I spent many a day in this park as a young teen, having gone to the school across the road we had no outdoor space so the park provided the perfect place to let off steam. The park is well maintained and the Buddhist Peace Garden is worth going to see. Imperial War Museum also close by.
A relaxing green space around the Imperial War Museum. The park is well maintained. It is just a few minutes walk from Lambeth North Station. There’s a nearby sports facility and cafe. A breath of fresh air from the busy things of the city.

Beautiful park that stays open throughout the day and night. The Imperial War Museum sits at its center, with all its facilities, and right next to it a gated area for dogs, and many tennis courts, the Peace Garden, an outdoors café...
If you are in Dover to see the Castle and Fortress, then visit the park. It has a little stream, crystal clear, with ducks and fish. You can have a seat and enjoy the picnic area or just relax. The kids have lots of areas to play and
A nice park but could do with better upkeep. The grass is bare in parts and the flower beds overgrown. Southwark Council should take better care of their parks and invest more in keeping them well maintained. Money spent on parks is
Really it is the War memorial museum Gardens and Park. There is 2 massive guns at the entrance and has the Peace Garden that the Dali Lama blessed close to Lambeth North underground station.
It was a nice park, but it was raining. I had to walk through it, to get to the imperial War museum (near Streatham station), Bus 159 from Oxford Circus Station).
Beautiful garden surrounding the imperial war museum, reccomend both. And look out for the slightly hidden Tibetan spiri garden (or called something like that)
Lovely park with the War Museum situated within. Great Children's play area, outdoor gym, tennis courts and great facilities showers and toilets.
Nice park next to the Imperial War Museum. When I visited it was very quiet but the weather was freezing cold. Good for families with children.
The closest park to my place so it must be a favourite for walks and runs. Especially beautiful during springtime and in autumn colours.
The park is just so beautiful with lot of Gym equipment available for use, also the lawn tennis courts are very good.
Lovely quiet park, ideal to rest in with a drink and snack from café before or after visiting The Imperial War Museum

This is located just beside the imperial War museum, very clean and serene. Has a basketball court.
A nice, inner city park with a museum at the centre. Not Much seems to have changed in 50 years.
