A very beautiful view from different sides. The nature relieves you. Wide spaces. Very green in summer, very colourful in spring, very calm in winter and very lovely in autumn. The lake had an amazingly breathtaking view. It is my favourite place in London during the quarantine time where I release the negative vibes.
One of the best parks in North London. It has a very varied landscape which includes forest, lake, play areas and large areas of grass. Great for a walk that feels like in a forest at times and is generally pleasurable. Not just some grass and 5 trees like in other parks. It's really big.
Lovely local park with a large central pond hosting an array of aquatic wildlife. New playground in the forrest is also a great new addition. Pitch and put golf course is alot of fun. Cafe's ok but the toilets I'm afraid do leave alot to be desired from a cleanliness point of view.
Nice park with a beautiful lake. Lovely cafe inside with items for sale other than food and drinks. There is a playground lower in the woods, a children's playground by the cafe, and exercise equipment further down. Unfortunately, I saw a few rats by the lake that I didn't like.
Lovely park with a lake and play area. I read online that the park closes at 8.30 we found ourselves locked in on arrival to the gate at 8.20 with no warning of them doing so, there was no number to call. A nice man helped us out. Never again
Lovely park one of the largest parks in the Borough mini golf large cafe outdoor gym children playground plus tenniscourts and a wooded area all set round a lovely lake which can be fished in season there is a famous giant carp in the lake
We pass the area frequently, but finally and spontaneously drove up to the gates and had a very pleasant walk about. When we visited there were a few model dinasaurs. Most in good condition others on need of re-assembly. I really enjoyed
Was a very wet day when we went to the Jurassic encounter. very muddy as we went at the end of their time there. didn't spend much time in the rest of the park but I'm sure on a sunny day or cold winter day it would be lovely to explore.
Well kept public park, Flat wide pathways leading various routes around large grass areas good for picnics and playing sports. Lake has lots of wild bird variety plenty of benches to sit and watch the Swans. 9 holes of pitch n putt golf
Just the perfect place for my grandchildren to play in and so beautiful and Peaceful by the large pond. The ice cream in the centre of the park is a delight and packed with all you need on a hot summers day. Can't believe I'm. London.
Basketball courts still need attention. The "Wicksteed" outdoor gym area is looking a bit Dated/Old and rundown now( would be pleasant to see updated). Otherwise still one of best parks in the whole area. No doubt
It is always a pleasure to go for a walk around Grovelands Park, no matter which season we are in. The huge pond has to be the biggest attraction, especially with the amount of Ducks, Geese and Swans swimming!
I come often to this park as it' not far from me and I love it! A well maintained park and lovely to come to any time of year. There's a cafe which is very handy and a playground, perfect for children.
A nice park, with children's play ground and lots of open grassland, Basketball courts. There is also a large pond with water birds, and wooded area with a trail. Small cafe serving snack and hot food.
Pitch and putt 9 hole golf course is £8 adults, which is a bit pricey for what it is. The lake is a decent size and the park apparatus is rather limited. It's an okay park I guess.
Five stars because we had a hilarious time in the playground, exercise equipment and obstacle area. Probably not quite how you're supposed to use them but it gave us joy.
I love this park. In addition varying open space with wooded areas with shade, grassy land, brooks, there is lake for the birds; local and wild.
A beautiful green space in North London. With a lake, wooded area and large open spaces which are ideal for dog walkers. A real gem.
