Trying to return a bag of food and it was the owner that l spoke to. She asked me if l had the receipt for it, l told her no..she said that l couldn’t return it without a receipt.. l replied that l can, l do it at the other stores, l give them my number..she said oh!! You have number.. l gave her my number .. she said there’s only cat food on the receipt.. l told her that there was 2 transactions that day. She didn’t look it up.. I have been going to Global for over 24 yrs l know there return policy..This store wasn’t even opened when l started going to Global..NOT ONLY DID SHE LIE TO ME IN MY FACE, BUT TOO LAZY TO LOOK IT UP!! Had problems with this store years ago!! Thought that they might of changed.. SHE REMINDED ME HOW RUDE THEY CAN BE!! NEVER EVER RETURNING TO THIS STORE AGAIN!!! If I could give them a zero star, I would.

One of my favorite places to stop for cat supplies. It's smaller then the big box stores, however I feel I find alot of different unique things that other stores don't carry. They have these neat carpet scratch boards that can be used in many different ways and are easy to store. They also have neat cat hides such as the rocket ship. The staff are very friendly, talkative and always seems to be cheerful. My cats also love when we go to the store because sometimes we get samples for food that's considered a treat, and they get to sample it in the car. Any ways, lovely place to shop, very knowledgeable and highly recommended. Less options then the big stores, but the neat stuff and staff make up for it

I love this location. It’s always well stocked, fairly priced and clean. Though, my favourite part about going here is the amazing customer service. They’re all such wonderfully lovely people. I bring my dog in on occasion and they treat him amazingly as well. When I go without him they ask where he is and why I didn’t bring him lol. It’s hard to find people like this these days. Thank you for your great service and gem of a store. I live downtown, but I always make the trip up to pick up my per supplies weekly.

I really like this pet shop! The owners are so nice and they're always there. It's my opinion that any business is better when it is owner-operated. The prices are better than the competition by far. The store is very clean and the shelves are stocked to the ceiling! Nothing you can't find and they are always there to help. They even remember my dog's name! How sweet We buy our dog's food here as well as treats, supplements and toys.

I used to go to PetSmart but one day this store was on my way so I stopped. The husband and wife welcomed me with a big smile and friendliness from the second I stepped in their store. They always brighten my day and provide exceptional customer service which keeps me coming back. I also like their loyalty program which gives you a free bag of food after you buy 9 bags. I strongly recommend this store to all pet owners.

I can't believe I just discovered this pet store! I like that they carry high quality premium brands here for those who want an alternative to commercial pet foods. Owner super helpful and suggested I buy just a small amount for my pet to try first instead of buying a big amount in case my pet doesn't like the food. Appreciate that they don't try to upsell here .

Had an amazing experience last night. We brought in out new puppy 10 mins to close (we are horrible for that!) And the 2 ladies on staff we incredible! We got amazing recommendations for new puppy food and they went above and beyond for our little lady. A huge thanks to both members of your staff. We are definitely bringing Izzie back to say hello again soon!

The owners of this store are the absolute best! Every time we have dealt with them they are always super nice and I feel like they actually care. Plus with the frequent buyer program many things work out to 10% off and being able to support a local family run business it's a win-win. Definitely recommend shopping here.

Great service. Friendly and good prices. Great selection of brand-name pet products and pet foods. Staff was very accommodating and was willing to order me in anything I didn't see on the shelves. They offered assistance to my car if I needed it, and the store was clean and well kept

I special order food for my two dogs from this shop and it always arrives quickly with super friendly service! They have a bonus program for a free bag with every so many purchased and gave me the discount without me having to remember or ask! Great shop!

Always love how pet oriented they are! My partner's dog has several allergies and they always try to have one bag of her prefered food available. Theyre also willing to call their other locations if it just so happens to sell.

This store sells my specialy dog food which I have a hard time finding. The lady helped me find the food additive stuff I was looking for for my new dog. I have their club membership and get airmiles too.

The Husband and Wife team are amazing there. They are so friendly, generous and helpful. You always feel welcome walking into the store. The best place to go for pet supplies, I won't go anywhere else.

Came 40km to get a dog food sold only at Global. Expected me to drive another 10 minutes to pick it up at another location. Noped out. Would have paid if they had offered to have it brought in.

It's a nice clean store , well organized, a bit small but a large variety of dog and cat food with reasonable prices. I have found the staff to be friendly, welcoming and quick to help.

New employee had very minimal knowledge of dog food products and food suggestions. He should be working with someone that has more experience to develop his knowledge base.

The husband and wife who own this global pet foods are the sweetest people I've ever met. Not to mention that this is one of the best stocked Global Pet Foods I've been to.
