My mechanic retired after 20 years with him and where do I go to find someone that I could trust! After checking out reviews for other local mechanics, I went to Gateway from a friend who recommended them. I have just had my first service and happy to post a good review for the quality, service and price. These guys are Legends !! we service our car with Gateway Automotive and my wife had a flat Tyre this afternoon and called them and in 10 minutes they came and helped us sort out the flat Tyre. Great service at a very reasonable cost. We will always keep going back and supporting small local business like these over larger dealership service centers for the community service and help the provide. Thanks a lot Gateway Automotive!!

Do not take your car here .. I can’t stress enough how bad it is , do not buy a car here .. they will lie and lie , they will rip you off, they will waste your time and they will charge you for servicing and not do the job, the managers don’t come out of office as they’ve know how bad it is and let’s the poor young staff die with rooms full of unsatisfied people , if I hadn’t more money I would sue them .... so bad never again

First time customer and spent over $2k. Their assessment of my car's problem was well within what I already knew was wrong. I felt they provided honest feedback and charged me a fair price for the job ,(it was a big job). I would definitely return and recommend Gateway Auto Services to others.

Gateway Automotive are your local mechanics I can trust with my car every time. Very good at communicating and fixing whatever the problem has been, or just regular services. They went the extra distance when we were all in lock down and provided services that they didn't need too.

Our family mechanic. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. Good honest service can do tires batteries electrical all in one place. Doesn't charge for unnecessary work like others in the area. Recommend you book first , they get busy.Cheers

Both mechanics were obliging and went to no end of trouble to find and correct the problem with my tyre. I was even escorted to my car with an umbrella when it rained. I will certainly use this garage again .

Rang them at 8.00 am to ask if I could book in for a pink slip and was told I could bring it there at 9.00 am. Really pleasant service as well. I couldn't be happier.
