Was in hospital ICU two weeks ago, was told by the hospital that after phoning my GP to discuss my after care, they were just told that riverside is no longer an emergency surgery and cut off. Went to the surgery with my sister last week on our 10.30am appointment that when we arrived wasn't there and got no help till my sister said "you need to find a new doctor this one is gonna kill you" then suddenly the receptionist was able to get me seen. The best thing that happened to Dr Jude's surgery was Korsa Khan I know she's a nurse but she'd make a damn good doctor and the only person I am willing to see in that surgery from now on. Thank you Korsa those stars are for you not the surgery.

I am trying arrange a telephone call back to find out what happened to the district nurse visit. We asked a Podiatrist to come to trim an ingrowing toe nail during Christmas and it has infected and no one mentioned anything. Now the toe is dead and the infection caused a death if we didn't call an Ambulance. Still I am waiting to make an appointment to get in touch with the surgery. I have been on hold for 48 minutes for four days and the reception says there are no slots available..

If I could, I would give 0 stars. The invitation, for the COVID and flu vaccine, arrived on time, almost as if you were coming home to "invite" us. I was waiting for your paper, for the 6 week visit for me and my son, nothing, I have to call and no later than 8.30 in the morning. You are a joke. What do you do all day if appointments can only be made later than 8.30?

If I could give this GP surgery no stars I would! Shambolic service, receptionists are rude and unhelpful and that's when they actually answer the phone Quality! Quality care commission have been more than helpful and all of Dr Judes surgeries look like they'll be getting shut down soon enough! No surprise!

I called near closing time and didn't wait more than 5 minutes before a very kind receptionist picked up the phone. Unfortunately I have to call back next week as the nurse/appointment I need isn't available til mid september but isn't too much of a bother as it isn't urgent.

Getting someone to answer the phone is like trying to get an audience with the Pope. That's if the phone doesn't abruptly hang up 15 minutes into waiting for someone to pick up.

Always the same experience. They never help . Just hassle. Ridiculous
