"They should have more hours, open up early n stay open late"
"My first time at this Library was a few weeks ago and Makaelyn assisted me with everything! She helped me on getting Library cards for my kids, showing us around, and giving us information on future Library events"
"Why open at noon on a Thursday? It is really random! Update: No book drop at this location if this your first time here at this library"
I will honestly say that I did not enjoy my time at this library. First of all, it's in the same building as a health services clinic/office which lots of people go to either apply or get services thus it's extremely loud with children and people talking. Second, it's a tiny library. Nice since it can be an intimate setting but it's usually crowded with kids and adults. The noise from the hall/large corridor makes it quite difficult to concentrate on anything. I mean just to go for quick computer access and printing then yeah its perfectly fine but other than that, to study... Nope, sorry, I suggest going elsewhere. Also, side note: I don't understand why HPL still use freaking print cards! It's an outdated and redundant way of doing things. I mean Fort Bend County has an integrated printing account with each user and makes it easy to print and add credit to the account. No need to keep up with a print card and having to purchase one especially when you probably won't ever use it again and or might lose it. People already have to keep up with a library card. I mean, come on! Upgrade!

They should have more hours, open up early n stay open late. ***I love that they don't let the kids in till after school hours. Computers are slow, staff is not friendly. It use to stink, it was hard to stay in there. Don't feel like it's clean. Not a ride book selection. I only go there to use the computer when I can't get to done place else. N I love the library normally would spend hours in there. Don't like the feeling in there.
My first time at this Library was a few weeks ago and Makaelyn assisted me with everything! She helped me on getting Library cards for my kids, showing us around, and giving us information on future Library events. Today, I went back to return our books and needless to say Makaelyn was there, I felt soo welcomed!! My 5-star rating is because of her, other employees should take notes.
Why open at noon on a Thursday? It is really random! Update: No book drop at this location if this your first time here at this library. Be prepared to come early, park, and wait until they open; unless you got a friend to bring you and wait while you drop off your book.
There's a lady there, she wears glasses and has short curly hair, who's a total a-hole, I've already reported you SEÑORA. Otherwise nice place, sorry it had to come to a sad review of the place.
They really need a spanish person your in a community where theres alot of latin people or mexican how ever you want to say it,ive been there lots of times everything is good lots of computers
Very small - ‘express’ location as advertised. Fairly snotty, unpleasant staff, but the ‘living room’ area is comfy and well-lit, and there are plenty of computers.
Staff is very helpful and friendly. It's very noisy, people come in blasting music. If you want to study, this is not the place.
Alguien sabe si hay enseñan ingles gratis:( me dijieron que en bibioteca enseñan pero nose si sea cierto
We want the hours of operation to be extended.especially, should open around 9 am.
Personal muy atento, disponibles libros computadoras en ambiente ideal
The dim setting discourages reading which is needed in our community.
Me gusta porque en verano tienen programas para los niños.
