I absolutely love this cafe, it's one of my favorite places for lunch. The atmosphere is homey and cute, the food is always high quality and generous. All the baked goods are delicious, I really enjoy the carrot cake (especially when paired with the spanish latte, yum!). The sandwiches are fresh and use real ingredients like butter. The bombay egg salad and tuna melts are some of my favorites! They also have lots of gluten-free options which I also really appreciate. I've been a regular customer for six months now and it's always been absolutely exceptional :)

Marica has a wonderful cafe! My parents and myself are regulars here and from day one, we have had nothing but outstanding fresh, healthy, home made delicious food (sometimes even made per request... ie vegetarian, no peppers....), for lunches and/or suppers, with excellent service and ALWAYS served with an abundance of friendliness and genuine interest in how we are and how is the food! The coffee is always fresh and the best along with lots of other choices for drinks. THANK YOU Marica and all of your employees as well, for having such a clean, wonderful cafe, delicious food and excellent service that we know we can always count on!

The sweetest little cafe and bakery and the owner is a gem! The baked goods are so scrumptious, the sandwiches and soups fresh and hearty, and the latte I had yesterday was one of the best I've ever had in Calgary. I took home some beautiful spinach and cheese and meat and potato pastry pinwheels for dinner (HOMEMADE PHYLLO!) and it was such a pleasure to chat with the owner, as she obviously takes great pride in the beautiful little establishment. She was making a batch of fresh pasta as I was the leaving the second time. Can't wait to go back and to check out the catering service over the holidays. Wonderful experience!

Stopped in after a doctors appointment. They were cooking fresh banana bread and I couldn't resist stopping in. I am violently lactose intolerant and wasn't sure if I could eat this or not. To my delight, they cook their items fresh, in store, and had no problem telling me the ingredients. This was one of the best banana breads I have tasted since my fathers. It is dairy free, gluten free, moist and beyond delicious. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend if you are in the area, stop in for a cuppa or snack.

Ordered the Matcha Latte... my first sip had a big clump of matcha and the rest of the tea tested horrible . Ordered the Chaga chai and it was powdery did not taste good either. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, they were OK but the one with bacon the bacon was undercooked. Also you have to pay for parking. My least favorite Cafe in Calgary, this is the first time I have been dissapointed at a Cafe in Calgary.

Stopped in here for a quick bite after my appointment and was pleasantly surprised. I loved the atmosphere: nice tables, some comfy chairs and a book shelf. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and a smoothie. Both were excellent. Enjoyed my food in a comfy chair. Service was excellent Atmosphere was excellent Food was excellent I will be back.

If you want absolutely amazing home made food, look no further. We have had these guys cater at the office and I’ve dropped in when I’m the office building. I have even taken Away good. It is always amazing and the service friendly and fast. A great family run restaurant!!

Good Heart Cafe is my favorite place to get healthy, gluten-free and super delicious cookies. Marica is super friendly and always a pleasure to stop by and get some sweets. Even our son wanted some carrot cup cakes for his ninth birthday. I would definitely recommend Good Heart Cafe for a healthy stop by.

The sandwiches here are by far the best classic sandwiches I’ve ever had in Calgary. They are so delicious and filling. Everything is always fresh. If it’s a bit busy sometimes it’s a bit of wait because they’re prepping it from scratch, but it’s so worth it.

The best hot chocolate. The lady was extremely pleasant. If you sit down at one of the tables, there are little signs that tell you tidbits about the cafe. They make all of their desserts from scratch so that they can reduce the amount of sugar and there are gluten and nut free options.

Amazing place, especially if you have dietary sensitivities—lots of gluten-free and dairy-free options. The gluten-free bagel with eggs and bacon was just delicious. And very high-quality coffee. Lots of interesting options with pollen, collagen, etc. And super sensitive, sweet staff!

Had the chai chaga latte. Oh my goodness. I savoured it all afternoon. So silky and sweet, yet not overly powering. I also had some chicken salad rolls. The dipping sauce was out of this world good. Hands down will be back.

Incredibly kind, accommodating, and flexible staff. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but if you need any quirky food or beverage accommodations, or just want a delicious cup of coffee, this place is fantastic.

Ordered delivery. Grilled ham and cheese sandwich was a little cool. Made with "real cheddar". Coconut chicken soup was screaming hot and tasty. Dessert was good, almost Impossible container to open though.

My friend and me stopped for some tea. Very homely feeling and lovely friendly staff. Lots of delicious foods to choose from and are willing to make things vegetarian or vegan.

Very good home made food for lunch or snacks. Always has some excellent gluten free baking. My fav, the very moist and healthy carrot cake with just sweet enough icing.

Such good food and great service, didn’t expect it to be so good as it’s kind of hidden in an building with offices and drs but it’s really great
