I've lived in Kanata for 10+ years and keep giving these guys a chance. Don't bother. Also don't bother calling them on the phone if you have a question. They will just put you on hold indefinitely pretty much every time. After calling them many times over the years I'm sure this is their policy. The managers clearly don't care at all.
