MOST AMAZING CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD, BY FAR!!!! I cannot recommend a better place to go to at least explore and see if they have the vehicle that’s right for you. These guys actually care about what’s best for the customer and what vehicle will be the best fit for your lifestyle!! First of all, the location itself is not a big flashy car lot with neon colored price tags on all the cars and multiple sales people hanging out just waiting for a buyer to pull up so they can pounce. That was instantly comforting. When I walked inside I found myself in a comfortable, living room like space that was peaceful and quiet. I had a seat and just enjoyed the comfortable surroundings, almost forgetting I was in a dealership. A very calm, nice guy named Matthew came out of the office to greet me. We chatted, he knew the car I was interested in so he grabbed the keys and walked me out to the car and told me, “This is your experience, I don’t have to come with you but I will if you want. Take it around, no time pressure. Go to the coffee shop or stop in somewhere and drive it like it’s yours. See how it feels and if you think it’s a good fit for your lifestyle.” Feeling really acknowledge and appreciated for just checking them out, I took her for a spin and long story short SHE’s ALL MINE! But the MOST AMAZING PART is that I bought the car that night, signed the papers, purchased AS IS and was happy to do so. Matthew was so knowledgeable about Subarus it was like talking to a Subaru mechanic. Well, after a couple days of having the car there were a couple minor issues with some dash lights and blemishes and such, minor little details, and one potentially bigger issue that I didn’t notice at first. So I called Matthew to let him know and he instantly said bring it back in, we’ll take a look. Well, they went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND. Took measures that definitely cost them money and time (about an hour) to ensure my satisfaction and their commitment to great customer service. Thank you GRIP AUTO for giving me such a wonderful experience! I’m sending everyone I know who’s wanting a new car to you guys!!

March of 2023 I came in with my partner to trade in my Subaru Crosstrek for a Subaru Forrester. We came to support a woman owned business but we were saddened by the car we drove home. Within the first month of owning the catalytic converter went out and the dash lights came on. The AC went out. Windshield wiper fluid pump went out. The car had zero fluids and everything had to be filled up. The brakes went out. The engine is thumping and clicking and the head gaskets need to be replaced. The seat belts in the back seat do not work. This car turned out to be a lemon and what was purchased as a $12,000 car is now only worth $3800. The man i spoke to on the phone was very passive aggressive with me and unhelpful- they are willing to look at the car and fix it at my expense out of my pocket. I am unbelievably frustrated and disappointed. There was no customer service recovery to remedy this situation. I know I signed a form that when i drive off the lot the vehicle is my responsibility but there could've been at least some compassion and compromising when theres at least 7K of work that needs to be done on the car after 4 months of owning. Buying a car from a dealer isn't on my list of favorite things to do, but I'm glad Victoria and Riley made it easy and quick. They take appointments for test driving vehicles and they even let me take the vehicle I was interested in to a mechanic of my choice for a pre-purchase inspection without hesitation. Had a terrible time here. Called to make an appointment but when I showed up neither of the cars I was interested in had any gas so I had a long wait. Was offered $4500 for a trade-in, wanted to think about it. When I came back (after calling to make an appointment), the same sales rep ignored me for over half an hour - not helping other people, just doing other stuff. After I test drove, same thing, waited more than twenty minutes - rep didn't even make eye contact me or acknowledge me when he walked by me. When he finally came to help me, when I brought up the original 4500 trade in offer he got extremely aggravated, raised his voice and said the best they could do was 3000. I left feeling gaslit and disrespected. I'm kind of blown away at how terrible the service was!

Working with Victoria redefined the car-buying experience for me. She definitely went out of the way to ensure I could get a vehicle that had come into hot demand. She was quick to give me figures, share her understanding of the history of the car, and pretty much anything a person could want as a purchaser. I left wanting to interact with her and Alex (Grip Autos) again. I would not have expected that, but the entire experience was 5-star, and it was fun. I know Victoria loves the work she does, and we talked about how much fun it can be when people make the environment mutually beneficial to both parties. We used Grip to purchase a vehicle after months of searching and it was probably the most pleasant & painless dealer experience I've ever had. We worked with Alex and made an appointment to come see a few vehicles. He was available to answer any questions and then just gave us the space and time we needed to look around, test drive, and compare the vehicles we were looking at without the usual hovering that can accompany a lot of salespeople at dealerships. Just having that space to think was huge. Everything was really low pressure and I felt like I was making my own choices on my own terms vs being pushed into anything. In the future, if they have something I'm looking for, I'd definitely use Grip again to buy another vehicle.

As a woman with little knowledge of cars, it’s inherently intimidating trying to buy a car. Awesome experience from start to finish. No pressure, no run around. Victoria was great, honest and upfront about everything. I absolutely hate car shopping, but my daughter's car final completely broke down, so I had to take her. I was full of stress because of the high pressure tactics other car dealerships use, you won't find that here. Our family has bought three vehicles from Grip Auto, our daughter bought an Audi, we purchased a Toyota Tundra and a Toyota Tacoma, all three of these vehicles are in perfect almost new condition, nothing is broken or shows wear and tear, low miles and very clean, Audi’s are a little scary to purchase they always seem to have mechanical issues, we have had NO issues with the Audi or either truck!! Victoria is AMAZING!! She is easy to work with, signing was painless!! Victoria was AMAZING! Super nice, professional, just awesome. Alex is a total jerk. The car was supposed to be inspected and good to go. The tires were bald and the rotors are super warped. Not a game changer but took it back to discuss and he says “we aren’t a restoration company”. They said it has had the gaskets, pump and belt done. But they didn’t do the $50 rotor. Then he says “I guess it isn’t the car for you “. No, actually it WAS THE CAR FOR US, but your attitude was not. Find a new job.

I had a wonderful experience at Grip Auto! Not only is their inventory interesting, Victoria and her team made me feel welcome and at ease throughout the entire process. They were easy to communicate with and not pushy like you often experience with dealerships. They handled the details like DEQ and Registration, and they also worked to search through many different financial institutions to get me the lowest rate. It's difficult to imagine a better buying experience.

10/10 recommend! I visited multiple dealerships and they all tried too hard to sell me on subpar cars well out of my price range. Grip Motors Great Place to Buy a Car: Owner is Victoria "The Car Queen.? I am in the midst of looking for a newer vehicle because my 1989 Jeep has 318,000 miles. I stopped at Grip and looked at a KIA Soul. The staff had smiles on their faces and great firm hand shakes. The waiting room and bathroom very clean and they had snacks in the waiting room.
