The “manager” his exact words after I told him everything they was delivered to me was the wrong size and color. “ you have already paid me, i have already gotten paid”. You can do whatever you want with the items there is no refund”. I ordered a bed and a sectional. They told me in 3 days it will be delivered it took 2 weeks. When it was delivered. The bed was the wrong color and the sectional was the wrong size. I have called and emailed no one calls me back or replies to my email. I have been calling them for the last 2 weeks. The lady is always saying oh the manager is not here when he comes he will give you a call. She told me to email him and he will respond in 2-3 business days. I have emailed him on the 6th util now responds. The lamp that they gave me for complementary for delivering the wrong color bed is broken as well. As soon as you pay them. If something is wrong with the items. They don’t care. Please take your services somewhere else where they actually care about the customer not here. I never give bad reviews. But someone needs to know what happen so this does not happen to someone else. They will fool you by being all nice and caring but as soon as you pay them. You don’t mean nothing . Like the manager said. “I have already gotten paid”, you can do whatever you want with the items”. I still can’t not believe he said that.

I had a great experience at Fuze. Good selections in furniture & good prices. I was impressed with Daniel who was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and skillful in ensuring that I got the best price for items selected. I went to purchase a mattress & purchased an entire bedroom set. They did not have the mattress that I wanted, but Daniel referred me to a location where I got what I wanted after going to three stores prior (same store name). I called the store on Thursday looking to purchase a bedroom set. Not only did they have it in stock for me, Daniel went even further to have the bedroom set delivered and installed the very next day!!! After using the bed for 2 days, turns out I needed a box spring for proper comfort and not have my warranty voided . Nick(store manager) also went beyond helping. He’s shipping me a box spring today! Outstanding customer service at Fuze Furniture. The store has a great selection of sofas, love seats, recliners, dressers, night stands, beds, etc etc. We spent the entire weekend walking around big furniture stores without any success. The moment we walked into Fuze Furniture we found exactly what we wanted. Daniel is very professional and he took the time to answer all our questions. He went above and beyond to help us. I give a two thumbs up to Fuze Furniture.

Customer service was great here. As soon as I walked in Claudia met me promptly. I told her what I was looking for and she led me to the furniture I was looking for. She was knowledgeable with the items and material and colors available for the furniture pieces. She wasn't pushy for me to purchase things I was interested in.
