Graham's Jewellers lost my engagement ring! I sent it off for a clean and check up as part of my care plan. After not hearing from them for over 3 weeks, I popped in to pick it up.. but all the jewellers were "sick and haven't gotten to it yet". 4 hours later, I got a call to advise me my ring was "faulty" and being replaced. I said I didn't want a replacement. I'd like to have mine back. It's sentimental. My request was ignored, they pushed me to know my ring size so that replacement could be made. Another week passed, I asked for my ring. I asked if my diamond was being out into the new ring. I told them they were acting like they had lost it. The next day the confessed after gas lighting me for 2 weeks. They had lost it. The state manager tried to offer sympathies, advising "we lost 2 other rings too, for all I know your ring coukd be on a couriers wife's finger". When I tried to seek some answers, I was called by a another manager. She assured me she was doing all she could to get me answers. The moment I picked up the replacement ring, I never heard from them again. I tried calling, no response. A $100 gift card for Shiels a week later. Disgusting service. The staff lie through their teeth. The Marion store manager made her staff lie to me. The state manager was incompetent. The higher manager was very effective at shutting me up. Heart broken. Never again.

Have never experienced such poor service like I did here or lack of quality pieces. I had bought a solid gold chain only to compare it to my current chains at home to find it had a red tone to it. Re visited to try and swap it for a chain that didn’t have this tone, the only chain similar was hollow which I did not want (more prone to breakage and damage), I asked when new stock would come in and could I instead get a store credit since they don’t offer refunds in store and there was nothing exactly what I wanted. Was told new stock comes on Thursdays (the day I went in, today) and I need to choose right away what to exchange it for equaling the same cost amount. The hollow chain was also considerably cheaper, leaving me having to choose more things I do not want (bracelet I had to get also does not fit me, they had very minimal to choose from) along with the hollow chain I do not want. I wasted a hour of my time under pressure trying to find things in the store and left feeling unhappy with all of it. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Bought a 7ct white opal with .5 ct diamonds. This was for a very special occasion 25 year Anniversary. My wife had been looking at this ring for a while. Finally bought it. Presented it. 12 hours later was told is a diamond missing. And just like that bang everything goes flat. Took it back to the store in west lakes. They were very apologetic. Called today that ring was ready for pick up. Light the fire of excitement and bang flat on our faces. The first attendant sales person was accommodating. The second seen otherwise distracted. Was asked is this your ring in a very diminished tone, as if we can’t afford it!!! We do have the $$$ and happily retired at 50. So that should say a lot. Never again never with grahams. Be warned be very warned. Look elsewhere , don’t waste your time for precious occasions that fail. There is no empty or service. It looked and felt like I/we were doing Graham a favour by purchasing an item from west lakes.

How ridiculous with Grahams Jewellers website setup. Purchased and paid immediately on Sunday 06/08/23 (order number GR200035256) and personally emailed the next day 07/08/23 to make sure this birthday gift is being processed (SRPK17K), at that time item still showing stock available on their website. On the 08/08/23 my transaction was cancelled told oversold and refund?? I am not happy with this outcome and have chosen your business over other business while same price and others are showing stock available at the point of decision. Now this watch model is sold out everywhere in Australia…;( Told online staff to escalate it and havn’t heard back from management/owner what they going to do to make it right?

Managed to turn what was previously a '5 star rating' into 1 after a visit today. Appalling service and treatment. Won't ever shop here again or recommend to anyone. Edit - For anyone interested, as you can see Grahams replied to this review asked me to email them with more details. Pretending publicly they make it look as though they are concerned and are interested in following up. I did that and was promised a 'regional manager' would contact me with 48 hours. 48 hours has turned into two weeks. I have literally heard nothing from them. I think this perfectly sums up their post purchase customer service, particularly the Myer Centre store. I would advise anyone to avoid this store.

Absolutely the worst service, gave my watch to them for a battery replacement, had the battery replacement done, 3 weeks after the small hands on the 2 dials in the inner face had fallen off and 5 weeks after that battery died again. Took the watch back explained my situation, no talk of cost so I thought it would be under warranty from the battery being a dud battery but now they're asking me to pay again another $127 for battery replacement and saying I need to pay for repairs as well! Also telling me I dropped my watch, when I know full well that's not the case! Now I have a dead and broken watch Never take your jewellery here! They just rip you off.

Range is good, but their customer service is deplorable. I bought two watches and my friend tried to Afterpay it. Turns out, the guy who was helping us didn't know how to use Afterpay at all. Instead of spreading the payment over 4 instalments, he divided the total value by 4 and plugged the reduced figure as our payment value. When my friend raised the issue of underpayment instead of thanking her or apologizing for screwing up the payment method the guy started to explain how the issue was at our end and talking down to her. And because of his mistake we had to pay all of money up front, screwing up my budget. Definitely won't go there again.

Grahams Marion hands down has to be the best location to shop for jewelry. I had the most lovely interaction with Alysa (hope I spelt that right), Bron and Angelique I think. These women were soooo amazing. They gave me the best deal, helped me pick the most gorgeous bracelets (yes plural). I originally went to buy one item ended up leaving with two and I even got strawberries . Besides the business part, the ladies were overall lovely, warm, gracious and they totally made my day. Best jewelry shopping experience I have had 110/100. Absolutely top tier.

I dropped into Grahams Jewellers in Rundle Mall early December 2020 with the intention of buying an upmarket watch. After spending a considerable amount of time with Indi (looking at watches and brochures) I found a watch that I was interested in. Indi took my phone number etc and advised me that she would contact the supplier re the availability of the watch and would ring me that afternoon. To date (4/01/21) I have not heard from her. Very poor service. I am now looking elsewhere.

I was served by a lovely young lady named Kiran earlier today. She was absolutely helpful, giving wonderful advice and assisting me in purchasing the perfect pair of earrings. She went above and beyond, and for that I am extremely grateful. We had a great conversation with one another, and I felt very looked after whilst shopping. Wonderful store, super clean and set out beautifully. Overall an exceptional experience at Graham’s. I would happily recommend this store to anyone :)

I purchased a bracelet from the Rundle Mall store. Patrick assisted me through the purchase process as I live in Melbourne. Patrick was absolutely brilliant, super helpful and extremely professional. He kept me informed on the delivery process as it was a $4000 bracelet, so as you can imagine, I was a little paranoid buying without going into the store. I recommend that if you are keen to buy some new jewellery, then give Patrick a call. What a great experience .

My partner ordered my engagement ring online it took the entire 30 days change of mind period to get here. White gold scratched up so bad looks like it has been worn quite a lot. It needs re-plating. Customer service is non existent. Buying a different ring and fixing this one elsewhere. I've seen jewellers take more care with silver than these guys do with diamond and white gold. Do yourself a favour Do not buy off Grahams

Have previously purchased hearts on fire, so went to buy a watch yesterday. Trinh or Tram, I didn't get her exact name, was quiet dismissive, just walked away after doing the price check before I had more questions to ask. So I went across to Prouds jewllers and purchased the watch. Keep judging people by their looks and skin colour, very soon you'll be out of business!!!

I prompted with an email as no number to call and advised they would send out today and with tracking number to meet the deadline. Item is still at store so will need to purchase another gift. Super UNHAPPY right now.

Great products. I have to buy online as there are no store close by. Delivery is extremely slow (nearly 2 weeks to dispatch the order, then another week or so for delivery) so I recommend if looking for a last minute gift either find a store or go elsewhere.
