I stopped by to have my hair highlighted and cut for an event I was attending last night. I’m in a wheelchair and am limited where I can go. I had my hair done there before on several occasions on a different day and not had a problem. Then the stylist charged me a lot more than was charged in the past and I refused to go back with her. On this day there was a different stylist available and I needed my hair done. I confirmed the price before getting my hair done. We agreed and she started. Within the hour she called over another stylist to assist her. They started spraying and wiping the back of my hair. Removing the tinfoil telling me we are fixing it. The burning started and I asked the stylist twice to rinse whatever was in my hair out and she took her time trying to fix it. After rinsing finally I started to leave telling them I would not pay for anything that was done. The owner insisted said my hair looked done and I agreed to pay rather than have security called and I was going to need to get my ride. Then the owner insisted I pay tax on the amount I agreed to pay. Owner of salon called security. Security arrived asked me to pay for even half and I agreed. After attending my event with wet hair in a pony tail still burning and itching somewhat at the back I arrived home and went to sleep. Now I have a round patch, the size of the palm of your hand of one solid light colour or the highlight right at the crown of my head. Also there appears to be possibly two lighter streaks on the left front side of my head and none on the right. The owner thought my hair was fine. I am truly disgusted by all of it and will not return. Enter at your own risk.

I was a walk in client looking for a haircut, when I asked if they do walk ins they were able to squeeze me in even though the barber was fully booked. I was amazed with the service I received. The price nowadays when you get a hair cut anywhere else, it costs almost 40$. Here they’re prices are affordable and quality is just as good, if not better, than the 40$ place. Hair centre provides a service that I love and I’ll be coming back!! Thank you Pepito.

This place has provided fabulous service for years, and has changed with the times. What has not changed or wavered is the quality of their service, talent, and friendliness. I can't imagine what I would do without my stylist... There is no one else I would trust. She's made all the decisions for my hair for the past 20+ years, and I owe all the compliments I've received to her.

Horrible experience. My hair dresser behaved very rudely this time. He was constantly ranting racist speech during the haircut. He screwed up some part of my hairstyle also and it also felt like he was harsh sometimes with my hair. Although I was very annoyed and angry I kept my cool. You should learn to respect and listen to the customer.

I had my hair cut was worse hair cut I ever have. I usually go to my hair dresser but this time I went to this place because he was on trip. Soon is my Son's wedding and my feel is trible. I am not going to come back and not recomended this place for haircut. I should give less than zero but goole not giving me that option.

I happened to be at Centerpoint today and decided to stop at this salon with my family. Owner very friendly. Salon very clean and the stylist for me and my wife were very skilled and experienced. We loved it and will go be back. Thank you hair centre.

Great salon with great hairdressers. I got balayage done and was very worried as I had someone previously burn my hair somewhere else with the bleach but it came out amazing and I couldn’t be happier. I won’t trust anyone else moving forward.
