I've been using Spring Laundry for a few months now for weekly service washes. The women in the shop have always been really polite and they've always done a great job with my weekly washing. However, I decided to order a delivered service wash a couple of the weeks ago. Some of my clothes came back with brown burnt marks on them. The clothing damaged must be worth around £300/£400. I sent an email to Lee, who I assume is the owner, and I was told he was going to pick up the damaged clothing and investigate it. He never did. Eventually, after 2 weeks of trying to get an answer from him, I decide to go and drop off the clothing myself for him to review the damage. My clothes have been in the shop for nearly 2 weeks and he's not responding to my emails. He responded to one, saying 'he's still investigating it'. I was a huge advocate of Spring Laundry and would have continued being a weekly customer if it wasn't for this terrible customer service. I have taken my custom to another laundrette who were appalled by the story. I'm gutted some of favourite clothes are ruined. I hope he see's this and finally responds with an answer. Do not use these guys. There's more honest businesses out there.

I needed my suit dry cleaned at short notice. Dropped it in there on the Monday, was told it would be ready by Wednesday at 10am. After realising my shirt also needed iron, I took that down there with me to pick the suit up on the Wednesday. When I got there the suit was ready and looking fresh. The gentleman at the front (I didn't catch his name), was such a nice bloke and we had a chat for about 20 minutes whilst he sorted my suit out and then proceeded to iron my shirt for me. The whole service was cheap and easy and they went the extra mile, which I really appreciated. I did end up getting the job as well! Will definitely be back in the future.

Absolutely Love Spring Laundry Services. They have taken care of so many delicate items and items in bulk to help me run my small bed and breakfast business and I cannot recommend them enough. Extremely reliable, efficient and my items are always perfectly cleaned and on time! I am so glad that they are in town, the location is easily accessible The online booking system is so easy to use and the communication is great, prices are fair and the staff is lovely! Dropped my suit off for dry cleaning on Tuesday, they said it would be ready by 10am on Saturday. I turn up at 11am, it hasn’t been pressed and the person who could do it won’t be back until around 12, which isn’t enough time before I need to leave for a wedding. So, I’m now having to head there in a creased suit. The guy working there was friendly enough, although he didn’t really acknowledge that it was an issue & tried to talk up how it look alright. I’ll go elsewhere next time

I was recommended this place by my Uber driver, one thing I always want to do is support black owned businesses. I was on my way to another Laundrette and instead came to Spring and I 100% recommend. Service is top tier, so even if you are in a rush your laundry will be done for you immaculately. The best in Bristol I would say, very happy with the service will be coming back.

Amazing Service, called in during a time of delimma late at night with my washing still wet. had my clothes washed and dried for at a resonable price and they was so friendly they even kept the shop open after closing time to wait for my load to finnish. Honestly the most professional place i've been couldnt ask for anything more from them. 10/10

Yeah great, did the job properly: on time and with a smile :) Friendly vibes all round, which is admirable for a launderette (why are launderettes usually hellish?) Getting a duvet cleaned is never cheap so I'm not holding that against them. Just wish my cat hadn't thrown up on it again the next day.

Nice staff but they charged me quite high for dry cleaning curtians (£50) and when I got them back I saw there was still dirt there and they were very creased. The curtians were still certianly cleaner than they were when I brought them in, but for £50 I expected a higher attention to detail.

I love this place as people are friendly and understanding, they welcome you with open arms. Top of that they never let you down in anything you ask them which is difficult to see in people now days but I thank the own for all the hard work he has done to make sure all standards are good.

Extremely Professional. Go out of there way to make things look great! They are very reasonable price wise. All staff members are just as kind and helpful. Nothing like clean fresh laundry! Great job guys look forward to using this service again i give it a 10 out of 10.

Spring laundry are always of high quality, clothes after them as new, no signs of old stains. Prices are also excellent. Before that I tried a lot of laundry services, but they aren't half as great as Dpring Laundry. I recommend them very much :)

This shop has been recently new. I've received leaflet few weeks ago. I've checked since it was near my home. I went today to wash my clothes. This service is amazing great facilities and reasonably price.

Great service! They pick up the laundry one day, then usually back the next day, all clean and folded. Living in a flat its a real treat to use this for bedding and towels. Recommended!
