Seething. Just collected a shirt from them that was brand new, but needed ironing for an event I am attending. Upon collection I find there's no one there but to call the number on the door, and sandeep tells me to grab it off the rail. Looking at the shirt, there's clearly burn marks there that weren't before, due to it literally having come out the packaging earlier that day. I call sandeep and he says they only ironed, not washed it "bro" . I explain that there were no burn marks and now there are, and he puts the phone down. Nothing else I can do as there's no one around. Even paid way over the odds for express service and it wasn't even well ironed. I would avoid if possible, as all they have done is cost me money and damaged a new shirt.

During my business trip I used the service and I was very satisfied. I had a pleasure to meet the owner who was kind and caring. Having met other individuals who were using the self-service laundrette, I am definitely recommending this laundrette as the first choice because of its reliability and the people behind the brand. Good for companies too, washing bibs, sports related equipment and all sort of hospitality related items - aprons, towels etc. They also have a huge dryer, they invested in the machines, decent quality that does the job. Great falafel place round the corner too.

Awful, one machine "operational" took all my coins. Phone 1 out of the 6 different numbers to call for assistance in the property, finally found one to reach the owner. Told me the best he could do was refund me on Monday. Just the worst possible buisness model, now no way to retrieve my money and go elsewhere to do my laundry. Better off washing your clothes in the river opposite

It serves the purpose. £4.5 to wash £1 for a 10 min drier run. Here are two standard sized washers, 3 dryers and one large washer that I couldn’t get to open. The biggest draw is it is open late. If you can do laundry during the day go to the well. The outside is looking pretty rough with all the graffiti on the surrounding buildings. Free parking after 1700.

Most scariest place I have been...poor lighting, very small space, carpet smelled bad and was filty. On finding the place I first thought it was abandoned based on the outside. After my look around I immediately got an uber and left. Definitely not a "Happy" Laundrette. Try at your own risk...

What are the opening hours?! It says 8am-8pm on Google and in the door, but this isn't the case, random opening hours. I've been there multiple times this week and closed, but can see it's open at other times. And no one answers the phone.

Appears abandoned at first glance, when you venture inside there are only a few machines, and even less working ones. Coins only, £4.5 a wash, £1 10 min drying. Bring your own detergent. Got the job done, but could do with a face lift.

Boiled washed my jacket which clearly had 30C on label. Than Mr Asif Mahmood(the owner) took no responsibility for it. He lost case in Small Court but still refuses a refund. Definitely do NOT recommend.

Just awful today out of three dryers one isn't working due to the coin slot broken, the second no door and the third is catching clothes and tearing them! Cheap but just not worth it.

No way to buy detergents or softeners. No change machine. No staff on Sunday. No instructions. Very grubby and rundown. Pretty appalling overall.

Great laundrette does exactly what it says on the tin. Might need to negotiate for change at the corner shop as they mostly deal cashless

This place is fab! A local gem. Staff are really friendly and helpful and provide a great value service. Will definitely be returning.
