If a zero star for this location can be given I would, terrible customer service came in for advice for my dog who has not eaten kibble for a few days, and I gave talked about the food he has eaten in the past was given some advice and I was hesitant on a bag the lady who was helping me said he he didn’t like it I could return for a refund, came back the next day as I opened the bag they said I can only get a store credit nobody informed me about this. The two girls proceeded to tell me that it’s on the back of the receipt who is going to read the back of a receipt it’s not posted in any where in the store? I read the back of the receipt right in front of them no where dose it say that. it says you will get a refund if the bag is 3/4 full, how funny is that. I have never had this issue at my local grant location.I asked to talk to the owners about this policy as it’s not written or communicated within anywhere told they won’t be in until after may 4? That is really ridiculous. Willa never be returning to this location. Poor customer service and misleading information and in trained staff/ Supervisors.

I was also surprised and disappointed by the return policy and lack of transparency about it. I had to return some food as my dog became ill almost as soon as we opened the bag. The man who helped me at the till would barely make eye contact with me and acted as if I was annoying him. I know doing returns is not ideal but one return can equal lots more business if it is handled professionally. I asked about other food options and explained what the symptoms were that my dog was experiencing. He quickly showed me to the back without much more conversation. He showed me a couple of options but neither of which really fit what I had asked for. He didn’t wait to find out if they would work, he went right back up to the front. I remember going to this store when it first opened and service was great. We moved and I had not been in a while. I will go back to spend the gift card and that will be it.

Super helpful always friendly staff that in IMO go above and beyond. 2 Years ago I found a Canadian food brand that I wanted to put my two dogs on, that was a great price point and had ingredients that felt comfortable feeding to my dogs. I called the closer more local to me pet stores and they wouldn't even entertain ordering it for me even though it was from the same supplier/manufacture they already carried. Called up Global and even though I was new client they ordered it for me. 2 years later they keep it in stock for me now, and I now buy my rabbit food from them too. Thank you so much guys.

Small store but packed filled with everything your pets might need or want. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. This location is a family run store. The owner is very nice and is a true Winnipeger. Loves the Jets and Blue Bombers. The prices are competitive but are on the higher side. This location is clean and has many items I didn't know existed. Pets are welcome inside. This location also excepts airmiles.

The staff are awesome!!! If they don't know the answer, which they always do, they will find out. I feed my big guy raw food and they are one of the very few that carry it in bulk or will order it in and call you once it's in. I also buy his bones here and had to get booties this year just moving from a milder climate. The staff helped me fit him so I didn't waste my money. I couldn't be happier

Very Helpful staff, good collection of foods and toys for Cats Dogs and most important to me ferrets. The staff actually care which is a big difference from Petland or Petvalue where they're forced to sell Marshalls terrible food. My ferrets love the cat toy I bought here and I look forward to continuing doing business at this location. He's fluffy and healthy because of you guys :)

I was in for the first time yesterday to purchase Nutri Puppy food and was very impressed by the lady who assisted me. She was very knowledgable about the food itself and helped me find a very small sweater for the new pup. She even showed me a picture of her papillon on her phone. Very nice lady and positive experience using a new store for future supplies! Thank you.

Never had any issues here! The staff are always helpful and asking if I need a hand. (I am very shy so sometimes I wish they wouldn't lol, but it's always nice when they do) They always bring stuff to the front for me whenever I get my hands full... which happens a bit too often, but there is just so much nice stuff for my cats! :)

I make a yearly visit to this store b/c they are the only place in the city that carries large Icelandic lamb horns. The store is well stocked compared to many other pet stores with unique products not found elsewhere. They also double engrave the tags to make them last longer. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great pet store.

Great pet food store! I buy all my pet food from here. The staff is friendly and always asks if you need help. They carry a large selection of different brands which are all competitively priced with other stores like Petland or Petvalue. They also accept Air Miles.

If you buy food here and your pup doesn't like it, you can return it if the bag is more than 3/4 full. They also keep track of your purchases if you want so you can make sure you get the same thing (or something different).

There are two GPF stores in Winnipeg. Although the other one is closer to my home, I prefer to shop for my dog here, just because of the friendly behaviour of the people there and the good vibes you feel in the store.

Good place to get food and toys for your dog. Prices are decent and the service was excellent. The only problem is that it's very hard to get in and out of traffic-wise.

Staff her helpful, and store is always well-stocked! We're grateful they carry a number of limited ingredient foods for our chicken-sensitive pooch!

Staff is nice and patient. You can order k9 or ziwi peak for your cats and dogs. Remember to bring your air mile you can collect it.

Always visit there when I got new puppy, There has variety of pet foods. Easy to purchase frozen meat or frozen dried food there.
