Last month, my boyfriend and I went there to greater knox dental for the first time today and the reception staff were so welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I’ve had some pretty bad experiences at the dentist and this was the first positive one. We found them to be very honest, and transparent with the costs, and also there is no sale or any marketing tactics like my old dentists. they just give you genuine recommendations. We found all the staff and especially the dentist and his assistant were lovely, talking me through what they were doing and making me feel so comfortable. amazing service. So kind and caring. and really fair prices. Can’t wait to go back. highly recommended.

This clinic is a hidden gem. The neat, unassuming building can be easy to miss but the inside has been renovated into a clean, bright, modern practice. The whole team is very warm and friendly and you can tell that Dr Jamie leads by example. He has a kind, respectful professional approach and you know you’re in capable hands from the minute you walk in. If you haven’t been to the dentist in a while and are a bit worried about going, I would highly recommend Jaimie as he takes the time to talk you though the options without pressuring you and gives honest advice. We’re lucky to have this great service in our neighborhood.

Dr. Jamie is a king among men, and his staff are wonderful. As a new patient with multiple chronic illnesses, it can be daunting. I provided a run-down of my health issues prior to the appointment. He read through thoroughly, and made sure he was working in line with medications and conditions. I was treated with care and respect. Knowing the dentist can be stressful, I was asked about my previous experiences before we started. Everything was explained well to me, and the check up was extremely thorough. I found this clinic on Google and I couldn't be happier.

Worst dentist experience. I should have posted about this much sooner. I have anxiety especially with medical things so I wanted to check ahead of time, was told they were great with anxiety. They were not. The doctor didn't listen to me, kept telling me I had to let them finish even though I was stopping him because I was choking on spit from crying in fear. The assistant had more care for me then the doctor did. He said he cared about helping and working with my anxiety but he made everything worse. Do not recommend. Find another dentist

Grater Knox Dental is such a welcoming and friendly establishment! From the front desk lady to Dr.Jamie and his assistant. Jamie is one of the most calming and friendly dentist I’ve had. I legitimately do not feel a think when he’s working on my teeth which is amazing! Not to mention they’re honest and will save you a bucks where they can. Highly recommend for great work on your teeth and if you’re a bit anxious about going to the dentist. You’ll be calm from the moment you step in the establishment.

this is the clinic for you if you want dentists that genuinely care about the well being of their patients. My first visit to see dr jamie was 10 years ago for a root filling. He's is the most thorough, experienced and caring dentist i've seen. He's a magician with the needle, absolutely painless, and always makes my experience comfortable, and takes time to answer all my questions. I love it how he always gives me the pros and cons for each options. The tv in the ceiling is a bonus also!!

this is a fantastic dental clinic where you really get looked after because it's a family run business. they genuinely care you for, and not in it to make a quick buck. the entire team are so professional, and dr jamie is so gentle and talks you through whats happening during procedures. he's been my dentist for 11 years, and has saved me thousands of dollars because he fixes my teeth smartly and cost effectively.

We always have amazing experience here. Dentists are always very gentle and the premise is so modern clean and hi-tech. I required several cavities to be repaired which I asked if they could be all done in one sitting, which they accommodated. Once the anaesthetic wore off, I didn't feel anything. Also, they are very competitively priced. I would recommend them to anyone.

amazing team! the receptionist is always so friendly and helpful here. we’ve been seeing Jamie for 8 years now, he’s the best dentist we’ve had, highly skilled, and he’s extremely intelligent because he always solves our teeth problems by finding the most cost effective treatments for us and ours kids. jamie has literally saved us thousands of dollars over the years.

This is a fantastic clinic with fantastic dentist. For 30 years, I used to be so afraid of going to the dentist until I met Dr Jamie Zhu. I have been seeing him for 7 years now, he is so gentle and kind, and he always takes his time explaining everything to me. He is reassuring and calming. Since, I moved out of Melbourne, I still drive 60 mins to see him.

Was looking for a dentist around the area and found Greater Knox Dental through a Google Search. The staff here are really friendly and fantastic. Jamie is a great dentist who is very thorough and will explain his findings after doing checkups. He's found issues with my teeth that no other dentist has discovered before.

Fantastic service!! I was able to get an emergency appointment straight away, and they fixed up my sore tooth immediately. Very thankful. The clinic is definitely the cleanest and most modern in the whole area. The cost is way less than what I expected.

This dentist DR ZHU is a horrid dentist who lacks skill and compassion, in my opinion. DO NOT GO here he failed me and my dentistry MASSIVELY and I have had other dentists vouch for his failure.
