I found an injured baby fox in front of my house on Saturday morning. I wasn't sure what to do and tried calling a popular vet in Subang but they were fully booked so they forwarded the contact for Happy Tails and a few other vets. When I called, Dr Lim informed me that they don't have x-ray services and suggested me to call a few other places. I almost gave up because I was stressed out and clueless. Dr Lim called me back and asked if I managed to sort things out. I haven't. So she guided me to come bring the baby fox first. I appreciated the guidance. There, Dr Samuel and Dr Lim took a look at the baby fox and gave him medication and injected water. They were very gentle with it and gave me helpful advice and words of encouragement. They genuinely care for animals. Place was super clean and comfortable. Brightly lit and easy to find parking. The fees are affordable and value for money for the service that you get. Perhilitan just picked up the baby fox today and I'm glad the baby survived the past 2 days in my care. I don't have pets but would recommend people with pets to come here. I had the best experience at Happy Tails, the best vet in town! ‍⬛ The doctors were incredibly kind and welcoming, always available to answer any questions I had. This was my second visit, and I am impressed by how they genuinely care for all their patients. During my visit, the doctors explained my cat's condition in great detail and handled her with extra care and attention. Despite my cat's anxiousness, the doctors at Happy Tails made her feel comfortable during the visit. I also appreciate that they charge quite reasonable prices, which is incredibly helpful, given that vet bills can sometimes be higher than human hospital bills However, for those who are unfamiliar with the busy hours of Ara Damansara, parking can be limited, but double parking is always an option. I would like to give a shout-out to the lovely doctors for their adorable scrubs! It added a personal touch to the already exceptional service Overall, I highly recommend Happy Tails for all pet owners looking for quality care for their beloved pets!

I cannot thank Dr Samuel and the team at Happy Tails enough for saving my guinea pig's life. After bringing him to another vet and seeing no improvement, I was desperate for help and decided to bring him to Happy Tails. Despite only having my description of the symptoms, Dr Samuel was able to accurately diagnose the problem and quickly performed a dental procedure to file down my pig's teeth, which was causing him to stop eating. Throughout my pig's recovery process, the team at Happy Tails has been extremely patient in guiding me on what to do to ensure his full recovery. It has been almost a month since the procedure and my pig has fully recovered. I'm grateful for the care and expertise that Dr Samuel and the team at Happy Tails have provided. It’s really not easy finding an exotic savvy vet. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a vet who truly cares about their pets.

This is the best vet I've been so far. I can truly feel their love towards my fussy babies (cats), and being patient and professional to explain to me on every single details. The best part is they could understand not every fur parents can afford the best and expensive surgery, so she did a very detailed breakdown for the blood tests and surgery needed, explain in details of the differences, and their price is reasonable. Without a doubt, I've picked the best for my baby. I can finally put 100% trust on a vet for my baby's surgery. Good luck to Granny for her upcoming surgery and speedy recovery! Relocating from overseas never easy and bringing my fur babies along is another added worry. I was worried that it would be hard finding a good vet in PJ but fortunately for us, we met with Dr. Lim, and she handled my baby, Luna so gently. Luna startles easily even with her own reflection sometimes, but she’s comfortable around Dr. Lim. And best part I like about Happy Tails is that they have their own lab. Luna has a skin allergy reaction from injections, but they just took a sample and in few minutes, the result came out so we didnt have to wait long. At the end, Luna got her treatment and we’ll come back for a follow up check up. Definitely will reccommend Happy Tails!

Highly recommended vet for exotic animals. Brought 2 of my guinea pigs here. For Trio, Dr Samuel was able to diagnose the problem (abcess) and gave the right suggestion to not go for surgery as he was very weak at that time, the abcess popped a week later and we brought him in for cleaning. Now, Trio has gained weight, he is healthy and active again :) For Cappuccino, there was a lump (an abcess) on his right hind leg, Dr Samuel cleaned the wound professionally and gave advice on how to clean it. The team will follow up on WhatsApp as well, great service. You can book through call (immediate response) or WhatsApp (slower replies).

I would highly recommend Dr Samuel and Dr Su Xian. Their kind and friendly demeanor made me feel at ease. Both were incredibly patient, taking the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions in a clear and informative manner, with a genuine interest in my pet's well-being. Ensuring that I understand the diagnosis, treatment options and what to to expect moving forward. Their love for animals is evident in their interactions, showing genuine care and compassion. Environment is very clean and tidy. Reasonably priced too. Pictured are two strays that they help neutered.

I have to say I had a very wonderful experience in this vet clinic, two days back my bunny accidentally ate some candles and it was a last minute call to the clinic. Drs are very polite and very professional, he will explain every single detail and what to do very patiently and he treat pets very gently. Dr even messaged me and ask how’s my bunny doing afterwards which shows that they are really caring about pets instead of just wanna earn money from them. Clinic hygiene is tip top and the Doctors are super helpful and caring. Highly recommended and the prices are reasonable

Dr Samuel attended to me and he is very very patient. Very gentle towards my dog and gave many preventative advises. Finally due to the suffering my dog is going thru and due to her age of 20 years, we finally decided to let her go to free her from all the suffering of old age like blindness, heart failure, bronchitis, nerve issues due to back bone issues and muscle degeneration on her hind legs. She went to sleep peacefully. We miss you Chelsea. Thank-you for the 20 glorious years we had. Chelsea was a very obedient chihuahua.

Decided to visit Happy Tails as my bun Latte hates the carrier and it is a closer vet from my place. Latte had a recurring check up after first dose of fur mites drop, Dr. Sam was very nice to keep Latte feeling safe and double check with me previous situation as previously was done in Dr. Dolittle. Everything was explained well and the place is very clean. They provided me with a receipt stating what kind of meds was administered, price is reasonable. Definitely recommend, everyone was so friendly.

Doctor have been very gentle and patient with my old hamster. He was also very professional in providing all the information regarding possible treatments and potential risks, and had also given me clear instructions about the medications of my pet. You can see from the way he handles her that this doctor really does care for your pet. The price was very reasonable, it worth every penny and the effort of my traveling all the way from Penang to KL. I would give as many stars as I can for Happy Tails.

If I have discovered anything in my life is that not all heros wear capes. This is also the case for the beautiful and incredible staff and vets at this location. We brought an injured civit cat named Jean-Pierre, this was the third vet we took him to. They gladly examined him, did an X ray and boarded him for the night, no questions asked. Our hearts go to the staff and their helpful and compassionate work ethic. BRING YOUR PET TO THIS VET, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT

Good vet. I'd say this is our best choice so far. Luckily, we found Happy Tails through some friends, and just a quick call to them made us feel welcome. It was close to their closing time, but they said bring the furkid in anyway. So, we did. Both doctors paid good attention to our furkid and gave us a lot of pointers, patiently. We'll be surely going back for the puppy's vaccination later. They have gained one happy customer here.

When I went to the vet, my pet was in an extremely critical situation and that made me extremely stressed out. However, the vets were extremely helpful and friendly and the calm atmosphere was able to ease my stress level significantly. Although my dear bunny is not with me anymore, I am always grateful for the care and patience shown by the vets and staff there. Highly recommended for every fur parent to go to.

Not all vet in malaysia is rabbit savvy vet but here for me is a good rabbit savvy vet. they accept walk in on weekend because my boy require urgent attention due to GI.
