I purchased a PS4 controller and ran home to play, but couldn’t because of a faulty DualShock controller. I called the store asking about next steps and was basically told that this inconvenience isn’t their fault and they can only swap the controller. No consideration or slight compensation for my time or anything or horrible first-time experience. The one time I went to GameStop I was met with disappointment and trashy equipment. Guess I’ll be taking my business to Target as usual.

***THEY DONT LIKE TO SERVICE BLACK CUSTOMERS!!!*** Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I tried to purchase a game that I know they had in stock. And they told me it was sold out. But when I came back 4 hours later and the young black man was working. He was able to find the game and sold it to me. It seems like they don't like service and black people. I've had this happen on more than one occasion.

Had an online order go horribly wrong and I was afraid that I wouldn’t get my item in time for Christmas. Hector at this location spent an hour on the phone with customer support with me and immediately got me my item in a matter of a couple days. I cannot thank Hector and Jordan enough for their amazing customer support. People like them will keep me coming back to GameStop over and over again

Employee accused me of swapping controllers during a return. Came in to return an unopened sealed controller because I ordered two due to the online store not providing confirmation email on the first purchase. "I know there's a broken one inside" he said as he processed the return. Doubt I will ever go back to this store or Gamestop in general with service like that.

Love this location. Went to Lenox Mall and bought a switch and nothing worked. Me n kids were disappointed. I went here and Savannah the young lady working there not only helped me figured out which system was best for me n kids but also helped me set up and get my old games. Will always come here in future. THANK YOU !!!!!

Closed an hour early. Posted times right next to the door confirmed the time on Google. Employee in store saw me pull on the door and just went back to playing on their phone.
