Juan Gaines Juan Gaines 1 review an hour agoNEW Exactly a day after putting the bed together the wood used to hold the mattress broke. EVERY SINGLE ONE! We went back and then they gave us what was probably the wood that was supposed to come with the bed in the first place. So about two weeks later my fiancé is just laying in bed and the whole frame that connects to the side of the bed falls and this is the outcome!!! I will never shop here again!!! Response from the owner 25 minutes ago Sorry you had such a bad experience, and we hope that you can give us another chance in the future. We don't typically have any issue like this arise, and the beds are not packed by us, they are packed by the manufacturer, and the instructions tell you how many pieces come with it. So if you had been missing pieces, we assume you would have told us before the first amount snapped. If it doesn't have proper support, of course it runs the risk that it will become damaged. However, we do apologize you had such an experience. We also don't have your name in our system, so there's even a chance you have the wrong store. But either way, please visit us in the future and give us a chance! My reply: No the person On the account is my husband and we weren’t missing any pieces and the bed was put together professionally and the bed speakers only work on one side and so does the lights for the bed when we came back in to tell your employees they were very rude and said they couldn’t do anything to help us and told us to contact the manufacturer of the bed which is extremely unprofessional I would never recommend you guys.

Been waiting on a $2,600 bed set for almost 6 months now and was told I would have to wait because it haven’t even been made yet. I do not recommend this place at all I was not informed that they do not keep items on hand everything is ordered and they don’t control that time so basically whenever it comes.. I’m highly upset. They did offer me to pick something else but that’s not what I paid for and I’m sure it would be a floor model since everything has to be ordered.. Never again Next step is to report it to BBB and a police report for theft and false advertising by a company (and never do they mention No Refund until you jus happen to see it on their wall or something.. Do not order from them because they do not have furniture in stock you will be waiting. Currently taken legal action

Some deals are good . I think majority of there big items and other stuff . For instance I bought blackout curtains . I did check khols , Walmart I found that Kohl's was $10 bucks more for 2 panels so I thought I would save money and get them here . Long story short got them home hung them at night before I went to work . Came home next morning & you basically saw through them as well as it didn't keep any of the morning rays out at all . So saved tiny bit but the quality stunk . So I went to Kohl's following day after my shift. I payed not much more got. Them at Kohl's . My room is dark no sunlight . I tryed return them next day off & they wouldn't . I would suggest do your research on quality of something before you purchase because you will not be able to return . Sincerely R. Scott

I came in to purchase a sofa. The display sofa was damaged, but I was assured I would receive a new sofa in the box. So, I proceeded to pay full price for what I thought would be a brand new sofa. The next day, the same damaged sofa that was displayed was delivered to my home. I pointed out the damage and was offered a $50 store credit because the salesman claimed this was a new sofa that came damaged from the box. It had the same exact parts missing as the display I viewed the day before. So, I went and checked the space in the store where the display was, and coincidentally, it was gone. I will never give them a penny of my money for anything if this is the customer service they provide. Beware.

Bought my children twin bed frames. Specifically asked if he had the color I asked for he said only one. I said fine NEVER mentioned I was going to get the display...on top of it I received the bed frame with packaging falling apart and half of the pieces missing! You guys need to make sure you at least pack all the pieces in there. I paid for delivery not only is it disappointing but a complete inconvenience for me to take something back that should’ve been complete in the first place! Now I have one kid having to wait for her bed ☹️ Stop rushing I would have settled for the other color had I known I was receiving a display. This was supposed to be exciting for them and it was a complete bummer.

People review with their own bias, its a shame. Walked in, knew this is where i should have been looking all along. Thrilled at my purchase. I have been shopping for a couch and if finding everything i viewed online in this store isn't a sign, idk what is!! Very great staff, great prices, very big and clean and I haven't even walked the entire place yet. Woot woot! They had the exact same barstools i wanted, the exact same everything i wanted, almost bought online, they have it for much cheaper prices. So happy right now.

This store has everything from bathroom accessories to furniture shoes carpets soaps organization gadgets curtains great kitchen items towels and even lingerie lol somethings are very cheap quality but the price is adequate for everything even the quality items are a steal. I bought a stovetop espresso pot that i first discovered during my trip to Italy . The cheapest i have found this same item same quality was for $8.00 bought it here for $5.99. It works perfect.

Went in today to look for landscape lights and was greeted by two very nice guys and unfortunately they do not carry landscape lights. They have some very nice furniture on sale that appeared to be good quality and priced hundreds of dollars lower than any of the other furniture stores with nearly identical merchandise. I didn't buy anything this visit, but it was a pleasant experience and I will go back soon.

This place is loaded with a lot of nice cheap finds I’m in here almost everyday... they ROCK from the staff to the quality of their merchandise... in a very thrifty person sooo when I shop I want to find a whole room at once... they have everything from the $10 budget to the $1,000 and up range but always willing to help and delivery is extremely cheap... very nice store, good people!!

I love this place. They have the cheapest nicest curtains and furniture in town. They are always giving back to the customers I have won a rug and 2 $30 in store credits other stores dont do that they also have home decor , kitchen items , high quality rugs way cheaper then other stores, clothes , baby items , blankets , go check them out before you go to any other store !!!!!

Friendly people, easy on the wallet prices. You find just about anything you are looking for there from clothing and house cleaners to decor and bedding. Great deals for school uniforms around August too. I almost always stop here first to look for what I need before going anywhere else. Sometimes I even find something I need that I didn't know I did lol.

Good prices on household, hygiene,and cleaning supplies.The best go to place for school uniforms.House decor and furniture a little too expensive but the styles and selection are beautiful.Wish they had a bigger clothing and shoe collection like in the past.Employees are awesome, professional, friendly, and helpful.

Prices were good. The person that helped me apply for their credit acted like he didnt want bothered. When I tried to tell him he spelled the city wrong he didnt listen. Then I'm denied ( but no credit check) he then tells me its my banks fault! No if he would have cared or listened he would have spelled my city name right!

I bought all my furnitures from this place, It took me about 4 tripes and numerous change of minds,too many beautiful things, hard to make a choice, but at the end of the day,I was able to get everything I needed and I love every single item I bought here. Moe was absolutely awesome (Shukran Moe) and so was everyone else .

Walked in for the first time, looked at a table with tape stuck to it for $400. Another with scratches and glitter stuck to it for $150. You displays present what type of company you are, and the fact you display what looks like used furniture, is highly unprofessional and a complete turn off.

This store recently remodeled and expanded. The store is a lot more customer friendly now. It sells all sorts of household items, like sheet sets, bathroom sets, rugs, school/work clothes, art, furniture and more for great prices. Very fun to go to when you're redecorating!

To start they ran my credit 2 times and could not get the the loan company to go through so I made a cash Deal for $1000 came back to get the couch and they welched on the price and said it was $1400 would not recommend anyone to go there they lied to me and My girlfriend

Went here spent almost 300 dollars got home only to realize they didn't give us all our bags and no answering machine to leave a message so I have to wait until they open n my boys school pants 2 bath Mats a 50ft extension cord and a couple other items r missing

Make sure you pay attention , they will try to scam you if you finance . Also they make up prices as they go . Don’t try to put on google that you are willing to fix the situation because you told me verbally that you won’t do anything ! Y’all are scammers !!

The workers here are friendly and they had a huge sale when I went there. They seem to sell pretty much anything for the home such as appliances and beds and curtains and stuff. No warranties on anyting, but they do deliver. They can even do next day.

Cool Stuff! But let me advise you:Do NOT Finance things through American First Finance unless you are ABSOLUTELY certain you can pay it off in 100 days or you’ll end up paying 4 times what your furniture is worth! You’ve been warned!!

Would not suggest buying a bed (frame) here unless u buy bed frames every year. Lol other than that they have beautiful things for your home at a decent price! (Go here if u need things to upgrade your home) you'll love it here!

Buyer beware very shady. They loaded my furniture face down and caused damage. I called them and they blamed me. The lady would not let me talk she kept talking over me . I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I REPEAT BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

The sales reps were very helpful in assisting us in purchasing a bed. The only problem I had was it is not wheelchair assessable. My family member wasn't able to move between the aisles comfortably with her chair.

There sheet sets are not worth anything. They don't tell you about hidden fees when you finance. If you bring a problem to them they try to make it your fault. They do have some nice things for a reasonable price.

Never will waste my time driving from another city and bother stopping here. 2 times I wasted my time no help, no customer service. Cash on hand! 3 households rental cars and uhauls what a waste! Never again!

This store has some of everything...Price's are reasonable for some items n unreasonable for others...The one thing I would say I don't like is staff almost stalks you while you're looking around...not cool

They have excellent furniture and household items busting a title for your car also and the prices are not bad so if you want to get any of these items this would be the place to go I gave him a good rating

The Home Center was recommended to me by a family member. Their prices and products are great for thrifty shoppers like myself. I was so excited to find a set of beautiful king-sized sheets for $20!

I love this place! From the $5 antifreeze, to the $30 5x7 rugs, all the way up to the beautiful designed blinged out bedroom sets and mirrors! They have nice priced stuff throughout the store!

Bought a couch, Loveseat, and ottoman $480. As is last one. Got it home and leg on the love seat was broken and arms on couch are loose. I should of inspected it better than i did.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful they delivered all the way to Anderson and I got a FREE 58" TV with my purchase!!! They have a lot of nice stuff I'm definitely going back!!
