I can't say enough about the friendly, professional and serious approach the Gentle Giant team took to our recent cross country move. This is what you get with Gentle Giant: they work with urgency. Ever seen them work? They literally run your items onto the truck. This keeps the energy flowing. They're the nicest people..I was happy to have them in my house for two straight days ...it was a pleasure. Their work is second to none. Focused, and thoughtful with attention to detail. They take pride in their brand and pride in their work. So nice to see...a throwback to a different era. The foreman Matt walked in on my wife shedding a tear over leaving a house we loved and he said some very nice things that made her feel better.The whole experience was fantastic. I was kind of sad to see them pull away! Major props to the top notch packing crew of Lupe, Cesar, Jaden and Cillian. The movers Rosie and Ray were a pleasure, and Matt, their fearless leader, ran a tight ship, keeping us updated on progress and directing the activity throughout the day. Customers for life! We are San Francisco Realtors and Gentle Giant Moving Company was referred to us by a colleague. They were phenomenal! Our clients were selling their family home and moving items to the Seattle area. Our first point of contact was Patrick Donovan who was very responsive. We provided a list of the items the Sellers wanted moved + their photos in a G drive, and Gentle Giant provided a quote in a timely manner. Our Sellers then had a few questions regarding logistics, and Terrence Fitzpatrick was happy to talk with us on several occasions. He was very patient, explaining the process and logistics. On moving day, the movers arrived on time and dressed neatly, and proceeded to wrap the furniture in thick padded blankets, then pack in boxes. Also, we really appreciated that Gentle Giant had previously emailed pictures of the movers, so we'd know who to expect. The furniture arrived at its destination as scheduled and our clients were elated. We would definitely use Gentle Giant Moving Company again and highly recommend them as movers!

I recently worked with Gentle Giant to move my stuff across the country. The San Francisco team, led by Ray, was responsible for the packing and transfer of my items to larger trucks that make the cross-country trip. The team was professional and quick. I had some things I wasn't sure how to pack up, and they expertly took care of them. Furthermore, as far as I can tell, the packing was flawless - not a single item was damaged in the cross country move. I am very happy with their service and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again or recommend them to a friend.

Very smooth and easy move. Ray and Isaiah were our movers and they did an excellent job. They were super friendly. Everything was packer properly with good padding and everything arrived at my destination safely. I sat back and relaxed as they made the hardest part of the move easy for me. Can't emphasize how good of a job they did, they deserve a raise!!
