This could be a fantastic location but it is not secure it is not clean There is trash flung and left on every square foot of this park. The locals warned me never to come here at night and leave before evening. People smoke substances in the parking lot and leave their food from BBQ. The nature walk is great bit its completely neglected and if you walk far enough you end up in yet another..dumpster mess with trash and bottles and clothes left EVERYWHERE...this exact area is by a lake covered in huge beautiful flowers but it's right next to a ghetto ..which also looks like it's completely covered in garbage..

Splash park is amazing! Absolutely a blast!! The restroom facilities is disgusting. I did not and would not ever let my child use the facilities which then creates an unsanitary enviroment. I most definitely took my kid to the BP up the road because we are not amongst those who let their kids pee at the water park. That is definitely an inconvience and could lead up to the gas station specifying customer only restroom. We truly enjoyed our time other than the restrooms.

They need more police patrol at this place. I love the play area and water feature for the kids and being able to walk around, but there was someone on a 4-wheeler flying through the entire park recklessly not watching for children and all you could smell was marijuana from a lot of the cars which were parents who left their kids unattended playing while they handled their business.

This is a lovely park area with something for almost everyone! There are lots of walking areas, picnic tables, and shade, and ample parking and garbage-can amenities. (If you need to use the bathroom, though, you may be out of luck.) My four-year-old niece confirms that the playground equipment itself is "the most fun." All in all it's an enjoyable place!

This park has plenty of space for many children to play. There is also a splash ground where tots or bug kids can play in the water. The little one I took was 1 years old. There were multiple adults partaking in marijuana usage very close to the play structure. I would likely not return here unless there was no one at the park when I arrived.

Great Park and a bit of a hidden gem. Has 4 Basketball Goals, 4 Tennis courts, 4+ Soccer goals, Big playground for the kids, Splash pad for the summer, bathrooms, benches and a huge field for anything else. This park is HUGE. Only con is that parents need to control the amount of trash that their kids end up littering the playground with.

  • Julius Mouse

Decent playground for the kids, water park for the hot days, long walking path to wear everyone out, a decent basketball court that always has people for a game, and plenty of field area for various activities. All around, if you can't find something to do here, you can bring something and just be out of the house for a while

  • Patrice J.

Beautiful walk and water park for the kiddos. No trash on the ground, plenty of parking the entire walk around the park was clean. Basketball rims were decent and clean not bent or broken. Picnic area was decent. Playground was clean and cute. Did not use the restroom. Indy parks are doing a great job with this one …

Such a nice quiet park in the middle of east 30th street!!! There's a splash pad, walking trails, playground, tennis court, basketball field and so much running space the kids will definitely be tired after spending the day here. There is a shelter out here too...come visit this cute little big lark

  • Drew Collins

There was some trash on the ground but not bad. The worst part about it was there were people riding on top of their vehicle speeding around the parking lot til the people on top of the vehicle would fall off. They were doing about 20-25 mph in the parking lot with my kids running around playing.

One of the worst parks I've ever been to, when it comes to driving a school bus, there is no proper place to turn around or park, you have to park in the grass which can be soft and muddy if it's been raining. There's always a lot traffic there, congested with people and cars. It seems chaotic!!

  • Moncef Laouini

I like that they have a large Jungle Gym a soccer field and a nice walking path but you can't use the restrooms they are disgusting and there's some trash around the park the tennis courts are completely Rundown there are no nets. Despite all that my children seem to like going there

  • Joshua Caves

Pretty good. Children could get easily hurt because of falling from high heights. And rope burn could be an issue. But that's pretty much a dare devil thing. But the rest of the park is really fun for kids. There is a manual Mary go round. It's quite squeaky. I recomend this park

  • Maegan Clayton

Let me start by saying I absolutely love this park, my children do as well. The reason I gave it for instead of five stars is because every time we go there is a ridiculous amount of trash in all of the areas. Solid Park nice people from my experience.

  • Tonya Perry

I was pleasantly surprised by this park. The playground is huge and in good shape. The tennis courts are pretty overgrown but the basketball court was nice. The open field area was big and the bike path looked very nice. There were picnic tables too.

  • Jeffery Junior

My park of choice when it comes to the east side of indy...plenty activities for kids to do plus a water park. I also come without the children and take advantage of their trails. My older sons also frequent here to play a quick game of basketball.

  • kim eckenberg

The grass had not been mowed in a long time. The fencing was rusted and just seemed uncared for. As well as a lot of drug use being evident from dangerous trash on the ground near the parking lot and lots of “aromatics” coming from multiple cars.

  • T Lorenzo

Nice family park. Walking trail, playground, picnic area, residential area near by, basket ball court, and plenty of for shade. I like this park. I feel safe when here. Very clean. Plenty of parking spaces. Will continue to visit/walk. …

  • Ariel Boehnlein

Beautiful park but after school it is unbelievably crowded. Wowza. We went at 5pm. It isnt that bad on not peak times. Some big kids care that there are smaller kids around but not all. A lot of the bigger kids climbed the smaller playground

  • Marlee Sharp

Stopped here on a road trip across country to let our dogs run. Slightly rough area. Park was big with a long walking path around it. Soccer fields and huge playground, that really seemed to be the attraction here. Bathrooms are pretty bad

  • ʝυlєѕ

Its a small park but has everything you need. Great for families and seemed to have plenty to keep the kids entertained. The water splash was a great idea. Kids can play in water without the worries that can come with a pool.

  • Christiaan Beck

Recent updates to this park (paved trail to marsh land) have really made this place a hidden gem for urban explorers. Just hooked into some carp on the mud flats in the back of this place! Awesome place teeming with wildlife.

  • Erica Johnson

Great trails for a early spring hike, walk through paths joined with native birds and wild life, over look calm water. Great place for play and basketball/soccer or really any sport, good place to walk and lose your thoughts.

  • Christine Brinson

This park has seen better days... The playground looks cool, but there are lots of weeds and trash around. It's quite shabby. We're on a road trip, and the kids were very disappointed that the splash pad is not working.

  • Kayleigh Stutzman

Great place for kids of all ages! Splash pad is a bonus for during summer & they offer free lunches thought that was neat! Basketball courts & paths to walk or ride your bike. Nice soccer fields too. Restrooms also!

  • Garrison Kruse

Kids need more places like these, free..... idle hands is what draws out the evil in people. More places for kids to have fun and get out that energy. Unfortunately at night the idle ones like to use it for trouble.

  • Tanicka Turner

This is a really nice park splash zone for the kids to play, great walking paths and plenty of open fields perfect for a picnic, family event, quick trip with the kids for some fun time, or to get a nice walk.

  • Rich Stew

Not a bad park to visit. I went there to walk around the trail. The trail is approximately 3/4 of a mile one trip around. Nice pavement and wide. On Saturday mornings you can catch young kids playing soccer.

  • Dalene Hammond

Great park. Lots of benches, picnic and shaded area, nice walking/jogging track on the perimeter of the track. Playground is equipped with a lot of equipment to keep kids having fun for a couple hours.

  • Joshua McShane

Good walking park and playground, but not in the best neighborhood. Some people blaring radios too loud and disturbing others, others opening smoking near kid's areas, both cigarettes and other things.

  • Marsha White

That was my first time there at that park but it was ok the kids were having a blast playing in the water if i had a change of clothes as hot as it was i would have played in the water also

  • Darnika Myers

We love this park, it's our favorite park to come to. I come here to let my kids play and to walk the trail, sometimes I just go there to unwind and get a peace of mind... it's relaxing

  • Amber Alford

This is a great park. There is shade and picnic areas. The kids had fun at the splash pad. There are accessible features, but some equipment is broken and older. We had a lot of fun!

  • Yami San

This park is great. I used to come with my family there and we used to play in the water and play soccer and have picnics. It's really great park. The people who there are friendly.

  • kitten54619

I havent been able to walk the trail yet but I will very soon. The park is really nice and the playground is really nice as well. This park is clean and should stay that way.

  • SharkyPlays 037

Eh, I mean it's a regular waterpark. A random person pulled a gun out one time and people stay past night doing whatever so watch your back here. Otherwise it's a cool park

  • Joseph Melton

It's a good place to let your kid play with other kids. The water area is fun for them. Every once in awhile you get some rude people but dont let that push you away.

  • Miyishah Sapp

Me & my children had a wonderful time...they played in the splash pad & then at the playground & really enjoyed it !! We also had a picnic under the trees...

This park is huge, with lots of room for activities. Large recess area, basketball court, soccer field, and plenty of picnic tables and open field space.

  • Sarah Mckimmy

My kids love it here and its really family friendly. Only thing is that sometimes there are days where there seems to be a lot of littered lunch trash.

  • Tamera Hester

Big enough park for my children to stay busy and not get bored. Plenty of slides and swings. They even have rock climbing wall!! Absolutely loved it ❤️

  • Celia Anderson

A great area to walk the pathways are wide enough for people to pass if going the opposite direction. Side of trail need to be cut

One of my favorite eastside parks - a splash pad and playground for kids, soccer fields and paved trails for walking and running.

Fun playground, but there are several places where very young children need to be closely watched so they don't fall.
