The toilets are always horrid. It is not the station's fault at all but the complete immaturity of some folks to mess it up like that. Though the vending machines never work. They have a coin sl9t but it's blocked off and unless you have a physical credit card it won't accept phone credit scans. I would love to be able to access water or a nice drink with coins or my phone when I do not have my card on me. I wish luck to those out there who are thirsty/dehydrated or have blood sugar issues where they need water or sugar for health. Other than that the trains are usually in time which is great and it's never too crowded.

I feel literally bad this evening . We went to top on miki for 1 month , as it was the first time to top miki for 1 month for me . I was not sure what to do . The staff who worked there around 7;30-7;50 male staff was so rude being as customer service it’s the duty of him to guide if we asked him . It was on Glenroy station he was not polite with the custom . During this 4 years I have meet the first person in Australia who was so rude unbelievably sitting on the customer service .

I love Glenroy station I come to Glenroy for shopping by train and it's surrounded by Glenroy Central and only minute or two to get to the shops.Glenroy station does need of upgrading but it is still looking good and strong there's rain covers for shelter,wheelchair entrance, public toilet and well kept clean at all times with train running at normal table great services massive parking area with public transport buses at the door step.

They need to hurry up and fix this station so it goes over ground or underground because the wait time with the boom gates is absolutely ridiculous especially late at night you have to wait in your car at least half an hour longer it's disgraceful

Love the look of the new station but the lifts and platform could do with a more thorough clean. Why aren’t there rubbish bins near the seats on the platform as this seems to be where lazy people drop there rubbish

u can get many restaurants, cafes , groceries store (but it close early) or even coles (open till midnight) in this station. Not so clean station. Have toilet but its dirty.. there is customer service to help u.

The new hoops to get to Platform 1 are ridiculous for an overdue level crossing removal...and Metro is unreliable, awful service! Public Transport in Victoria is in dire need of an overhaul!

Superb looking new train station with the level crossing removed. Will even be better when the other side of the station finishes construction later this year with the landscaping.

New station is really good. So much better without the level crossing. Lot of parking space. Traffic flows much better and trains mostly on time. Much needed upgrade.

This morning I asked the lady at the front desk at the station for tissues or toilet paper as I was having blood nose, she just plainly refused to help.

Never seen a train station like this, has elevators, toilets and a service area. No Cafe at the moment but I hope they put one in

This is good station for day time use but during the late night its bit unsafe to go through underground tunnel.

There is not a single day the train arrives on right time. Always have to wait extra minute for train to arrive.

Very close to Glenroy central and all the shops. Just 1-2 minutes walk. Love the place. Nice atmosphere.
