Called Handy Stores as a result of placing an order via Amazon- I'd ordered the wrong thing. They couldn't have been more helpful. They sent out a set of toilet hinges and then, when they didn't fit, sourced and sent out a different size. I now have a loo seat that doesn't move! I cannot recommend Handy Stores highly enough. Everyone I spoke to was really friendly and they even whatsapped me with pictures of products. Really impressed.

This place is a Gem... What ever you need you will find and if you cannot find the staff are very knowledgeable and will source the product for you. It was a long shot, but I need a new neo sat and even though they did not sell it they looked up there supplier and sourced it for me. Arrived at my home the next day... The Indian owner did not charge me for express delivery.

Had a truly disappointing experience with this shop this morning. The staff couldn't be any less helpful with my enquiry and dismissed me as soon as it wasn't something they could grab off a shelf 1m away from them. Terribly lazy and unprofessional staff and experience as a whole, wont be going here again nor recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service .... the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Went in to get a particular shade of paint for my living room and the manager showed me a selection of different paints to suit my requirements ..... ended up buying more than just paint!!

Good range of stock for a small local store but they could work on their customer service a bit. The guy behind the counter seemed mildly annoyed that I'd interrupted his time looking at his phone to ask for something.

This store is very handy for us and they are there for all needs: plumbing, cleaning, electrical, paint work, locks - they literally have it all! We have always found the staff to be friendly, cheerful and helpful.

I strongly recommend this place. Besides having there everything you need, and in good quality, the staff is the best people. They helped me with something, and it isn't taken for granted!

Just brought a set of circlip pliers, was in a rush and they quickly popped round to help find the ones I wanted. Good price as well.

Such a handy shop you get everything just ask for it, if not in stock they order it for you. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
