The team headed up by Luke White at this practice is amongst the best in the world, in my opinion. Luke is an absolutely exceptional vet, in the truest sense of the words, he has both empathy with Animals (we have a cat and a dog) and sympathy with humans and this is something that is rarely found in humanity. Lukes exceptional ability has meant that our animal family has been treated with the best of results in all situations, and has meant that their welfare has been cared for perfectly. The nursing team, comprising Rika and Jelena, is an exceptionally capable compliment to Luke. They are compassionate and exceptionally ably-skilled in their job. They, again, have been instrumental to the welfare of our animal family and without them we would have found things much more difficult on many, many occasions. They have been sympathetic in a recent situation, and that has made our feelings about everything considerably more at ease. The bottom line is that this really should be a ten star review, however, google cannot facilitate that... but what I will say is that if you have pets, you need this veterinary practice!!!!

Absolute scam for money. They charged us £130 for medicine + a consultation fee. Eye drops for cat in this surgery is £80!!!!!!!!!!!The the next day I called and asked why the fee is so high and the reply was that it apparently for 3 other animals which we never ever had …‍♀️ I was surprised as we never had any other pets but a beloved and only cat. Then they said that it’s actually 3 tubes of antibiotics they ordered for 3 weeks. I asked them again why is that as we never used 3 tubes of antibiotics for cat’s eye before . More to that nobody even mentioned to us we should use it during the consultation. When I disagreed to pay that much and asked for a prescription only the receptionist replied we have to pay anyway additionally to the consultation fee . Stay away from such a commercially oriented vet by all means. Anyway the vet who prescribed us the ointment did not work on our pet. Overall we paid we paid £230 for 2 weeks and no treatment at all!

My staffy is with Goddard and has been for a few years.... when he first went there the staff were brilliant but in the past year they have changed staff and they are not as good or friendly at all.... they seem more interested in money.......I asked if they could make a claim from my dogs insurance after I pay the first £120 but they said they only do that for over £250 and if I couldn't afford it to go to the blue cross.... I'm a pensioner and go to that vet as it's around the corner and I can walk there with him......This might be Fulham but we are not all rich...

Just wonderful Took our cockatiel (bird) to this vet after searching endlessly to find a vet that would treat avian patients. Not only was there no overhead charge for girl, but she was treated with so much care and compassion. I was shocked to see an almost hospitality industry service standard with all staff members being companionate and communicative despite being in a busy period. They explained everything clearly and carefully and our bird was given swift care for her injured wing. They even let her sit on their shoulders which always puts her at ease.

We have used Goddard since getting our dog several years ago. They have always been kind and helpful, with Luke especially deserving a mention. He is always attentive and shows care for the animals, and having a consistent/regular vet is very comforting. The only issue I could say is that it can be hard to get an appointment as it is often quite busy/booked up. I've booked appointments with other vets when they've been busy but found the level of care was not as good as with Goddard. I'd recommend them for anyone in the nearby area.

have nothing but great things to say about Goddard in Fulham. The staff have taken great care of our Labrador Spectre who has unfortunately had to have a few procedures (he's an old boy!). The staff are always very friendly and provide us with regular updates throughout the day so we know how he is getting on. They appreciate how important the pet is to the owner which at other vets hasn’t always been the case and Spectre always leaves a very happy dog (not what you'd usually expect after a visit to the vets!).

Amazing place amazing staff! I had to let my dog patch go due to old age and these lovely people treated patch with such dignity they didn't keep us waiting long made sure he was so so comfortable and was in as little pain as possible and allowed me to stay with patch every step of the way and spend time with patch after alone which i really needed so much i can't thank them enough ❤ please forgive me for not remembering names of the vet and nurse that helped patch though this as I was in quite a state

Luke is such a lovely vet. He has been taking care of my two Siamese kittens the past weeks. We are still treating them for chlamydia at the moment but I feel that both of them are very safe with him. I can see how passionate he is about animals and to help snowy and winter to be healthy again. He always takes his time to answer any questions and explains everything in detail. I am so glad my kittens have such a great vet.

My dog has just had an operation to remove a nasty tumor from his paw (taking his toe with it) & Goddards couldn't have been more incredible. They where patient, reassuring & accommodating the whole way through. The fact that Caleb was so delighted to go back for very appointment after the operation is testament to how wonderfully he was treated by Luke & all the team. I can't praise them all enough!

Absolutely lovely team at Goddard - our cockapoo Roly is always happy to go (a good sign!) and today was no exception. The vet was so gentle and patient with him, explained everything very well, and gave him excellent care. Every member of staff greeted us with a smile. The receptionist was also very helpful! Thanks Goddard. ❤️ Fingers crossed Roly doesn’t need another trip anytime soon though…!

Having owned dogs for over 30 years, I've had a lot of different vets with varied experiences. In the middle of pandemic, Luke White - the official vet and the excellent nurse on receptionist handle my concerns - even by phone - extremely well. But we didn't have such a good experience when Luke was away and there was a locum in situ. So I will make sure that I have an appt with Luke in future

We live near Goddard Vet Fulham and glad of it. They have taken care of our cat since before we received her from neighbors. They love animals, and it shows in their treatment of her as an individual and thoughtful response to our queries. Their group includes Stone Lion (in Wimbledon) - whose middle of the night emergency service was needed, and gratefully used, when she fell from the roof.

Conflicting information given. Very unprofessional vet 'Luke who clearly struggles working with humans as aposed to animals. Poor service and very negative body language. Dosnt listen and no resolution apart from dismissive behaviour. A big let down to you Goddard. As a family we have been will you for years in various locations around London. Perhaps the sassy attitude should stay at home.

Extremely unhelpful person at the end of the phone. I simply want to collect regular supply of Advocate and advice on supplements, which is obviously too much trouble as there is no appointment till Friday (now Tuesday)and it is not possible just to turn up at the practice at the moment. Very sorry about this as I am happy with the vets themselves.

The team at Goddard's have been fantastic! My wife and I got our Cocker Spaniel puppy Alfie over Christmas and they have been there every step of the way with help and advice. We cannot recommend them enough. Lou and the super kind receptionists have incredible knowledge and are very calming to first time puppy parents. Thank you : )

Lu has been looking after my two dogs since they were puppies. One of them was quite sick last year and Lu has made her so much better, I am so grateful as she means the world to me. This is the best local vets and Lu's just brilliant. She is very knowledgeable, caring and always willing to go the extra mile to help.

I have had some terrible experiences with a local vet recently. I was recommended to Goddards- who i’ve completely re-instilled my trust in the profession. Quite simply – they are wonderful. Is the most important person in my life finally got good care again and I cannot rate them highly enough

Dre my cat was poorly last week he was fitted straight in with an appointment. He was treated with love and kindness the vet and nurse . Given an injection tablets for home and a special food for his stomach. Within a couple of days was back to normal. They are fantastic at this practice.

Couldn't even get an appointment as would not make booking unless I could give a diagnosis of my aging dog's illness. We don't think she has long left and wanted to get a second vet's opinion to try to preserve her life. You have to be a vet to take your dog to this vet.

Always have a great experience here - all of the staff I’ve encountered are true animal lovers and it rolls down to the care. Our cat is significantly less stressed here than she had been at the previous (and closer) vet but we exclusively come here now.

Unfortunately I have a young golden retriever with a number of complicated health issues and Goddard did not stop until we got to the bottom of it. Every vet has been supportive, listens attentively, and checks in often.

Wish I had taken my dog here sooner! Dr. Minnie is so patient and thorough, all my questions answered. Reception is always kind and welcoming, and so helpful in booking appointents around my variable schedule.

Very good service. Prompt with appointments and excellent vets. Only thing I don't like is that you have to be buzzed in although that's probably because the door is in front of a busy Rd.

This is a such a good practice. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and my dog has had excellent treatment. Luke who is the main vet is very competent and has such a lovely manner.
