I go here all the time to get food or litter for my cats. Every time I go in, I am greeted warmly by both the staff and the sweet little tabby cat who "manages" the store, heh. I care a lot for my kitties, and so I do ask some questions about cat food types, and the ladies here always have great suggestions. They are extremely knowledgeable about the brands they carry, and they tend to only carry brands of food that are actually healthy for your animals. I really enjoy visiting this store, and would happily recommend it to anyone looking to find food or toys or even just information regarding different types of nutrition to help their furry friend live a long, healthy and happy life.

I have had nothing but really positive experiences here. All the staff are really nice (I saw a negative review about one of the female employees that inspired me to review) in my experience they are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Last time I was in one of the women working was giving some tips on socializing my puppy during covid and it was beyond their job description and appreciated. I also really love the Primal pet food line for my dogs (who come in with me and are always treated great) and being able to pick it up in my own neighbourhood is awesome.

This is a great pet supply store. The staff are very friendly knowledgable and helpful. I have always received very helpful advice from the staff. I have three pets with very specialized food requirements and they always carry food that my pets can eat. I would 100% recommend this store to anyone whether your a first time animal owner or have pets with specialized nutritional needs. If you have questions about animal nutrition be sure to consult with the staff. Animal nutritional is the number thing you should do for your pets.

This will be the only place I shop for my pet supplies from now on! I went in last week and noticed my cat's regular brand was being discontinued, and the owner who was working informed me she wasn't carrying it anymore due to some ongoing lawsuits against the company. It was about lead in the products!!! No other pet food supplier, not even my vet has mentioned this. I am extremely grateful and they gave me a free full size bag of another food for my kitty to try. Super customer service.

When trying to find a specific brand of dry cat food, their name came up. Gave them a ring to make sure my Google search was correct and they said they did have what I was searching for. It's in a strip mall area with lots of parking. The store may be small but their selection is big! Found exactly what I was looking for and took a look around as they have many options to keep your four legged family member healthy.

I will never buy my pet supplies anywhere else! This store not only has the best raw pet food but the snacks are always the healthiest! The sales staff have a knowledge and care for animals I’ve never seen in any other pet store! Need dog training or any advice ... they will answer all your questions ❤️ and my crazy reactive little rescue loves this place and is always welcome

Good quality food. Knowledgeable people. Know their product. Good service. Bit steep in price, but, that is what you pay for a premium product, operation. If you don't like the price, go to Walmart and get a substantial lesser product. Even pet smart, as their prices are high, are the same as Walmart/ Safeway in their product quality, staff knowledge.

Just love this place...these ladies are so wonderful and helpfulll and answer all your concerns..one girl especially there really knows her stuff about dogfood she could be a nutrionist for animal health if they dont have what your looking for they will do their utmost best to get you what you need..not one bad thing to say about global pets

Staff is always friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Chelsea helped me pick the good food for my dog as she was skipping meals with the previous brand I was buying. It seems expensive when you first look at the tags, but because of the higher quality, the bags last longer and your puppy is in better health in general.

Always helpful, now super organized, goes above and beyond for their customers. I've been loyal for over 3 years now. My pups love a couple of chews they carry. Can be a little pricey but worth it to give high grade products to my pups i think, to fingers crossed, prevent healh problems down the road.

Staff are always welcoming and helpful! Been coming to this location for years now. Good selection for a smaller store, seldom out of products. Good selection of different dog & cat foods, frozen, freeze dried, kibble and treats! My little one & myself also enjoy getting some cat love in too.

I'm not sure if the lady working the till is new or hated dogs. I came in with a nine week old puppy looking for a food to switch him too; she never offered help, wasn't feeling like she loves her job. Negative vibes, not sure I'll go back to this location

They have everything here for your cat and dog. If you truly love your pet, this is the kind of food that you'll want to buy for them haha. Jk, you can love your pet and also buy them food from somewhere else, your pet just may not love you as much :D

I've shopped at this one and another location and have received great service. The prices for the dog toys I've bought were less than Amazon and I feel better supporting local. I will be a returning customer and would recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the hands on (well technically hands off and 2 meters apart) service! All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and ALWAYS willing to help us find what we need. Our fur babies have the best food store in town.

Bought grooming rake there, was recommended by staff. Doesn’t work at all, peace of junk. Came back to exchange for something more expensive and better, and you know what, they doesn’t accept returns. Stay away from this store.
