I only wish I could give them 6 stars! We are so lucky to live close to Goddard Eastcote. Our cat has been under their care since she was a very small kitten. I can be quite protective since she was rescued from not such nice circumstances, but needn't have worried - the staff are that rare combination of kind and incredibly skilful. They are always gentle with her and provide expert care, especially when she was spayed - with the tiniest of incisions, she healed quickly and had plenty of check-ups throughout the process. They also worked patiently with us through a few different medication options to make sure she has exactly the right kind of regular flea and worming preventative care for her needs. Thank you so much to Natalie, Kitty and Leonard!

My Border Collie had a recent operation and irritated skin disorder. Leonard and Maisie were fantastic throughout and nothing was too much trouble. They explained in detail what would happen during and after the operation and also prescribed treatment for her skin. The after care was fantastic & extremely professional and I could see they genuinely care and love the animals they are treating and want the best for them. I would not go anywhere else and we trust them 100%. My dog is happier than ever after her op and her skin problem thankfully has gone also. My dog loved visiting the vet clinic as she felt safe and knew she would get cuddles and treats. Thank you for everything.

A great place for your pets, team is led by Jamie in the recent years, even before her the Vets here have been amazing. They care for the pets deeply and have never let me down with my pet, and God knows we have had many visits here. Right from the reception staff to others each staff is an asset to this Vet's surgery, always helpful, returning calls if need be, have done mini consults on the phone and prescribed correct medicine for my pet, the fact that my pet adores Jamie is a bonus. Thank you Jamie & Team for all your selfless work and looking after our pets with so much Love & respect. We have been using this place since 2013.

I’ve been with this practice for 10 years plus. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING The care and compassion everyone at Eastcote gives is brilliant. Just recently I took two of my rabbits for castration. From the pre op assessments, the day of the operations and the post op assessments everything was explained step by step to me. I had full confidence in the vet and staff. Both rabbits were looked after so well and are doing great. From my dog, my cat and my daughters dwarf hamster the care and treatment they’ve all received has been truly remarkable. I would definitely recommend this vets

First appointment tonight for our kitten Charlie and our 5 year old cat Simba after we recently moved in the area. What a lovely practice, the vet spent an hour with us and really took the time to know our cats and stroke them etc. The nurse is so lovely and kind and knowledgeable, we are extremely grateful we found them as we have had some quite negative experiences up until now where our cats were seen as easy cash. We've been taking both our cats to Goddards for nearly ten years and we've always been extremely happy with the care they've received. One of our cats has just had a nasty abscess on his cheek which necessitated several visits, antibiotics, painkillers/anti-inflammatories and almost needed surgery. At each stage, the vet explained what he thought the best way forward was and he was as delighted as we were that our cat had healed really well and didn't need surgery. Would highly recommend this surgery to anyone needing veterinary care for their pets.

Visit today to get dog nails clipped. My dog is very nervous about this having had a bad experience as a puppy. Nurse Natalie was so good along with Lily the girl on reception . She explained how she found the best way to position Belle and cut her nails very well. Belle even took a treat from her - something she has never done before!!! Very happy with the service today and I will use this branch again. Thank you so much Natalie and Lily x

The staff are so caring and really take their time to share love and care towards your pets. Leonard the vet is always performing through examinations and goes into detail about what treatments could be done, and discusses and questions we might have. Natalie the veterinary nurse is also so kind and caring and makes sure to explain everything again if needed. All our cats are grateful for their care.

I have been registered with a few different veterinary practices over the years due to house moves. Goddards at Eastcote is without doubt the best. Leonard Santuzi removed a malignant melanoma from my dog's mouth and not only was the surgery 1st class but so was the after care. All the staff are lovely. My dog Charlie is still happily running around the woods each day !

Had an emergency with a very poorly cat. First time pet owner and honestly they were wonderful. I was late due to traffic and they moved appointments round me to make sure he was seen. Reffered me straight away to the vetinary hospital. Wonderfully professional and reassuring. Will be exclusively using their services from now on. Henry is a very happy kitty again.

Goddards in Eastcote have been brilliant with both our cat and dog, we travel a fair distance to come here, as our dog’s allergies were identified and are now managed properly thanks to Leonard’s excellent work. I can’t recommend them highly enough, it’s a happy atmosphere with people who really care about what they do and put everything into it.

We have taken both our cat and dog to this service over the years. We have been really happy with our care from this vets. At the end of our cats time, they were so great about being honest with us and helping us through such a hard time. They are really great with our dog. Very helpful on the phone as well for our simple worries.

Friendly vets practice and good service. But do beware of their Proactive Pets scheme. Payments collected by third party and not easy to get out of the scheme. Then chased and harassed for payments even after you have cancelled. Late charges left right and centre. Retain every correspondence for your records.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. They are professional and took good care of my cat when she came in for an xray. I've been going to my local Eastcote branch for years and they have always been very good, not only in taking care of my cat but also in helping me in processing my pet Insurance claims too.

I’m surprised by the reviews, we have a new family member went in to ask for a specific worming suspension, but just got a very semi dry no you need to see a vet ( haven’t chosen one yet though) …. And was sent on my way Ooo well … guess this one is not for us then, good luck ! …

We’ve been taking our dog here for 12 years and have always found the staff to be absolutely lovely. Our dog has never been an easy patient to deal with and yet he still gets excellent care from everyone at Goddards- Leonard & Natalie in particular have the patience of saints!

This practice is amazing, both my cats are a little nervous but the vets go out of their way to make my cats as comfortable as possible and they listen to you with absolute respect.. cannot reccomend them enough.. thank you guys for the awesome job you do xx

I took my very old cat to Goddard's yesterday for the first time (just moved to the area), from booking the appointment on the phone in the morning to the actual visit in the afternoon was handled brilliantly. Very caring staff and vet. Glad i found them.

The vets and nurses here are wonderful. I have a new pup and they were really friendly and welcoming to us. I wasn't even charged for the first visit we had where they weighed him and checked his vaccine records etc. Really happy with the practice so far.
