The Greencross Alexandria veterinary team are exceptionally good. They are kind, caring, very informative and take such good care of beloved pets. I have been with them for nearly 3 years and would not want to be with any other team. Highly recommended and very willing to answer any questions or concerns.

Lovely experience, my dog had a sore itchy ear, they said it was lucky we came in because it had not become infected yet, told us to do a saline treatment. My dog was fine in 2 days. Super professional, so glad they didn’t prescribe all this medication straight away. Definitely recommend :)

Everyone who works here that we have met here has been so lovely and kind. Our golden retriever loves coming here as he gets all the pats and lots of treats! Have only needed them for vaccinations and minor check ups so far - but all we have experienced so far has been great.

I can't rate this vet highly enough! It was my puppy's first vet visit and they were so gentle and caring. Great briefing by the vet and lots of information given to take home. Practice Manager was super friendly and gave my little girl lots of attention.

I got the notification to do the annual health check for my dog. I would expect it is a complex check, including things like urine analysis, worm test etc. However, it only takes around 5 min, the vet had a brief look at the dog and it costs 90 dollars.

Extremely impressed by their professionalism and really reasonable prices! I got my rabbit spayed here and would most definitely go here again. The fee here was hugely lower than other vets I had contacted, and their care of my rabbit was exceptional!
