Went in to do a return. Initially the cashier was nice but the moment I said I was making a return he then got loud and had an attitude. Asked why I was making a return, I stated my personal preference about the console and he tried to insult my intelligence in front of other customers. My goal is not to hurt the GS business. I've been a customer for almost 20 years. The goal here is to prevent other loyal customers from snapping on your employees. I dont know his name. I dont care to know it, but I do hold GS accountable for their employees.

The firngertips on the gloves the guy was wearing were all brown. That was pretty gross. You'd do better to just wash your hands without gloves. With nasty funk fingers like that your just spreading more germs and possibly covid-19. Please recognize this as a company and address it. Also, they didn't have the game I was looking for so I had to get a digital download code printed on a receipt that i can barely read. I sure hope it works. I really don't care to shop at gamestop. Im I'm glad developers are moving to all digital software.

I always go to GameStop for my POP needs...I happened to miss the GodSpeed character for my DC collection and mentioned it to the sales person...he went far beyond my expectations...he checked around and managed to locate it in New York or Washington and have it shipped to New Orleans...It came at regular price & was a limited edition, which is awesome. Cudos for the customer service and rounding out my collection with this unique character

I'm a frequent shopper at GameStop because of my 12 yr old son. I recently went to the Behrman location and received EXCELLENT customer service from Matt and Cassandra. They were friendly, outgoing, had a great sense of humor and didn't mind helping. Best customer service I've received from shopping at GameStop. Will definitely recommend this location to others!!!

Came in to trade in my original PS4 500gb for in store credit so I can get me a PS4 slim 1tb. I called a few days ago and talked to Heath who informed me of everything I needed to bring in for a legitimate trade in. He was super helpful, very well informed, and helped me make a very satisfying purchase.

Awesome store! Ryan is the best. These employees know their trade, and are very helpful to their customers. Have been using this as my primary store for a couple of years now and I recommend it to anyone into gaming.

Do not buy the bundle hair it is fake and not real I have got hair from them and it is horrible synthetic please do not spend your money here they would not take it back

This gamestop is the worst one I been to! The employees don't give you enough information on certain games plus I was elite pro member but the card was never activated.

Always a toss up at this location. I can recieve exceptional customer service or have shady workers trying to pull a fast one on me. Make sure you check your receipts.

Customer service was great. The game I received from them doesn't work in my PS3 though....but the staff was on point and the store was organized, neat, and clean.
