 minutes to get anyone on the phone (there is no way to cancel your policy online), and when you do finally get someone, they aren't allowed to cancel your policy. After several phone call attempts, I finally found someone who said they would sent me "cancellation paperwork". Oh, and the agent that creates your policies...can't help with cancelling a policy. That was 6 weeks ago, and nothing still. They auto draft your policy premium from your bank. I finally had to just put a stop payment on any future drafts. After the premiums were declined by my bank, now I get invoices to pay the premiums and daily (yes daily) phone calls about setting up a new automatic bank draft. This company is nothing short of crooks. Beware of getting involved with them.

We were talking about putting together a will and somehow I came across American Income. The company sent out a man named James Ray. He was OUTSTANDING. He did the Will with us FOR FREE. He also offered us amazing rates on life insurance policies for my husband, myself and our kiddos. & As an added bonus we got Child Safe Kits FOR FREE. He was an absolute joy to have into our home. It was a special added bonus that he's a veteran so my husband had the time of his life talking military talk with him. He was extra help with knowing about our life insurance policies that we have at the moment through the military and knowing that we should do something extra just in case. James Ray was informative, profession, enjoyable, and personable. We were extremely pleased.

Martha Sue Yeary, LC88 worked with me last night setting up life insurance policies for my 2 grandchildren and did a great job. Very professional, calm and helpful. I very much appreciate the time she took with me to work through all the parts of the program so that I completely understood what was available and how to get it done. It was all so easy on virtual program with her on the West Coast and me on the East Coast. I was out visiting my sister in San Diego and Alyssa from American Income came to get her set up with her benefits from her union. Because I was there, Alyssa was able to take care of me too! She was awesome, kind and compassionate. I’m so excited about these child safe kids that she got for us! Knowing that my family is protected if anything ever happens to us, means more than I can even explain. If you want someone who will take care of you while making you laugh, Alyssa is your girl.

in terms of working there as an agent, absolutely awful in my experience. phil is pretty good though. yet overall my trainers were awful, truly. amber was genuinely abusive and it was very toxic. in terms of a job, awful. it was more of a game than actually trying to help people it seemed like to some of the managers. dead end calls and toxicity was very common. in terms of the product/service, its ok, its life insurance so is what it is.

I was very skeptical at first but my wife had mentioned looking into income life insurance. We have two kids now and we primarily live off my income. I went to the group interview held today and left with a good feeling. Like there's still cool places to work and grow professionally. If for some reason I wouldn't be considered for employment I would appreciate feedback on what areas to work on because I want my file to be considered again in the future. From point A to point B rep had amazing customer service, and knowledge of the product she was offering. Xena did an excellent job explaining all the policies and answering any lingering questions I had. I left the place completely satisfied and without any questions unanswered. I did shop around quite a bit in other places before but the hospitality that Ms. Palacio showed me and my family convinced us.

Very friendly and informative. I really liked how they can simply meet with you via a video chat at your convenience. Normally I would not make time to go into an office and meet with someone but with this convenience it was simple and worked with my schedule so I was able to do it from home! This is very much so a sales pitch. If that’s what your looking for great but get ready to sit with 12-14 other people listen to the manager try to sell you on the position. I would rate it next to a bad car dealership.

I was hopeful for the job but it wasn't worth it. You have to get a certification before you can start with them that you have to pay for out of pocket. I was told they would reimburse me,but they never did.
