5 star service from beginning to end. The value of customer service and quality are unmatched . Martina greeted us and showed us what they had to offer and let us do the rest. She wasn't a pushy sales person like some people are in other stores. There was no pressure to move quickly or even purchase. Just really good customer service. The quality of the items are also great . I received my furniture today and love it! My delivery crew , Pablo and George were awesome. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was just they way we wanted it . Definitely a long time customer for sure with galleria!

I absolutely love this furniture store!! They take great care of their customer. I love that they are family own and they make sure that you walk out with everything you want at a great price. They are willing to work with anyone with any budget. I have bought furniture from them four times and I always go back because they take great care of me. I highly recommend this place!!!

My experience here was Beyond great! I was helped by a young man name Marcos his costumer service was fantastic, he was able to answer every question I had for him and he also explained every sale they had and he also explained how price tags worked. He was the first to also greet me at the door!

We were amazed at how easy the process was to purchase new furniture! The customer service experience was amazing! We were treated with dignity and respect and the prices are affordable... They have a longtime customer because of how we were treated. We would definitely reccomend this store!

I love this place. I came in and they took care of me it didn't take long for them to see what I wanted and get me out the store really fast process from beginning to end will definitely shop here for anything else I need.

Do not trust this place!! They could steal your money once you received your first late payment and my paper said 12 month of free interest but is not even up to 12 months yet. So they charged me more!
