Every staff member I have spoken to at this clinic has been absolutely lovely. As an anxious new cat mum, I have called in a fair bit with mild (maybe even silly) concerns and they have always been compassionate and patient. My very very anxious cat was well cared for here! He was due for some vaccinations and the separate cat waiting area was much appreciated. Thanks to the "kitty crack" meat paste, he didn't even feel the vaccination and the vet showed him love and affection. Will definitely be coming back!

That staff there are really great to deal with and have always looked after our little pup. Most times we have gone there it has been a great experience - there is the odd problem but they always go out of their way to fix any issues or concerns. Very happy with their service overall.
