Love coming here with friends and my family. Service always great and food is delicious. Highly recommend it, it's hard to find if your not familiar with the area and it's surroundings. But once you do find it, you will enjoy what they have. Coffee is great. Just as I like it not weak, don't have to ask for extra coffee shots and hot. Thank you for your services. We went in there to taste something different in the area and we were very happy we tried out this place. The Brunch was scrumptious and the coffee was great. They have Halal menu which have the same items as usual menu. Upon inquiring they told us that the ingredients are swapped with Halal items in the same meal. Though they don't have Halal certification displayed but we saw other people getting halal meal from this place. The ambience is cosy and relaxed. Plenty of seating arrangements available inside or outside the place.

My second visit to this place and disappointment had a red velvet frappe today, the girl who made it was fairly new, took forever to make it and had no idea what it might taste like and that is completely understandable as she said she was new , however the drink tasted like crushed ice and nothing else , no flavour of red velvet and so smoothness of a frappe. The last time i had a berry smoothie which was pretty much the same just water but I thought it was a one off . Not recommending this place if you are looking for smoothies or frappes. I don’t think they have an idea what smoothies or frappes actually taste like.

I visited the café recently and was disappointed by my experience. The staff was noticeably rude, showing little interest in accommodating my requests or ensuring a pleasant visit. I ordered an egg and bacon dish, specifying that I wanted the egg well-done and the bacon crispy. Unfortunately, the food was only mediocre; the egg was undercooked and the bacon lacked the crispiness I had asked for. While the café has potential, the lack of attentiveness and poor customer service significantly detracted from the overall experience.

One of the best places for one of the best brunches ever. Halal Menu options available. Really loved the food and vibes. Seating available inside and out (for a sunny day of course). The pancakes were probably the best out of all other items we tried. Would definitely come back. Recommended!

I came here for a late lunch after shopping nearby. The lunch dishes were no longer available so I tried the pancakes with chocolate sauce and seasonal berries and was pleasantly surprised. The pancakes were light and fluffy and the dish was beautifully presented with the drizzles of chocolate sauce, sliced berries and some added texture with chocolate powder and (I think) little pieces of chocolate meringue. Also had little flowers of butter at the edges with the strawberry slices on top. The coffee was also very good and the staff welcoming and helpful. I will be going back for sure. The savoury lunch options also looked interesting.

OK, where to start? Great presentation of the desserts and a clean atmosphere. Whilst $15 for dessert is not in line with prices at a suburban location, the portion sizes are quite good. That's about as good as it gets. Everybody knows the ultimate test for a Crème Brûlèe is the satisfying crack you hear when you smash the top. This was more like the sound your spoon makes when you dump it into cold soup. The Tiramisu was just a fancy spongecake and the coffees were pretty weak across the board. The star dish was the sticky date pudding, but I'd rather just hit the ice cream shop next door if I feel like something sweet in the area.

I had bought sweets from here before (orange cake, muffins, chocolate cake all good. Not too sweet) and finally went and had breakfast. The pancakes were probably the best out of the two we tried but hash, avo, salmon & eggs wasn't bad either. Presentation of the food was lovely. Staff is also friendly. Overall a very good experience. Didn't give 5 stars because they probably need more staff to do some floor cleaning. On a busy Saturday morning floors was a bit untidy. Would definitely come back.

Second time visiting this place and still found the coffee bitter and lukewarm. Seating is cramped, minimal and awkward. No communication that you have to order at the front , and the cake I ordered although a large slice was very dry! When I asked for some cream on the side the lady rudely told me ‘ next time tell us before hand’ with annoyance and a greasey. Sorry but for a dessert place I wasn’t anticipating my cake to taste dry and stale! Won’t be returning or recommending.

Lovely cafe, extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent and quick service . I asked for a specific dish to be altered according to my dietary requirements and it was not a problem at all, staff understood completely and it was not a problem, like it can be at other cafes. Beautiful food and lovely coffee. Highly recommend this cafe and will definitely be back.

Love having my brunch at The Guilty bite. One of the best to accommodate for dietary requirements. The staff are extremely friendly, service is absolutely beautiful. All my friend's that have joined me here for bruch love the cafe also, as they too have specific dietary requirements, the staff prepare our food without any problems, and follow all our requirements. Came for brunch and would have happily eaten anything off the menu - it all looked amazing. I got the veggie breakfast and the better half got the spicy panko chicken burger. For what you have to pay, you get a LOT and it's a LOT of a good thing too! Would happily drive up to Craigieburn again and risk the crazy northern suburbs drivers for this. P.S. the coffee was amazing too

Looks good but No flavour in the beef, (could be so much better. Rocket doesn’t work well in this dish. Got our other meal wrong. (But apparently it was my fault) Didn’t tell us you order at the counter and no sign informing customers either.

Staff was not friendly and did not seen like they wanted to be there. If you want something with a view this place isn't it. The outside seating area is in a weird corner. If you sit out you're either facing i think was a medical centre and a car park. The coffee was nice though and the coffee design was cute.

Been here 3 times this year, best brunch place in Craigieburn easily. Best coffee, generous servings, and stylish crockery and a surprising variety of desserts available

Will definitely be coming back, staff are very nice to customers, the way the place is decked out is so cute & the food is well presented & tasty. I had the mango pudding & it was amazing, not too sweet but not too sour either. The only slight issue was the water for tea wasn't very hot when it came out.

Customer service is the best. Loved the way staff was bubbly, friendly and awesome! They always do their best to put a smile on everyones faces. Desserts and food's prices are great, taste so delicious and fresh! I would highly recommend everyone to go to guilty bite!

We arrived at 9 forced to take the pram back to the car (due to no space from the amount pf people inside) and hold our little one while trying to eat breakfast because they ‘only have 3 high chairs’ we basically had to leave within 30mins

I have been to this cafe multiple times for desserts. The presentation is warm and welcoming and their baked goods always look and taste fresh. I recently had a hot chocolate at Guilty Bite and it was super delicious. Service was efficient.
